Chapter 714: When the sun rises as usual

When the storm subsided, a whole week had passed.

Although this extremely cold storm, which can be completely attributed to man-

made accidents, had a serious impact on the entire central and southern

regions of Yan Country, when the storm subsided, what was left was a sky where

the sun could finally be seen.

When the sun had risen as usual many years ago, everyone would have a long-

lost feeling.

This is the same for Chen Xin, since the last time he watched the sun set when

the meteorite struck, this was the first time he had seen the sun rise in the

past few years.

Originally, he thought he might never see the sun rise again in his life, but

he didn't expect that this time, the accident caused the sun to shine again on

the earth.

It can also be regarded as a blessing in disguise, or is it a blessing to lose

a horse?

Chen Xin didn't want to show joy and happiness about this. After all, the

previous storm was caused by him in a sense, and the losses caused by it can

also be attributed to him to some extent.

Although the damage caused by this storm can say that human beings have not

suffered serious damage due to the advancement brought by technology, it

cannot be said that they have not suffered losses.

Under such circumstances, other people may be able to cheer the long-lost

sunrise happily, but for Chen Xin, he needs to consider the handling of

various problems after the storm.

Of course, although Chen Xin needs to deal with these problems, he is not

really the only one to deal with these problems.

As the main affected area of this storm, the East Dongting Lake area

suffered the most serious losses.

Because here was a war zone before, and the main reason for the storm was the

thunderstorm experiment conducted by Chen Xin at that time, which led to the

fact that when the storm formed, extreme cold and strong winds struck, the

entire East Dongting Lake area was still fighting fiercely. Battlefield.

Although due to the timely notification, the soldiers on the defense line were

prepared in advance, but these defenses did not completely withstand the

attack brought by the cold wave.

There were still a lot of frostbite from soldiers on the defense line, and

many weapons and equipment were frozen on the battlefield. A bunker had been

attacked by corrosive vesicles before, and this time even the outer wall was

frozen and cracked.

What's more, because the temperature is too low, the coverage area is too

wide, so that the entire heating pipeline is frozen. Even one of the energy

towers responsible for providing heat has been frozen and many have failed.

"The area affected by the current storm includes six provinces including

Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Guangdong, and Fujian, and other surrounding provinces,

cities and regions are also affected to varying degrees..." A staff member is

reporting this The damage caused by the storm.

Chen Xin listened carefully. The staff said too much, and the disaster was far

more serious than he expected. In summary, there were only eight words:

widespread and devastated.

The worst situation is not the area of East Dongting Lake. Although this is

the center of the formation of the storm, the front line has indeed been

greatly devastated and destroyed due to the fact that it has been fighting

against alien creatures, but because of the advance warning, it is of course I

didn't have enough time, but I still did protection work.

Coupled with the fact that the army is mainly stationed, the military is

undoubtedly better than the local in terms of efficiency, so the situation is

not particularly serious.

But even so, there are still a large number of soldiers on the front line

suffering from frostbite and urgently in need of treatment, causing the

medical system to be almost overwhelmed to collapse.

However, the army can respond quickly, but the local area is not as efficient.

Moreover, many prefecture-level counties and cities are not able to withstand

this degree of storm and extreme cold conditions at all, causing the disaster

to be quite serious.

This has also led to the severe test of the medical systems of the entire

southern provinces and cities, just like when the first cold wave came when a

large number of frostbites and complications nearly overwhelmed the medical

system.

The disaster situation this time is more serious than before. If it weren't

for Chen Xin's purchase of a lot of black technology to the country in the

past few years, many places might not be able to survive the storm this time.

Even though the black technology provided by Chen Xin has made it difficult

for many places to survive, the snow and snow and dust from the sky still bury

many shelters. After the disaster is over, many places need to be done. The

first thing for him is to actively rescue himself and dig himself out of the

ice and snow.

The scope of this storm is beyond imagination. After all, in the past, even if

there were typhoons and storms, it was impossible to cover the entire central

and southern regions of Yan Country, and even spread all the way down to the

southeast coast.

Even if it is a very large typhoon that is rare in history, it is difficult to

reach so many provinces and cities, and unlike the present, the state can

organize various forces to actively rescue.

In this situation, although the country is also actively responding to

disasters, the war in the Dongting Lake area, land transportation isolated by

snow and ice, and air transportation that have been affected by high-altitude

air quality... all have restricted the speed and intensity of the country's

disaster relief.

In the face of this unprecedented supernatural disaster, all you can do is to

actively help yourself first, and then consider helping others.

"We already know the situation of the disaster in the rear. How is the

situation on the front line?" the general who was commanding the front line

asked a participating officer.

As a general and the commander of the theater, UU read www.uukānshu. Although

com is also concerned about the disaster-hit areas, there is still war ahead,

and he can only focus his attention on the battlefield.

"At present, the alien creatures on the front line are not attacking. When the

storm hits, it also dealt a huge blow to them. A large number of combat

children were torn apart by the storm. Now they are powerless to attack us."

The officer reported to the general, and at the same time. Explained: "The

troops on the front line have been replaced. The soldiers with severe

frostbite have been sent to the rear for treatment. Now the troops who are

being replaced are all in better condition. They are repairing and maintaining

the defense line, and at the same time, they are actively preparing for the

war. Even if alien creatures attack, we can stop them."

Hearing what the officer said, the faces of everyone in the conference room

looked a little better. This is one of the few good news after hearing so much

bad news.

"In addition to these, I think we also need to pay attention to the changes

brought about by the re-rising of the sun." It was Chen Xin's turn to speak,

but he brought the topic to the environment and the weather: "Although the

storm has blown away. The black clouds above us caused the sun to reappear,

but this did not blow away the dust in the atmosphere of the blue star. We

need to consider whether the sun came out temporarily or for a long time.

If it's just a momentary light, it's okay, but if it's a long-term impact,

many things have to be adjusted. "
