After leaving the hospital, Togasaki Tomonobu sighed deeply; he knew that the relationship between AKS and Kagawa Hane could no longer be mended.

For the current Kagawa Hane, perhaps only Ban Yumi would be someone she would care about! AKS had already possessed this young person with unlimited potential... Unfortunately... everything is fate!

Shinagawa Ward is different from Akihabara or other areas; it is home to several companies with commercial and cultural characteristics.

LesPros is an entertainment agency in the island country, a member of the Japanese Music Industry Association, with its headquarters located in Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. LesPros Entertainment has many well-known artists, but unlike other entertainment agencies, this agency is involved not only in the entertainment industry but also in the sports industry...

However, due to the time of its establishment, in the past dozen years, this agency has not produced any particularly famous artists. In 2005, the company's talent scout discovered a very promising newcomer and prepared to cultivate them vigorously. However, there has not been a suitable opportunity for this newcomer to become a sensation...

However, after seeing Kagawa Hane's sudden rise, the company's executives had different thoughts.

"What do you think of that Kagawa Hane?" The chairman of the agency, Ueda Ken, looked at his capable subordinate, the general manager of the agency, Endo Tsubaki.

"This..." Endo Tsubaki had a difficult expression.

"Speak directly, what's there to be concerned about..."

"Putting aside his mysterious background, I think he has very outstanding business capabilities and exceptional insight..." Endo Tsubaki cautiously glanced at Ueda Ken, seeing that his expression did not change, he continued to express his views on Kagawa Hane.

"If we can sign him, although there are some risks... the gains will be greater."

"But he hasn't signed any artists yet..." Ueda Ken lightly tapped the table.

Endo Tsubaki gritted his teeth, "No, he has signed artists... and more than one."

"Oh? Tell me more..." Ueda Ken looked at Endo Tsubaki with interest.

"AKB48's member will definitely re-sign with him. On one hand, the member has full confidence in Kagawa Hane's abilities, and she has a deep relationship with him; on the other hand, Akimoto Yasushi will tacitly allow the member to re-sign with Kagawa Hane to make up for their relationship..."

"What about the other one?" Ueda Ken's expression was unchanged, making Endo Tsubaki's heart sink gradually...

"The second person... I think we should have Mr. Aragaki sign with him... Mr. Aragaki is a new talent we are strongly promoting; if we actively have Mr. Aragaki sign with Kagawa Hane, on one hand, it will show our sincerity, and on the other hand, it will help improve and break through Mr. Aragaki's popularity."

After Endo Tsubaki finished speaking, he looked at Ueda Ken with trepidation; Ueda Ken closed his eyes and thought deeply, his two fingers continuously tapping the table... Endo Tsubaki felt that those two fingers were not tapping the table, but his psychological defenses...

"Good... let's do it... there's one more thing you need to remember... you must show utmost sincerity. A young and talented person like Mr. Kagawa has his own pride; when recruiting him, you must pay attention to your attitude..."

"I understand... President... I will definitely do a good job with this matter." Endo Tsubaki was delighted and quickly bowed.

SWEETPOWER

This is an agency established in 1996, mainly focusing on discovering female actors. Not only that, but the president of this agency is also a woman, which is very rare and unique in the male-dominated society of the island country.

Although a woman, Okada Naoyumi is a very powerful and capable female leader. In the few years since she took over the agency, it has rapidly become a new force in the entertainment industry, and it has its unique methods in discovering and cultivating new female actors, such as the recently popular actress Horikita Maki, who belongs to this agency.

The reason for the company's rapid development is its emphasis on the selection and cultivation of new talent. They search for talent nationwide and are quite famous even in the industry. However, the company is currently facing a very serious problem: a severe shortage of agents. Some experienced and reputable agents look down on them as upstarts, while they are not confident in young agents.

After the news about Kagawa Hane broke, they also focused their attention on him. After a brief investigation and extensive media coverage, they ultimately made Kagawa Hane their top target!

In the office, Okada Naoyumi, dressed in a business suit, looked seriously at the report in her hand.

"President... are we really going to sign with him?" A middle-aged man with a square face asked. This middle-aged man is the agency's external business manager.

"Yes, we must sign with him... If we can't sign with him... then you can go home directly." Although Okada Naoyumi's tone was calm, the determination in her words made the middle-aged man shudder.

"I understand, President... I will definitely make him choose to sign with us." "Not 'make'... but 'invite'... at the very least, we need to show our sincerity to the other party... understand?" Okada Naoyumi added. "I understand... President."

At the same time, various agencies, large and small, such as Ogi Production and Ota Agency, began to take action, preparing to extend an olive branch to Kagawa Hane...

However, two agencies took no action and instead watched the other agencies' moves; these two agencies are the largest and the oldest agency, Watanabe Agency!

Regarding the inaction of these two agencies, there are various speculations from the outside... but the heads of other agencies are not at all pleased to see this phenomenon... with these two powerful competitors out of the way, their chances of signing with Kagawa Hane would be much greater....
