Chapter 55: Family (1)

"The agent’s commodity is: artists. Agents must not only do a good job in the

content planning of the artists, including business contracts, film and

television contracts, variety shows, etc.. The other is to help the artists

make time planning and use the shortest time to do the most efficient

Arrangements to coordinate various announcements and activities.

But as an agent, the most important point is the emotional management of

artists.

Artists are also humans, and they have various emotions, especially when they

are amplified to the public. No matter what the team does behind the scenes,

only the artists are pushed to the front desk. Even if the artist himself has

a strong heart, it will affect business and film and television. "

The last sentence was temporarily added by Qin Baizhou, and he looked at Xia

Siyu, who was yawning.

Xia Siyu's sports car was changed before taking a few steps. This sports car

was followed by paparazzi before. In order to prevent chasing the car, they

quickly adjusted back to Xia Siyu's nanny car. Wei Jingjing and Xiao Tang

followed up, and Qin Baizhou gave orders.

As the boss of Huixing Company, he can actually assign Xia Siyu to other

brokers to take care of the entire company by himself. But Xia Siyu has been

his leader since seven years ago, and he is also now. And when Xia Siyu really

blows up his hair, he alone can control the entire company.

"Siyu, if you have any requirements in the future, please first say hello to

me or quietly. Look at you suddenly going to play a female partner, disrupting

the rest of the time, let Jingjing follow before and after running. Caught off

guard."

Xia Siyu let out an "um" and didn't care about these details. She looked at

the rain curtain, and the street scenes in the back stepped back one by one,

and only spoke after a long time: "But I think I will pass the scripts one by

one."

"Don't worry, if it is a reliable book, we will pass it to you."

Qin Baizhou nodded, and then threw a new job, "That is, I also have two

variety show books here, one is indoor, the kind of 24-hour facial shooting.

The other is outdoor, which is a project for traveling abroad. It seems to be

going to Europe, and the time is almost after you finish filming. The only

thing is that the film crew may ask our agent team not to follow the film.

Which one do you prefer?"

Qin Baizhou actually hoped that she would go to a variety show of tourism,

with a lot of money, and the shooting time was relatively concentrated, only

20 days.

He has always believed in the highest efficiency in the shortest time.

Moreover, this variety show is the second season, and the first season has

received rave reviews. It is regarded as the hottest variety show in China,

and the audience expectation is high.

Xia Siyu rarely went to this kind of outdoor variety show before, and there

was a horrible setting, and it would be torn and noisy. In fact, many

audiences hope that she will make waves.

But Qin Baizhou knew about Xia Siyu's character, one thing could not be thrown

directly to her, she had to tell her all the nice things, and touch her before

she could accept it.

Sure enough, Xia Siyu lacked interest at first, but after hearing "Europe",

she turned around and asked him: "Where are you going to Europe?"

Qin Baizhou thought she had taken the trouble, and said with a smile: "It is

two countries, Italy and Germany. One is rigorous, the other is romantic. One

is classical, and the other is modern."

She also asked: "Where is Italy?"

Qin Baizhou froze for a moment, and then replied: "It seems to be Sicily."

Xia Siyu's eyebrows wrinkled visibly, and then nodded, "Okay."
