Chapter 692: New model Titan

After accepting the equipment provided by Yan Nation, and understanding and

familiarizing with the situation of alien creatures, the reinforcements sent

by these Lucias were finally dragged onto the battlefield.

Because the battle situation at this time was not very critical, and the

Lucias belonged to the friendly forces who came to strengthen, so although the

command sent them to the battlefield, they did not directly put them into the

front line.

Instead, they were placed behind the defensive line and used as reinforcements

for auxiliary operations, so that they could familiarize themselves with the

battlefield first.

Although the Lucias don't mind being thrown directly on the battlefield, since

they can get acquainted with the environment first, they naturally won't have

any objections.

The Lucias who arrived at the defense line were startled by the fierce

exchange of fire on the defense line. Many people even felt shocked.

They are not recruits, nor have they not experienced wars. Some people even

participated in the previous battle against the opposition in the capital of

Lucia, but they have never experienced such a fierce battlefield.

The intensive sound of machine guns never stopped, and the sound was as fierce

as a torrential rain. The shelling and airstrikes launched from time to time

from the rear made them feel like they were staying in the trenches of World

War II.

However, this is just a daily routine on the defensive line, and it is not

really a fierce battle at all.

"What? Is this just an ordinary firefight?" Chekov's eyes widened as he

listened to the situation introduced by a Yan Nation soldier.

Vasily was also very surprised. He thought this Russian-speaking soldier of

Yan Nation asked: "But listening to the density of your exchange of fire, this

is already a full exchange of fire, right? We had never seen such a fierce

fight in the Middle East before. ."

"It's different, the kind of war in the Middle East, even if the firefight is

fierce, it is nothing more than a firefight between several troops, but here,

everyone on the entire line of defense is firing." The soldiers of the Yan

Kingdom smiled at them. I didn't think Lucia was making a fuss.

In fact, if he had not adapted to the fierce battle on the defensive line, he

would be as surprised as these Lucias.

After all, the battle ahead is indeed fierce. Everyone on the entire defense

line is shooting with their weapons for a moment, because otherwise, alien

creatures that have been constantly attacking the defense line like a tide

will use them. That huge number, see the line of defense flooded.

"What is the fierce exchange of fire like?" Chekov asked very curiously, and

Vasily on the side was also very interested in this question.

The Yan State soldier still smiled, but said in a very ordinary way: "Before

we threw thirty tactical nuclear bombs."

The eyes of the two Lucias suddenly widened, and their mouths were so startled

that they forgot to close their mouths.

Regarding the use of nuclear bombs, the Suvia talents were really crazy back

then. They repaired reservoirs with nuclear bombs, repaired railways with

nuclear bombs, and extinguished fires with nuclear bombs... As long as they

can think of the way that nuclear bombs can be used, the Suvias did it back

then.

As the successor of Suvia, Lucia is naturally familiar with nuclear bombs, but

this does not mean that two Lucia soldiers have seen nuclear bombs used.

In fact, there are still only the two nuclear bombs actually used in warfare

in human history.

Although the soldiers of Yan Nation were talking about tactical nuclear bombs,

even tactical nuclear bombs were nuclear bombs, and the number of thirty was

already very scary.

This also made the two Lucia soldiers clearly realize what the battlefield

against alien creatures is all about, and how fierce the battle is.

While the Lucias were adapting to the battlefield, Chen Xin was debugging a

new model of Titan.

"Academician Chen, is this the new model of Titan? How come it looks different

from the previous one!"

Hearing that Chen Xin was going to test a new model of Titan, the military

hurriedly sent people to observe and understand the situation.

The only thing that appeared in front of them was a body that was very

different from the previous Titan in appearance, which surprised the military.

"It's really not the same. I modified a lot of designs. This one was prepared

for mass production. Originally, some of the components on the Titan that cost

more resources and man-hours to produce can be saved." Chen Xinxiang to the

military The person explained that he did omit and modify a lot of things on

the new model of Titan.

Hearing what Chen Xin said, the military also nodded their heads to express

their understanding. After all, the previous Titans were easy to use, but the

cost was also there. Even if Chen Xin increased the production line, the

output was still only that much. many.

Because it is a test, there is also a previous general-purpose model next to

the new model Titan. The contrast between the two is obvious, and the

difference can also be clearly seen.

The general-purpose Titan has a more human-like appearance, has two arms to

operate weapons, is taller, and has thicker armor.

However, the new model of Titan looks slender and thin at first glance, and

basically lacks a human form.

On the new model of Titan, Chen Xin adopted an anti-joint motion structure to

enhance walking ability, but he cut off his hands and directly attached the

weapon to the Titan's body.

In addition, Chen Xin directly transformed the Titan's body into a weapon

platform. The shape looks like a bowl turned upside down. The torso structure

has become much lower, not to mention, the head has also become a weapon. In

front of the body, not directly above.

This makes the new model Titan look like a hunchback with a turtle shell on

its back, arms loaded with weapons, legs anti-knuckle walking, and looks quite

weird.

Although this design looks a bit weird, after abandoning the humanoid

structure, the structure of the new model Titan is relatively simpler, and

both production and operation have become much simpler.

The military has no opinion on appearance. They are more concerned about

performance.

But don't worry about this. Compared with the original general-purpose Titan,

the new model of Titan is definitely much better than the general-purpose

weapon in terms of weapons.

First of all, Chen Xin installed a phalanx on the head of the new Titan that

resembled a tortoise shell, and on one side of his arms was a 75mm hand-held

short-barreled gun that had been verified on the universal Titan.

Only this time he directly connected the cannon body to the Titan instead of

the original portable one.

On the other side is a large-caliber six-unit aircraft cannon, fed by

ammunition chains, and the long ammunition chain is connected to the

ammunition box on the back of the Titan.

Watching the new model Titan test the weapons it installed, the military was

very satisfied with the firepower, but they still asked Chen Xin a question:

"Academician Chen, the speed of aliens is so fast and there are so many. If

they break through the fire blockade, how can they solve the melee problem

after they get close to the Titans?"
