"Commander! Commander! Are you alright? Pull yourself together!"

At the urgent voice, Yihan slowly opened his eyes. It felt as if he had been in a deep sleep for a very long time, from which he might never wake up.

"Ugh. My head."

Suffering from a severe headache, Yihan clutched his head and spoke.

"Are you alright, Commander?"

"What? Commander?"

"The control center was completely destroyed by the bombing. You have been approved as the commander with the highest command authority, Captain."

What nonsense is this? Bombing? A captain, when I'm just a private? And who is this woman? More importantly, where am I? It felt like I was in a future era, unfamiliar yet strangely familiar.

"What?"

Yihan looked at the woman who had spoken to him with a dazed expression.

The woman, wearing a broken steel armor, spoke again in an urgent voice.

"I understand that you are disoriented due to the main gun attack from the enemy ship, but we need to quickly rebuild the base. We have construction robots left to rebuild the control center, as well as the key resources, prozel and ceramic. Currently, our only troops are three squads of Space Marines."

"What did you say? Space Marines?"

Yihan was startled and asked in return.

"Why are you reacting like this?"

"What's your name?"

"Sierra. My name is Sierra."

Yihan was taken aback by her answer.

"Sierra!"

"...... Captain Han Idrasil. Are you alright?"

Wait! It's not Yihan, but Han Idrasil? Han Idrasil was the name of the character he had created in the strategy game called 'Space War.' And Sierra was the one who explained the tutorial in Space War.

"What the hell is going on!"
