The days passed by, and the weather was getting colder.

Three months passed in a blink of an eye.

As soon as Xia Weilan stepped out of the door, she felt the cold wind blowing against her. Although she was wearing a scarf, she still felt extremely cold. She couldn’t help but let out a shiver. She wished she could tuck her neck in the scarf like a turtle.

She quickly got into the car and closed the door. The car was much warmer than outside.

“My family will be opening another supermarket branch in a few days. I’ll treat you to lunch.” Rui Li said to Xia Weilan as they walked.

They walked in the snow and they finally got to their classroom.

When Rui Li saw the class monitor, she immediately invited her, “Let’s celebrate together at noon.”

The class monitor’s eyes brightened, “Does that means your family is about to open another branch again? Dang! This is awesome!”

In just a few months, Rui Li’s family supermarket expanded from three branches to ten branches. Rui Li became a rich woman in the blink of an eye.

Xia Weilan took the invitation card and opened it to find that it was actually from Xia Ruolin and Ouyang Mingqi.

“Who asked you to send this?” Xia Weilan asked.

The man only replied, “Our young madam requested me to come over.”

“Weilan, I’m getting married next week, will you be there?” Xia Ruolin said in a proud and aloof voice.
