“Grandpa!” Xia Weilan walked in with a bucket of warm water. Seeing that the old master was in a bad mood, she suggested, “Grandpa, I heard that soaking your feet in warm water is good for the body. Here, please test the temperature of the water.”

“Hubby, I’ll be spending the night at the old mansion tonight. Don’t wait up for me.”

Mo Beichen asked, “How’s Old Master Xia?”

“He’s getting better.” Xia Weilan sounded very relaxed as if she’s not worried anymore.

“Okay, you can stay for one night.” Mo Beichen said promptly.

Xia Weilan didn’t sense anything unusual, and immediately hang up after giving him a brief reply.

That evening, Xia Ruolin returned to the old mansion and briefly asked the Old Master about his health condition. She then went upstairs. Xue Zhiqing went to the study with the Old Master to report the company’s situation.
