Chapter 689: Equipment problem

"It really surprised me that the Lucias would actually send troops to join the

war." Looking at the Lucias army entering the camp, Chen Xin expressed his

surprise to the officer beside him.

"This is in return for your country's help to our country, and the invasion of

aliens is related to all mankind. Even if Lucia will not be affected by aliens

for a while, we cannot sit back and watch aliens invade the earth. "The Lucia

officer beside Chen Xin answered very seriously.

In response to this answer, Chen Xin nodded slightly.

Although he was a little confused about the Lucias sending reinforcements, and

doubted the purpose of the Lucias, at this time, it is not a bad thing to be

able to have one more available force.

After all, even if Lucia had any other ideas, it was only a matter of human

beings, and they would never surrender to alien creatures.

And even if they want to surrender, how to communicate with alien creatures is

still a problem.

"Academician Chen, in what way will our soldiers join the battle? Will they

enter the battlefield as an independent unit, or will they be incorporated

into your army to fight together?" Lucia's officer asked Chen Xin.

This matter was supposed to be taken care of by the military, but the Lucias

obviously did not have a set of exoskeleton and a 12.7mm heavy machine gun

like Yan Guo. They could not directly go into the battlefield. That was to let

the Lucias go. To die.

So when high-level discussions about how to arrange for Lucias to participate

in the war, the proposal to upgrade Lucias' equipment was naturally put

forward.

And this matter was also handed over to Chen Xin, who was to evaluate Lucia's

equipment.

According to the evaluation results, there will be two different treatment

methods.

"How is your equipment?" Chen Xin asked Lucia's officer about the situation.

Although from the situation of Lucia's army seen before them, they can only go

into battle to die, but the situation still needs to be understood.

"Because of the information shared by your country, we understand the

performance of alien creatures on the battlefield, so our army is equipped

with heavy weapons as much as possible, but because of the lack of exoskeleton

equipment that your country has already popularized, we cannot do it. Let

every soldier be equipped with heavy firepower." At this point, Lucia's

officer could not help but shook his head, showing a bitter expression.

Once upon a time, the Yan State still needed to introduce military equipment

and technology to Suvia. In just a few years, Lucia and the Yan State had

essentially lost their generation.

Although regretful, the question still needs to be answered, so the Lucia

officer took Chen Xin into the barracks temporarily allocated to the Lucia

army, and took him to see the current equipment of the Lucias.

It is true that the Lucias cannot equip everyone with heavy weapons, nor do

they have advanced exoskeletons like Yan Guo, but they still equip the army

with unpowered power-assisted exoskeletons, and let the soldiers carry large-

caliber weapons as much as possible. .

However, they were all adjusted to armor-piercing bullets, shotguns, grenades

and other equipment, instead of small-caliber weapons such as automatic rifles

before.

In addition, they also brought a number of tanks and armored vehicles.

Although they also knew that these armored units could be of limited use and

were not comparable to the Yan Nation Titans, they had to bring them.

And after Chen Xin browsed their equipment briefly, Chen Xin also had some

ideas in his mind.

"Although your equipment can also pose a certain threat to alien creatures, it

is still difficult to cause effective threats on the battlefield." Chen Xin

didn't have the slightest meaning to this kind of thing, and he was very

straightforward to Lucia. It shows the situation: "So either you stay behind

and do some auxiliary work to assist our troops in front of the battle, or

upgrade your equipment so that you have the ability to fight against alien

creatures."

"Upgrade equipment? This... Is your country willing to provide equipment?"

Lucia's officer seemed a little surprised. Before coming, he had prepared his

troops to take the existing weapons to the battlefield.

After all, they are Maozi, a race that can beat bears by boxing. They dare to

charge even if they only have shovel in the face of the enemy, not to mention

that they still have weapons in their hands.

But now listening to Chen Xin's meaning, it seems that Yan Guo is willing to

upgrade their equipment, which is really a surprise.

"You can't let you go up and die! This is not human beings' infighting, but a

war with alien creatures. As a usable force, you must always let you play your

best role, even if it is really to die. Don’t you have to play a sufficient

role in your mission?” Chen Xin did not avoid the issue of sending him to

death, because such a mission would really happen during a war.

Lucia's officer obviously knew this too, and did not care too much about the

death issue that Chen Xin said, but was more concerned about the equipment

issue that Chen Xin said.

"Will you provide the same equipment as your country's army?" Although Lucia's

officer knew that this was just a luxury, he still had expectations.

"I'm not sure about this. Although I have been assigned to assess your

equipment status and can decide whether to provide you with weapons, it is

necessary to discuss and decide what kind of weapons and equipment to

provide." Chen Xin replied to Lucia's officer. With.

Despite the fact that Chen Xin himself could decide what equipment to provide

Lucia's army, he still did not do such a thing.

Providing weapons equipped by one's own country's military to the military of

other countries is a matter that requires careful consideration.

Even though they are now facing the invasion of alien creatures, UU reading

www.uukanshu. Com This is still something that needs to be taken seriously.

After all, Yan Nation and Lucia are still two countries, and they have not

completely formed an alliance under the threat of alien invasion.

According to Chen Xin's vision, the equipment provided by the country to

Lucia's support army should be civilian exoskeleton with heavy machine guns,

while power armor and Titans were not provided to Lucia's army.

After all, Lucia's army is also going to the battlefield. It is inevitable to

increase their output and damage ability to alien creatures.

However, the current military exoskeleton in Yan Country is not enough by

itself, and there are not so many available to Lucia's army, so it is more

appropriate to use civilian exoskeleton.

As for Titan and power armor, not to mention the use and maintenance require

professional training and consume a lot of time. The output of these two alone

is not enough to meet Yan Nation's own needs. How can it be provided to other

countries' troops.

But even so, this is much better than the equipment brought by the Lucias

themselves.
