When Xia Weilan arrived at Mo Beichen’s office, he was on the phone. She stood behind him, waiting for him to finish his call.

The sun was setting. Mo Beichen put away his phone and turned around to look at Xia Weilan who looked sullen. He raised his eyebrows and asked, “What’s wrong? Did they turn down your invitation?”

“Yeah. I don’t know what’s going on. As soon as they learned that my last name is Xia, they immediately declined the invitation.” Xia Weilan walked to him and stared at him helplessly.

“I have good news here.” Mo Beichen picked up the coat beside him and turned around to look at her.

“I found out that Z is now in Beijing and he is at Yunmeng Hotel now.”

Xia Weilan’s eyes brightened up. She immediately held Mo Beichen’s hand and she couldn’t wait to rush over to where Z was. Looking at her getting so excited, Mo Beichen couldn’t help but follow her in amusement. When Xia Weilan reached the elevator, she recalled something.

“Isn’t this a coincidence? Just now, Luke invited me for dinner at Yunmeng Hotel. I told him that I’m tied up with something and couldn’t join him for dinner. I never expect that I’ll be rushing over there now.”

“They’re here!” Luke whispered, causing Z to lift his eyebrows.

Luke helped Xia Weilan to fight for an opportunity. Z nodded. He swept his eyes across Mo Beichen. Since she is Mo Beichen’s wife, he should be at ease. After all, Mo Beichen has always been an honest and upright man.

After that, Z really set up an appointment with Xia Weilan.

Xia Ruolin turned her head around to look at where she was pointing. Her face turned pale, and she took two steps forward to check if there’s anyone else behind Xia Weilan But there was no one behind her. It turned out that the receptionist is referring to Xia Weilan.
