Ling's cell cluster swam along with the purple cells, and the surroundings became increasingly bright and warm. Suddenly, a dazzling light that appeared in her thoughts made Ling instinctively want to avoid it.

But Ling did not do so; instead, she continued to look in the direction of the light. These beams of light shone down from above, and there were not just one but countless spots of light that pierced through the cold, dark blue water, bringing warmth to this place.

Ling's current cell cluster consisted of 100 acid-secreting cells, 129 conical cells, 30 fat-storing cells (called "storers"), and the rest were diggers and some basic cells. Ling's cluster was more diverse than other types of cells. Although some cells had more numbers, they were all of the same type, unlike Ling's mixed cluster.

Ling's cell cluster slowly approached the rock and landed on a protruding pillar. There were no other cells gathered here, and Ling planned to start her actions from here.

What actions? Of course, to eat. The rock was covered with the white, soft food that Ling had seen before. Most of the cells gathered here were eating this type of food. However, Ling no longer intended to collect this ordinary food; instead, she planned to...

Attack other cells! Use them as food!

After several battles, Ling's thoughts became more aggressive.

Ling first sent out the conical cells. They swam down the pillar, targeting a group of small organisms at the bottom.

而且Ling很快就又转移了注意力，她发现这里的掠食者不止她一个。

观察者在较高处漂浮着，观察着周围的一切。Ling看到，几个体型庞大的细胞在不远处的岩石峡谷中做着和她差不多的事情。

这几个细胞大概有Ling的细胞十倍大小，它们的身体表面布满了许多皱褶，而这些皱褶似乎会产生吸引力。周围有一些Ling之前看过的那种紫色的细胞，这些紫细胞被吸到了皱褶之间被夹在那里，看它们的样子好像在拼命挣扎，但怎么也逃不掉，只能被活生生地吸进皱褶之中，被吸入皱褶细胞的体内。

Ling虽然看不到进去后会怎么样，但肯定是被消化掉了，这种进食方式还挺奇特的。

皱褶细胞吃完后并没有去寻找下一个食物，而是在原地一动不动，但每当有细胞靠近，它们就会使用吸力捕捉。

杀！

Ling接下来的做法很简单。

注酸者这次作为先锋，Ling让它们接近了皱褶细胞。这些皱褶细胞一感觉到注酸者靠近，便立刻施放出了吸力，但此时注酸者也喷出大量溶解液，这些液体随着吸力进入了皱褶细胞的体内。

吸入溶解液的一个皱褶细胞痛苦地扭曲着身体，过了一会儿后便不动了，随之慢慢沉了下去。

真轻松！

Ling再接再厉，用同样的方法弄死了附近的几个皱褶细胞。而当她打算对最后一个皱褶细胞下手时，突然其中一个注酸者的身上传来一种异样的疼痛感，接着这个注酸者就好像脱力了一般，沉了下去。

Ling赶紧向周围看去，试图找到原因，但却看不到附近有任何攻击者，她完全不知道是谁或者什么东西攻击了这个注酸者。

These large cells had many wrinkles on their surfaces, which seemed to generate an attractive force. Some of the purple cells Ling had seen earlier were being sucked into these wrinkles and trapped there. They appeared to be struggling desperately but could not escape, and were eventually absorbed into the wrinkles of the large cells.

Ling could not see what happened after they were absorbed, but they were definitely being digested. This method of feeding was quite unique.

After eating, these wrinkled cells did not go in search of more food; instead, they remained motionless in their positions. Whenever other cells approached, they would use their attractive force to capture them.

Kill!

Ling's next move was simple.

The acid-secreting cells acted as the vanguard. Ling sent them to approach the wrinkled cells. As soon as the wrinkled cells sensed the acid-secreting cells approaching, they immediately released their attractive force. However, the acid-secreting cells also sprayed a large amount of dissolving liquid, which entered the bodies of the wrinkled cells through the attractive force.
