Chapter 4

Time seemed to pass without measure.

Du Wei pummeled Sirius Black.

His punches were weak and feeble.

【User: Du Wei Jones (alias)

Cards learned:

【Inverted Bell (Level 1)】 (Blue Rare)

【Armor Protection (Level 1)】 (White Common)

【Stupefy (Level 1)】 (White Common) *2

【Alohomora (Level 1)】 (White Common) *2

Title: None

Magic Points: 10

Magic Essence: 0

Duel Points: 1】

Du Wei leaned against the wall with difficulty.

He realized that the drop of these cards was not entirely random.

The more common and frequently used cards by Sirius Black dropped more often.

For example, Alohomora, a very common spell used to unlock doors.

Du Wei didn't know why Sirius Black was so obsessed with breaking and entering.

The dropped cards had too many Alohomora spells.

As for Duel Points, Magic Points, and Magic Essence, Du Wei didn't care much about them.

His brain, ravaged by the Dementors, could only think in a single thread.

"Ask your questions. Which one is it? It doesn't matter, just ask."

Du Wei said, long-term malnutrition leaving him with no extra energy to fight.

He felt drowsy.

Sirius Black's expression was vivid; he rubbed his hands, somewhat uneasy.

He had hesitated to ask the first few questions.

But now, he rubbed his hands, his gray eyes staring at Du Wei with a mix of panic and longing. "Is Harry Potter, James' son, doing well? Is he still alive?"

Despite knowing that his question might be pointless, and that he would be punched for it, Sirius couldn't help but ask.

He needed a definite answer.

"Yes, he is indeed alive, the Boy Who Lived, the Chosen One, he is doing well, studying at Hogwarts in Gryffindor."

Du Wei said, not even lifting his eyelids, and with effort, he punched Sirius again, causing another card to drop.

【Expelliarmus (Level 1)】

【Expelliarmus: I see, I use, I disarm. A wizard without a wand is like a tiger without teeth, this is the most skillful spell in duels, trust me】

【"Hey, do you Dumbledore's Army only know how to use Expelliarmus?"】

Du Wei saw this spell and put it away.

Sirius, as if feeling no pain, continued to ask, "Peter Pettigrew, you said he is still alive, why?

I clearly remember killing him."

This was a question he had always wanted to know.

"He turned into a dirty, ugly rat and hid in the Weasley family.

You know, no one pays attention to a rat, especially since no one knows he is an unregistered Animagus.

He blew up a street and turned into a rat to escape through the sewers."

Du Wei said, and Sirius leaned in, inviting another punch.

【Stupefy (Level 1)】

【Stupefy: There are no useless spells, only wizards who don't know how to use them】

【"Hey, do you Dumbledore's Army only know how to use Stupefy?"】

Du Wei numbly put the card away and continued to ask Sirius questions.

That day, Sirius asked many questions, and Du Wei's answers were a mix of truth and lies.

Most of Sirius' questions were about Harry Potter.

Du Wei could feel that as they talked, Sirius became more and more spirited.

"I can't stay here any longer," he muttered to himself, "I have to kill that traitor!"

Du Wei remained silent, continuing to ask Sirius questions and then punch him.

About three days passed, as estimated by the frequency of the Dementors' meals.

Sirius felt that Du Wei's punches had become completely weak, like caresses.

Du Wei was sinking into deep despair.

He had even used a Purple Card, but the Animagus transformation still hadn't appeared.

More importantly, he felt that he had made a friend in this dark prison.

Damn friendship, it always appears when it shouldn't.

For example, now.

Sirius, with a bloody face, looked at the person he had talked to for three days in this dark world.

Du Wei found it hard to continue.

"Damn it, I shouldn't have chosen this condition, and I shouldn't have a conscience.

Conscience always appears when it shouldn't."

Du Wei said, looking at Sirius' face, "I don't want to hit you anymore.

You are the person I've talked to the most since I entered Azkaban."

He said.

Sirius was also emaciated, but his eyes were unusually bright.

"You are not the most evil among the Death Eaters."

"But you are definitely the most foolish."

Du Wei replied, "Tom is an excellent leader, a natural madman, and a powerful wizard, but Voldemort is not.

Voldemort's soul fragments are too many, and he has gone mad.

Ah, the greatest potion master of this century, a Parselmouth, a master of Transfiguration, one of the most powerful Dark Wizards in history, has come to this, truly a cause for sighs.

And, I am not a Death Eater."

Sirius was not surprised by Du Wei's direct use of the Dark Lord's name; he even wondered if he had wronged Du Wei.

He was wronged, just like himself.

"The Ministry of Magic always makes mistakes."

Sirius said, he was wrongfully imprisoned.

"Yes, when I get out, I'll take care of them, a bunch of good-for-nothings."

Du Wei said, "Including Voldemort, without Voldemort, I wouldn't be here, and without the Ministry of Magic, I wouldn't be here.

These good-for-nothings will pay for this!"

Du Wei said through gritted teeth, even though he knew he was far from being able to kill Voldemort, he still needed to set a goal for himself.

A person without belief cannot survive in Azkaban.

In their conversation, Sirius increasingly felt that Du Wei was wronged; no hardened Death Eater would openly declare their intention to kill Voldemort.

However, what Du Wei said was shockingly bold.

"Rest for a while, we will leave eventually."

Sirius said, not sure if he was comforting Du Wei or himself.

He thought Du Wei was joking.

Du Wei was not joking; he really meant it.

After a meal, Du Wei had just punched Sirius twice when they heard footsteps outside.

"Expecto Patronum!"

A warm, comforting aura enveloped them, and Sirius and Du Wei involuntarily moaned.

The feeling was incredibly soothing, like being immersed in a hot spring.

The Patronus Charm is not a common spell; even many adult wizards cannot cast it.

Not many Aurors can cast the Patronus Charm either.

Most of them are on duty at Azkaban.

The door opened, and an Auror walked in, waving his wand with some disgust to change the environment.

"What are you doing here?"

The Auror, noticing an extra person in the cell, glanced at Du Wei.

Du Wei didn't speak; he just laughed and spat a mouthful of blood at the Auror.

The Auror didn't mind this minor incident; he waved his wand to shave Sirius' beard and hair, making him clean and tidy, even wiping the blood off his face.

Someone from outside brought in a newspaper and placed it inside, even cleaning the blood from Du Wei's leg.

Du Wei watched this scene and couldn't help but sneer.

"Oh, oh, look at our diligent Auror, what are you doing, little darling?

Is the Ministry of Magic also doing face-saving projects?

Let me guess, is a bigwig coming to Azkaban?

Hmm, are you little darlings doing the cleaning for the bigwigs?"

The Auror casually cast a curse at Du Wei, the heat scorching his body like lava, causing large boils to form!

"Don't talk nonsense, you disgusting maggot."

The Auror said, "The next time you speak, I'll make sure you can never speak again, I'll make your tongue run away on its own."

Du Wei, enduring the pain, looked at the wand and said, "Hmm, an apple wood wand, ten and a third inches long, I like your wand. One day, your wand will be in my hands, and it will shine with its true brilliance."

Du Wei said with a strange laugh.

The Auror glanced at Du Wei again and turned to leave.

In the graveyard of Azkaban, there is always a place for the impolite.

No one likes to be threatened.

The Auror was no exception.

He threw the newspaper in front of them and threw Du Wei out.

Sirius picked up the newspaper.

It was a copy of the Daily Prophet.

His eyes were glued to the Daily Prophet, unable to look away.

On the Daily Prophet was a photo of the Weasley family.

Behind them was the Egyptian pyramid, but at that moment, Sirius didn't care about anything else.

He didn't even pay attention to the text.

He greedily lay on the newspaper, looking at the Weasley family's boys.

More precisely, his eyes were fixed on Ron Weasley's shoulder.

On his shoulder was a fat, greasy rat.

Most importantly, this rat was missing a finger.

Ron Weasley's pet, Scabbers.

No matter what, even if he were to die, Sirius would never mistake a rat.

"Peter, Peter, I found you, Peter."

He reread the text, finding the name of the little boy.

"He is Harry's classmate."

"Peter is still alive."

Sirius suppressed his pain, joy, and worry.

"He is at Hogwarts," he kept telling himself, "I have to get out, I have to protect Harry, he is at Hogwarts, he is at Hogwarts!"
