In the literature clubroom as usual. While we were in the middle of playing a game, Yuzu was about to call my name when suddenly she let out a weird voice.

“…?!” My strange behaviour eventually caused Yuzu to stiffen.

When I pulled away at the right moment, she had a red face and was puckering her mouth like a goldfish.

“A, aa…. Wh-what did you….”

“Are your hiccups gone?”

“Eh…Aaa…”

There, Yuzu realized her situation, “Wa-was that just now, your way to surprise me?”

“Well, that’s right.” I nodded and averted my gaze away.
