Chapter 28: Forced ventilation

However, even if the ventilation ducts are upgraded, the air in the refuge is

still full of smoke and various harmful gases at this time. Therefore, after

the system upgrades the ventilation ducts, Chen Xin hurriedly wanted to open

the additional mandatory upgrades. The ventilation function ventilates the air

in the refuge.

It's just that he found the switch for forced ventilation and pressed it twice

but nothing happened.

Chen Xin was taken aback, and hurriedly checked it all around, only then did

he realize that the function of forced ventilation requires power.

Fortunately, the ventilation system line of the system upgrade has been

directly connected to the power distribution room, and Chen Xin needs to be

wired or plugged in. He only needs to turn on the line control switch from the

power distribution room to start the forced ventilation.

After tossing for a long time, Chen Xin finally felt relieved when he heard

the sound of the fan running in the ventilation duct and the wind caused by

the high-speed air flow.

However, the power of the storage battery was limited. Chen Xin was worried

that the power was insufficient and filled the generator with oil. After

starting the generator to ensure power supply, he collapsed on the sofa in the

living room.

After smoking the forced ventilation for more than half an hour, Chen Xin felt

that it was almost done. He took off the gas mask on his face and smelled it.

He felt that he could no longer smell the smoke, so he turned off the forced

ventilation.

Although the function of forced ventilation saved Chen Xin's life this time,

this function does not need to be turned on all the time, and when turned on,

it is not only very noisy, but also consumes electricity.

If it is not necessary, it is better to close it to save resources.

Turned off the forced ventilation, and Chen Xin returned to the sofa in the

living room. Only then did he let go of the worry and panic caused by the

incident just now, and his mind started to think about the problem.

This incident has sounded the alarm for Chen Xin. His seemingly safe refuge

still has loopholes. If he didn't have a system to upgrade the ventilation

system this time, then he might have been suffocated.

Even if he didn't wake up in time, then he was probably smothered to death in

his sleep.

So if Chen Xin wants to live well, he must increase his alertness, and at the

same time make good use of the system, upgrade the shelter as much as

possible, so that the shelter can better protect him and provide him with a

guarantee of survival.

This time the incident also confirmed Chen Xin. If it is not necessary, all

the survival points will be invested in upgrading the refuge instead of other

dispensable items, and he must reserve a survival point at any time in case of

emergency. Need.

Just like this time, if Chen Xin didn’t just have enough survival points, even

if the system can be upgraded to the ventilation system, he does not have

enough survival points to do this. In the end, it may still be because the

harmful gases in the air exceed the standard. Suffocated to death due to

insufficient oxygen.

Now Chen Xin can get 10 survival points every day, and the reason why he can

save 100 survival points that can be used to upgrade the ventilation system in

two days is because he got the survival points when the system first settled.

An achievement.

"Own a shelter, reward 100 survival points"

Through this achievement, Chen Xin also understood that this system also has a

way to obtain survival points through achievements.

But what can be achieved Chen Xin is still at a loss, and he has not studied

in depth, so currently he mainly relies on 10 points every day to accumulate

survival points.

Of course, with the upgrading of the refuge, Chen Xin's living conditions are

getting better and better, and there will be more and more survival points

that can be settled every day.

So Chen Xin still has confidence in his future. Even if the world is at the

end of the day, as long as he works hard to live, he will definitely live

better and better with systematic help.

With this belief, Chen Xin cheered up again.

Although he was choked by the smell of smoke and harmful gases before, but

with an oxygen cylinder to provide oxygen, the effect of the harmful gases on

his body was gradually subsiding, and his mind was also clear.

Recovered, Chen Xin thought about it seriously. The condition for the system

to increase the number of survival points settled every day is to improve his

own survival conditions. Then what things in the refuge can be considered to

improve his own survival conditions?

Chen Xin took out his portable notebook, which recorded some things that Chen

Xin had summed up two days ago.

He flipped through the records above, looked at the contents of the items

listed above, and after thinking about it, he took out the pen from the

notebook, turned to a clean page, and relisted a new table on it, and he wrote

The first one is medical treatment.

This incident reminded Chen Xin that the first priority for survival is to

ensure his own survival, so complete medical facilities can undoubtedly

greatly increase his chances of survival.

Among other things, in the current environment of lack of doctors and

medicines, Chen Xin cannot leave the refuge to see a doctor even if he is

sick, and he only stocks some commonly used medicines. It's okay to say if you

have a cold or a fever. What is the uncommon disease? You can close your eyes

and wait for death or simply give yourself a knife~www.mtlnovel.com~ So a

complete set of medical facilities is inevitable for Chen Xin, the best is

There can be a dedicated medical room or simply a medical cabin that can be

cured if the head is blown up in science fiction works.

Fortunately, there is a systematic existence. Chen Xin believes that this is

not difficult to accomplish. What is needed is nothing more than survival.

But after thinking about it carefully, Chen Xin added food before the medical

item.

Eating is the first rigid need that occurs every day. No one dares to say that

he does not need to eat.

This is the same for Chen Xin, he also needs to eat.

Although he stored enough food in the refuge, the food will eventually be

eaten, so he opened a planting greenhouse, and sorted out the greenhouse in

the first two days, and sowed it. The first seeds.

Maybe I should upgrade the greenhouse next?

Chen Xin listed this as his priority option for the next upgrade, but he did

not use it as his first option for upgrading the shelter.

Because before upgrading the planting greenhouse, Chen Xin must consider how

to maintain the greenhouse operation.

You should know that Chen Xin’s greenhouse uses supplementary lights to

provide simulated light to crops, but these supplementary lights are all power

consumers. If you want to upgrade the greenhouse, he must first consider

upgrading the power system to ensure that the greenhouse runs. electricity.

But thinking of the greenhouse, Chen Xin decided to go to the greenhouse. He

didn't know if the seeds he planted before had sprouted.

Chen Xin is very concerned about this, after all, it is related to whether he

can eat fresh vegetables and whether he can still have something to eat after

eating the reserved food.
