Chen Ming stood at the entrance of the classroom, took a deep breath, and firmly gripped the miniature revolver given to him by his mother. The revolver, manufactured by Swiss MiniGun, had been modified, designed, and polished by Chen Ming, transforming it into a highly lethal and exquisite weapon. It measured only 2.16 inches in length, weighed 19.8 grams, and had a caliber of just 2.34 millimeters. However, the bullets it fired were powerful enough to penetrate a human skull.

The miniature revolver originally had a muzzle velocity of only 122 meters per second. Generally, when a bullet reaches a speed of 100 meters per second, it can penetrate human skin, making it lethal. After Chen Ming's modifications, the miniature revolver could achieve a muzzle velocity of 320 meters per second, comparable to a standard handgun, easily capable of killing the group in front of him.

Clearly, the group of underlings trained by Tang Xiaoran were not professional teams. When they saw their comrades splattered with blood and lying on the ground convulsing, they were stunned. They were all idle troublemakers who might have seen some action in their daily lives, but in a country with strict gun control like China, they had rarely seen real guns outside of movies.

Chen Ming's headshot skills left all of Tang Xiaoran's underlings dumbfounded!

Although they had killed people for their boss before, they were not loyal to the point of being willing to die. They had families, wives, or girlfriends. They gathered around Tang Xiaoran for one reason: money.

So, they were afraid of death. Who would want to die and lose everything?

"Come on! Attack! I have over ten bullets. Even with the time to reload, I can take out most of you! The money is Tang Xiaoran's, but your lives are yours!"

Chen Ming's eyes were filled with rage, like flames burning brightly, even in the dimly lit room, they shone fiercely!

The underlings of Tang Xiaoran were stunned. They knew that if they all attacked at once, they could certainly kill Chen Ming, but they would also pay a heavy price. With Chen Ming's demonstrated gun skills, more than half of them would die. The key was whether each of them could guarantee their own survival.

"Hey... Feathers, Tang Xiaoran treats you the best. You should be the first to charge and clear the way for the brothers, and kill this bastard!"

A thug with a steel pipe in his hand incited from the back.

The thug with half his hair dyed yellow, Feathers, spat and said, "Go to hell! You might as well just let me die. Did you see those two lying on the ground? Both got shot in the head! Their sperm is gone! Quickly report it to the police. This kid killed people here today; he can't escape! We just need to guard the entrance. There are surveillance cameras in the room, and the video of him killing will definitely be recorded."

At this moment, Feathers, who had a bit of sense, knew that charging in would mean certain death. It was better to guard the entrance, block the door, and prevent Chen Ming from escaping, then report to the police, so Chen Ming could be arrested for illegal possession of a firearm and malicious murder.

"Right! Feathers is right! We shouldn't fight him head-on! Just guard the entrance! Keep this little bastard from escaping! Leave the rest to the police!"

"Right! Right! Let's do it!"

"Quick! Stop the bleeding for the boss, carry him out, and call 120!"

Following Feathers' suggestion, the group of underlings carried the severely injured Tang Xiaoran out of the room. Tang Xiaoran was bleeding profusely, so a few of them had to press sofa cushions against his face to stop the bleeding.

Seeing the underlings retreat, Chen Ming slowly sat down, took out a pack of 10-yuan red soft panda cigarettes, and started smoking, still panting from the exertion.

Chen Ming was very clear in his mind that although he was not afraid during the confrontation, he was indeed terrified afterward. He had been taking a huge risk. If the group had been carefully trained by Tang Xiaoran, willing to die for their boss, and had charged in, he would have been dead for sure. Close combat was not Chen Ming's strong suit.

Secondly, Chen Ming had lied about the number of bullets. Anyone with basic knowledge would know that a revolver has only six chambers. Moreover, since revolvers do not have a safety mechanism, the first chamber is usually left empty to prevent accidental discharge. Chen Ming usually only loaded five bullets. After pulling out the revolver, he had already spun the cylinder, indicating that at that moment, his revolver had only five bullets.

He had already used two bullets on the two men who charged in first, meaning that when he was making threats to scare off the group, his revolver actually had only three bullets left!

Even if one bullet could take out two heads, it was impossible to kill "most of them" as Chen Ming had claimed.

Fortunately, China is a country with strict gun control, and civilians have limited knowledge about firearms. If this had happened in a country where people are familiar with revolvers, the bluff would not have worked.

Having escaped a close call, Chen Ming sat on the ground, smoking, and paid no attention to the group of Tang Xiaoran's underlings outside the door talking about reporting to the police.
