The man gave her a glance sideways and replied, “I’m going to Jing City tomorrow, and after taking care of things in Jing City, I’ll go from Jing City to Christchurch the afternoon after tomorrow.”

They met today, tomorrow he would leave and the day after that he would leave the country again. He was coming back this time with work to do and it was all still a priority. But the sum of it was that they had been together for less than half a day.

“Can I come with you to Jing City?” The girl pondered for a while, looking up at him and inquiring. Afraid he wouldn’t say yes, she said, “I don’t work on weekends and I won’t interfere with your work if I go there.”

Wearing only his shirt on her, she sat on a high stool in the kitchen. What had just occurred made her hair slightly messy, under her dark hair, her eyes bright and clear, and her small ears a pinkish color.

He Yu’s eyes were dark, asking in a deep voice, “Want to be with me?”

It was nothing to hesitate about, but Su Qiuzi was a little embarrassed as she nodded and said, “Well, I’d love to.”

With that quiet voice, He Yu’s heart moved slightly, she rarely expressed her love for him so bluntly. Just that some subtle changes she made to him could make his heart flutter with excitement.

Su Qiuzi felt afraid that she was getting used to following He Yu on business trips, the latest time for Christchurch she followed, this time Jing City she still followed him. He Yu was a workaholic man, so where would he have the time to cultivate their relationship as a husband and wife.

Su Qiuzi was still immersed in the joy of being able to accompany He Yu to Jing City when she was hit by another surprise. As a fan of Xu Zhi, she was aware of the news that Xu Zhi was going to hold a concert there. But she didn’t want to go in the first place due to her lack of money and the fact that she had no one to accompany her.

“Really?” Su Qiuzi excitedly got off the kitchen stool and walked over to He Yu to confirm.

“Yeah.” He Yu responded, he then continued, “He practically gave me two tickets for his concert in Jing City.”

The girl’s eyes widened slightly, she suppressed her excitement, smiled, then called out, “Husband.”

“Huh?” He Yu responded.

“Husband.” The girl called again.

” Yes.” He Yu responded with a faint smile.

“Husband!” The girl called out one last time and she hugged him with happiness, kissed him and said softly and sweetly at the end, “When I’m especially happy, I have to call my hubby three times.”

He Yu hugged her and laughed loudly.

The next day, Su Qiuzi went to Jing City along with He Yu. During the day, He Yu had to work, so Su Qiuzi stayed at the hotel they were staying at and waited for him. When he finished his work in the evening, Su Qiuzi was taken to dinner and then they went to the stadium where Xu Zhi’s concert was held.

Xu Zhi started out his debut as a singer, and only later when his record company went into a decline did he switch to acting. This concert, the tenth year of his debut, was very much a hit, with fans both new and old starting all sorts of snatching tickets in various ways as soon as the news was released.

He Yu’s work ended late, so by the time Su Qiuzi and him arrived at the concert site, the concert was already about to start. He Yu didn’t have time to greet Xu Zhi, with Su Qiuzi, he went straight to his seat.

The ticket Xu Zhi gave He Yu was for the VIP front row, where he could clearly see the singer’s every move at the concert. And when looking back over, there were fans pulling banners, holding up light signs and waving all kinds of glow sticks, seemingly a starry sky.
