Chu Jian stared at him and said nothing. The distance between them was very close and the bedside lamp emitted a warm light, casting a soft glow on both of their figures. How many days and nights before have they lingered under such ambiguous light? Those memories seemed far away, but when he thought about them, he could even feel the residual temperature after those passionate nights.
But those were all fake, he thought. It was fake at first but even if they fell in love with each other, both of their identities and positions would not allow it. The more intense it was, the more desperate he became, and like a quagmire, it pulled him in deeper and deeper.
He had thought countless times that if their identities hadn’t been like that, and they had both loved each other and formed a family… it would have been nice to live a normal life.
Unfortunately, all of those were just fantasies.
Luo Yi looked at him and held his arms tighter and tighter. The distance between them narrowed and he looked at his eyes and his face under the light, and felt that he was heating up, “dear…”
Chu Jian sighed and slowly stopped resisting.
This was a very obvious hint. Luo Yi’s breathing immediately became harsh but just as he was about to top him, Chu Jian suddenly retreated a little, raised his legs and kicked him out of the bed. “In your dreams!”
“Ow!” Comrade Luo Yi clutched his head and cried plaintively on the carpet, “dear, if you don’t satisfy your desires, you will die!”
“Then die!” Chu Jian slowly sat up and looked down at him. The quilt slipped down his shoulder and his upper body was all exposed.
Luo Yi swallowed his saliva, and with the warmth of skin separated from his body, it made him more thirsty than before. This anxiety of begging for but not receiving roared in his blood and made the heaviness of his breathing increase instead of decrease. Could he really not pounce onto such a delicious cake right in front of him?
The answer was no, because his wife said, “Luo Chengxuan, if you dare to try and force yourself on me…”
Comrade Luo Yi thought for a moment about their fighting capabilities before he silently got up and went to the bathroom to wash his face. Chu Jian looked at the erection under Luo Yi’s waist before looking away and cursing at him under his breath.
Luo Yi came out soon. He looked at the delicious meal on the bed and his eyes sank and turned a little sad. Chu Jian lazily pointed to the carpet beside the bed and Comrade Luo Yi, who knew what to do, slowly shuffled over and squatted down. He looked up at him, “dear…”
Chu Jian looked at him, “don’t think I don’t know you took these things to coax me.”
“Yes,” Comrade Luo Yi was well-behaved, “but dear, these are all true. I didn’t ask someone to make them. I really changed.”
“Even if that’s true,” Chu Jian thought and looked at him again, “it can’t erase your past!”
Luo Yi felt wronged. “You still don’t allow others to turn over a new leaf? What’s the use of building a prison then? Just sentence everyone to death.”
“…” Chu Jian said, “but you didn’t go to prison. You should go to prison for a few years before you come out to reform.”
“But dear,” Luo Yi said patiently, “I’m doing good for the people now. It’s much better than locking me in.”
“…” Chu Jian said, “your logic is unreasonable.”
“How is it unreasonable?” Luo Yi stretched out and placed his hand on his wife’s hand. He carefully observed and seeing that Chu Jian didn’t resist, he quickly held it and continued, “what I said is the truth. If I’m locked in, I can’t make any contribution.”
Chu Jian stared at him and Luo Yi looked back at him innocently. Just when he thought he could jump up beside him, Chu Jian said again, “why didn’t you die? And how did you become a policeman?”
“It’s a long story,” said Luo Yi. He got up and sat down on the bed before continuing, “you remembered everything exploded that time, right? It was my territory so my subordinates rescued me using another way. As for the police, I went through the back door. You know that our century old mafia more or less has something to do with the government so it was easy for me to be a police officer.” Luo Yi noticed Chu Jian’s expression and hurried to pull him into his arms to comfort, “don’t be angry. How could an old and well-known family like this be destroyed overnight? In fact, at that time, I could have let you arrest me and at worst, I would’ve only been on probation. But since I know you and I know that you wouldn’t have been convinced, so…” He sighed, “I just went along with your wishes…”
Chu Jian was silent.
Luo Yi thought for a moment and continued to shuffle closer. He carefully opened the quilt and slowly crept beside his wife.
“Let me ask you,” Chu Jian turned to look at him, “has your gang been disbanded?”
Luo Yi hesitated to look at his face.
Chu Jian’s eyes narrowed, “tell me the truth!”
“No…” Luo Yi looked at his face and said hurriedly, “I’ve changed! Changed! If you don’t believe me, you can find evidence of my crime and I’ll be absolutely willing to go to prison. I can’t disband it. After all, that large group of people wanted me to raise them, and they all have their own families.”
Chu Jian was silent for a moment. “Have you really changed?”
“Really,” Luo Yi promised with his hand, “it’s so true that it can’t be anymore true.”
Chu Jian was silent again.
Luo Yi bit his finger and glanced at his wife underneath the warm light. And from the sudden urge that rose from heart, he stretched out his trembling hand and slowly put it on his wife’s shoulder.
Chu Jian returned to his senses and looked up at him. His eyelashes were very long and from Luo Yi’s perspective, he could even see each stroke of eyelashes moving in the air. It was really charming, and his breathing became heavy again.
Chu Jian said, “Luo Chengxuan, you… mmph…”
Before he finished speaking, Luo Yi grabbed the back of his head and kissed. The kiss was urgent and passionate, not giving Chu Jian the chance to resist. He could even hear the friction of his lips and the sound of their tongues.
Luo Yi clung to him so that his tongue could probe deeper. He obviously didn’t intend to hold it in anymore and his other hand slipped in quickly to stroke his sleeping organ.
Chu Jian gasped with surprise and slightly retreated from the kiss but Luo Yi pressed his upper body and held him firmly against the bed. He licked his lips, then began to slide down and slowly kissed his neck.
Chu Jian’s breathing gradually shortened and he gasped, “Luo Chengxuan, you…”
Luo Yi used a bit of strength to raise Chu Jian’s head and carefully planted more kisses on his neck. Finally, he nibbled on his earlobe and quietly laughed, “me? Dear, you’re hard. Do you want me to help?”
Chu Jian frowned and reached out to push him but Luo Yi retreated a little. And when that happened, Luo Yi grabbed onto his ankle and pulled it, making Chu Jian fall down on his back again.
The friction of the skin caused hotness to spread and Chu Jian couldn’t help but to moan. Luo Yi grabbed his chin and looked at him.
He gasped heavily, his eyes were red with lust and a searing breath came out as he suggested again, “dear, let’s do it.”
As he spoke, his hand caressed Chu Jian’s already awake organ, continuing to stimulate it. Chu Jian gasped, “…are you sure you’re asking for my permission?”
Luo Yi chuckled hoarsely, “I think so, dear.” After saying that, he didn’t give him another chance to speak and lowered his head to kiss. The tip of his tongue very intimately licked and kissed Chu Jian’s mouth.
Chu Jian only felt that his body was very hot and obviously couldn’t stand the slightest teasing. His sense of time was a little mixed up. He didn’t even know where it was or how long had passed. In his memory, he had just separated from this man in the warehouse and in the blink of an eye, they were here. It all felt like a dream to him.
But Luo Yi didn’t give him time to think. His lips moved down slowly, kissed along his neck, crossed his chest to his abdomen, and continued to go down…
