Chapter 1368: Construction site

The wholesale market in the Free City of Varua is a government project, and

there is no delay in payment or construction schedule.

Although it has nothing to do with Ricky and the others, the wholesale market

project also gave Ricky an insight into how the Huaxia people built a large-

scale market.

In the entire market, Karina labor dispatch company’s workers account for 35%

of all labor, making it the largest labor dispatch company.

Other dispatch companies account for 60% of the labor share.

The remaining 5% came from the Huaxia people from the crack in Varua.

They are mainly responsible for the management of large projects on the

construction site, project supervision, and technical guidance.

With the joint efforts of more than 10 labor service companies, Ricky, a group

of lifelong laborers, can be regarded as witnessing the emergence of the

entire construction site from scratch.

The salary that lifelong labor needs to pay is very low. A package of food and

housing, plus three meals a day, has become the standard for labor service

companies.

Some companies don't even have a salary, they include food and housing, and

they like to do it or not.

Even some black-hearted labor service companies only pack two meals a day at

noon and evening, and the dormitory environment is extremely poor.

Since this is the case, the slaves in the Tassie Kingdom are still "in an

endless stream."

Compared to the slave life before, they prefer a life-long labor system with

food and housing guarantees.

It is precisely because of this that the cost of dispatching employees by

labor service companies is extremely high, almost reaching the point where it

is not money.

The omission of the salary payment item means that the labor service company

will have more income into the account.

With the reduction of labor costs, these labor service companies have more

space to participate in project bidding when bidding.

Therefore, in the Free City of Varua, almost all labor companies have reduced

their bids to the lowest level.

The key is that there is still a profit, or the kind that makes a lot of

money.

This has also led to a result, that is, a large number of cheap laborers such

as life-long laborers with a high degree of work enthusiasm have appeared,

prompting the free city of Varua to allocate more funds in its hands when

building the city.

If the project such as the wholesale market in the Free City of Varua is in a

hurry, then more labor dispatch companies will be invited to work.

If you are not in a hurry to meet the deadline, you can split one dollar into

two halves. Anyway, the labor dispatch company is cheaper.

In the past few days, Ricky has also learned a few professional skills on the

construction site.

The first is to move the bricks. God knows how these rotors are made. They are

square and the same size.

This kind of technology, even for the entire Taxi Kingdom, could hardly be

done except for those engaged in alchemy.

What's terrible is that these red bricks are still very strong.

In the first few days, Ricky was moving around a dozen yuan.

Later, it became twenty yuan or twenty yuan.

Because the blue whale knows how to mobilize a person's enthusiasm for work,

coupled with these people who do physical work, eating a full meal is an

important guarantee for a good job.

Therefore, in terms of meals and rest, there is no such thing as squeezing

these lifelong laborers like those black-hearted labor dispatch companies.

As for Ricky, during the work and meals during this period, he slowly began to

develop his strength and muscles.

From the very beginning of moving bricks, Ricky also started to move cement.

Carry bags of cement directly on your shoulders.

If he doesn't carry 6 bags and 8 bags, is he still a demon on the construction

site?

Although the work clothes of the labor dispatch company are often stretched

because of the work on the construction site, it does not matter, the labor

company has a magical thing called a washing machine.

Just throw the clothes in and pour in the laundry detergent.

When the work clothes tumble in the belly of the washing machine, and finally

vomit out, it will become a clean and slightly fragrant clothing.

The washing machine is quite convenient.

In addition, the two outfits of the dispatch company can be completely

replaced.

After moving bricks and cement, as Ricky's proficiency increased, and the

progress of the market project, Ricky also began to be assigned more important

tasks.

And cement.

Holding a shovel and a cement bucket, under the guidance of the master, began

to give out a bucket of cement.

Then someone will take away the buckets of cement.

Wiping the sweat from his forehead, Ricky sighed while looking at the workers

who were cutting bricks with cement on the wall in the distance.

When will I be able to start cutting bricks like they did?

Thinking about myself from the beginning of the brick move, then to the

cement, and then to the cement, a happy smile appeared on the corner of

Ricky's mouth.

He has more and more skills, and he believes that he will become a brick

cutter in the future.

Ricky was also fascinated by such a magical bond as cement.

He didn't expect that cement dust, sand, and water mixed together could exert

such a powerful effect.

The slimy cement becomes extremely strong when it dries.

Using this thing as an adhesive has played a considerable role in the

reinforcement of the house.

The construction site is gradually changing Ricky, making this guy from a

walking dead slave to a lifelong worker with a little ideal and aspiration.

Think boldly, it would be great if the word "lifetime" could be removed.

Of course, life now is much happier for Ricky than before.

Just say that the labor meals on the construction site are not inferior to the

food provided by the Karina labor dispatch company.

Although the labor dispatch company also includes meals and three meals a day,

if the work area is a construction site, then the work site will also include

food.

Treated like Ricky, naturally eat more greasy things.

Only when you eat oil, you can work hard.

Braised pork, roasted white, twice-cooked pork, how greasy it is.

Eat rice as you like. There are as many bowls as you can eat.

The project is a municipal government project, so naturally there will be no

deductions.

One tablespoon of braised pork, two pieces of white roasted, one tablespoon of

cold cucumber, another bowl of hoof soup, and a fried egg, it feels like home.

After eating, take a short rest, and then continue to work.

8 hours to 8 hours of work time, so that Ricky's lunch and dinner are settled

on the construction site.

And the blue whale's shrewd beginning is also here.

Take more projects on the construction site, especially government projects,

so as to reduce the expenditure of labor dispatch companies on employee meals.

Although this fee is not much, no matter how small a mosquito is, it is meat.

Rich people, who is not deducted on this?

If you don't plan carefully, can your company continue to operate?

Of course, private life is an exception.

It was 8 o'clock in the evening when the Karina labor dispatch company was off

work. After Ricky and the others punched in the card, they boarded the

company's bug car and returned to the company dormitory.

Since the construction site in the Free City of Varua is not far from the

company dormitory in Tasi Varua, the carriage arrived at the dormitory in only

20 minutes.

At 8:20, Meimei took a shower, removed all the dust and exhaustion from her

body, then went to bed and looked through the special Tahi magazine or other

Chinese magazines.

Or fight against the landlords with your roommates, or talk about things.

Almost after 9 o'clock to 10 o'clock, Ricky and the others would lie down on

the soft bunk beds and fall asleep beautifully.

After a day of hard work, Ricky fell into a dream lying on the bed.

In his dream, Ricky dreamed that he had become a middle-level manager of the

company. He had removed his status as a "lifetime worker" and became a full-

time employee.

He began to direct the lifelong laborers who came to work on a construction

site project he took over and let them do it.

Vigorous and vigorous, he lashed out at Fang Qiu.

Became the CEO, married Bai Fumi, and embarked on the peak of the devil.

"Didi di...

Di di di di..."

The sound of an alarm clock awakened Ricky from his dream.

The 6:30 alarm clock, compared to the first meeting, there are people calling

for beds from outsiders, now it’s so much better, it’s all on your own to get

up, as long as you are not late.

The first thing to get up is to go to the cafeteria to eat something, and then

gather to take the bug cart to the construction site.

But when Ricky got up, he suddenly felt that something was wrong between his

thighs and his ** seemed to move.

Pulling away the blanket, I saw that the little pants fell on my knees and

shaved my legs thorns and thorns.

"Ok?

Wait, what's the situation? "

It seemed that while Ricky hadn't noticed, the little pants shook his body and

jumped out of Ricky's legs.

The pants' feet were like legs, and they jumped directly toward the floor from

the second floor.

The opening part closed like a mouth: "Ah, this guy has a dream, it's

disgusting.

I slipped away and never want to make your underwear anymore. "

Old Ricky blushed, looking at the underwear of the people who ran out of the

dormitory, feeling the hair sticking together, and suddenly reacted:

"Huh?!"The latest chapter address of the different world development manual:
