Chapter 579: Decisively refuse

"Building an energy tower? Seed bank? You should contact your official for

this kind of thing. Why did you come to me?" Chen Xin looked at the female

scientist in front of him. Resistance to what the female scientist requested.

Chen Xin masters all the technology of the energy tower, but this kind of

thing should be solved through diplomatic channels between the two countries,

rather than directly approaching the door. It seems that he will help the

Lucia build by just asking him. The same as the energy tower.

"We have contacted the official, but they are also helpless now. The country

is affected by the epidemic, and the official power is basically used for

reconstruction work, and there is not much power available to help us protect

the seed bank." The expression of the female scientist. Sorrow, obviously

desperate for such a situation and situation.

She covered her face, seeming to suppress her crying, and said with a little

choking, "We have no other way. If there is no other way to change the

temperature of the seed bank, we can only look at the seeds and The embryo is

frozen!

The official has no spare capacity to help us. They can only manage themselves

now. I also learned about the energy tower from a friend. Now this is our only

hope!

I can only ask for your help! Please look at this for the sake of mankind and

the earth to help us! Please save those seeds and embryos, they are the key to

rebuilding our home in the future! "

Chen Xin looked at the female scientist who was hiding her face and crying.

Although he believed 70% to 80% of the matter, he still had some doubts in his

heart.

It's not that there are any problems with what female scientists say. From all

angles, there are no problems with what female scientists say.

In the face of global disasters, the slightly more capable countries in the

world will be prepared. It is even more desirable for a large country like

Lucia to prepare a seed bank in order to rebuild the ecology after the

disaster.

As for the danger of freezing due to the low temperature, this is also normal.

After all, the temperature here in Lucia can reach minus 40 or 50 degrees in

winter before the disaster. Needless to say, the temperature is already minus

100 degrees. Chen Xin believes that even if the seed bank originally designed

can withstand the harsh environment, I’m afraid Nor has it considered the

normal operation at such a low temperature.

Not to mention that now Lucia has been attacked by the disease, and to a large

extent the entire country is not functioning normally. It is normal for the

seed bank to have problems.

But the female scientist directly approached him for help, which was very

problematic.

According to the normal procedure, it should also be the seed bank represented

by the female scientist who reported the problem to the Lucia official. The

Lucia official was unable to solve the problem. It was thought that the energy

tower could solve the problem.

It's still normal here, but the next thing is that Lucia officially sends

someone to talk to Yan Guo about support, or buy the energy tower core

directly.

There is no country where the government cannot solve the problem, so that

female scientists can directly find themselves and ask for help with a look of

helplessness.

Isn't someone playing tricks in this? This thought came to Chen Xin's mind,

and he became a little more alert.

I can't help Chen Xin not think so. After all, during Lucia's time, all kinds

of ** things happened one after another. He has seen all kinds of guys full

of ambitions and crooked ideas. Who can guarantee this? Isn't a female

scientist such a person?

Thinking of this, Chen Xin also clarified his attitude and said to the female

scientist: "Sorry, I can't help you. If you need help, you should contact the

relevant departments of our country through the official channels of your

country.

Whether you need material assistance or technical support, you should talk to

the relevant departments of our country on this matter, rather than find me

here for personal help.

We are indeed responsible for part of the task of assisting you in Lucia, but

what we can do is only handle the domestically transported materials and

provide you with medical and related technical support.

As for other things, I have no right to promise you anything, nor can I

provide any help. If it's just you, I can consider recruiting a foreign

scientist on behalf of our scientific research department.

Other than that, I can't do other things. So please forgive me, if your seed

bank is really in crisis and you need help, please go to official channels for

help. "

Chen Xin's words can be described as indifferent and unreasonable, but this is

the answer in common sense.

Faced with Chen Xin's indifferent attitude, the female scientist burst into

tears and shouted: "No! You can't do this! The seed bank is the wealth of all

mankind! It is about the reconstruction of human civilization! You can't be

like this! You should help us!"

With that, she even wanted to rush in front of Chen Xin, but was immediately

pulled by the soldier wearing the exoskeleton on the side, and quickly

subdued.

Looking at her tearful, Chen Xin shook his head and said, "I have already told

you how to do it. Instead of asking your official help, you are messing around

with me. Do you think that I will promise to help you like this? Sorry, It’s

impossible. Send her out and give the people to Lucia’s official.”

After speaking, Chen Xin ignored the crying female scientist and turned around

and left the reception room.

For Chen Xin, this incident is not worthy of his mind, but what happened just

now made him vigilant. He specifically confessed to the commander in charge of

security. UU reading www.uukanshu.com has recently strengthened security

measures. , And also notified the country of this matter.

Chen Xin may not be good at this aspect, but there are not many domestic

professionals in this aspect. Just a little analysis can judge the fact that

the Lucias are worried about the energy tower technology.

It's just that even people in the domestic intelligence department found it

strange. Directly letting a female scientist come to Chen Xin was too simple

and rude, and too direct.

Unless Chen Xin is like the kind of fool in the movie who can betray the

national interest for personal friendship, and others don't care if they want

to dedicate their lives for all mankind, it is impossible to agree to help the

female scientist.

Faced with this situation and the analysis given by the country, Chen Xin took

the initiative to send someone with experience in this field to his side after

considering it for some time.

Chen Xin was an internet writer before, and he has long heard of KGB's name,

not to mention the legendary existence of KGB's Swallow. He doesn't want to be

the material of spy films. Professional matters should be given to

professional people. It's better to do it.
