Chapter 84: Ice Zhiye's Woman's Prohibition

At night, after 27 days of practical exams, which was almost a month, everyone was very tired. Even though they had been back at the academy for a day, the students still felt mentally and physically exhausted, falling asleep quickly after lying down on their beds.

Not all the students returned together. Many who had dropped out midway had already returned to the academy early. Ice Zhiye only returned to the academy today from the Fire Lizard City, along with Teacher Dain.

In the room, the snoring continued as usual, but it was only one person's snoring. Wayne was still in the intensive care unit under medical supervision. Qin quietly sat up, cast a wind spell, and flew to Ice Zhiye's bed.

Ice Zhiye opened his eyes and looked at her.

"Shh!" Qin made a gesture to be quiet and crawled into Ice Zhiye's bed.

"What are you doing?" Ice Zhiye sat up, surprised.

"Sleeping." Qin grabbed his shoulder and pressed him back onto the bed, giggling as she lay down beside him.

Ice Zhiye pushed her hand away and said coldly, "What do you really want?"

Seeing his coldness, Qin became a bit unhappy: "What's wrong? I just want to hear a story, about what happened in the Datam Grand Canyon."

Ice Zhiye said, "Luo has been talking to you all day, haven't you heard enough?"

Qin smiled, "I know, you must be different from them. I know you're like my brother, so the things that happened must be different too."

"You and my brother?"

"I know, you are 'Two' and he is 'Three'."

Ice Zhiye's face turned cold: "He told you everything?"

Qin smiled, "Yeah, my brother doesn't hide much from me. He said that inside, he only really understands you 'One' and 'Four'. He's met them, but doesn't even know their names."

"That's right, I've known your brother for a long time."

Qin asked curiously, "Hey, I want to know what 'One', 'Two', 'Three', and 'Four' mean. Do they have any significance?"

"You don't know everything, do you?"

Qin laughed, "Tell me, I asked my brother before, but he wouldn't say."

Ice Zhiye said, "You just said you wanted to hear about Datam, why are you asking about this now?"

"I'm more interested in this now. You know, women are fickle." Qin pulled Ice Zhiye's hand and shook it, "Tell me, tell me."

Ice Zhiye put a pillow in the middle and said coldly, "Do you know that sharing a bed with me and touching me will make you die a very ugly death?"

"Ah, is it that serious to touch you? Is that why you're so angry?" Qin pouted, looking hurt.

Ice Zhiye said, "It's not a big deal to touch me, and it's not a big deal to sleep next to me, but both happening at the same time is a big deal. So, keep what happened just now to yourself and don't let anyone else know."

Qin looked at him in confusion: "Is it really necessary to be so mysterious about this?"

Ice Zhiye ignored her question and said, "You seem to think that my brother and I are friends."

Qin was taken aback: "Yes, yes, aren't we?"

"Sort of." Ice Zhiye looked at the ceiling, "There's no special meaning to 'One', 'Two', 'Three', and 'Four'. They have no significance, so don't ask anymore."

"No significance? Then why are you called 'One', 'Two', 'Three', and 'Four'?"

Ice Zhiye said calmly, "I told you not to ask."

"Alright, tell me something else. Tell me something else." Qin pouted, "You don't know how boring it is when you're not in the dorm. Every night, I'm alone, just waiting. Even when I walk around the academy, I'm under surveillance."

"Why don't you switch to a dorm with other girls? Why do you insist on staying here?"

Qin smiled, "I refused to switch because you're here. After you left, I think about you every day, morning and night, even in my dreams. Oh, why is that? Is it because I love you?"

"No, absolutely not." Ice Zhiye said firmly, "You're just delirious. I warn you, if you have any improper thoughts about me, you will die a very ugly death. I'm serious, I'm not joking."

"Really."

Qin propped herself up and looked at him, "If I touch you, will you kill me?"

Ice Zhiye didn't say anything.

Qin huffed, "I don't believe it!" She reached out to hug Ice Zhiye.

Suddenly, Ice Zhiye took out a dagger and placed it against her neck, "I'm serious, it's for your own good."

"You..." Qin couldn't understand why he was doing this, feeling both angry and anxious, "Are you crazy? You can't even be touched. Are you a woman? Then there's nothing to be afraid of."

"Why do you insist on touching me?"

"Nothing, I just don't believe it!" Qin said angrily, "I don't believe it! I'm going to hug you and kiss you, see if you kill me." She ignored the knife on her neck, pressed down, and hugged Ice Zhiye, kissing him on the face.

Ice Zhiye frowned slightly, putting the knife aside.

Qin, seeing her success, lay on top of him and laughed triumphantly, "How about that? I touched you and kissed you, and you didn't kill me."

Ice Zhiye turned his head to the side, saying helplessly, "How old are you? Do you like doing this kind of thing?"

"Twelve..." Qin was taken aback, realizing what she had just done. She quickly got off Ice Zhiye, backing away until she hit the edge of the bed and fell off.

Ice Zhiye didn't check if she was hurt; he knew she wouldn't die from such a fall.

The noise woke up Luo below: "Hey, Carol, why are you lying on the floor?"

"Nothing, nothing." Qin rubbed her back and got up, "I fell out of bed while sleeping."

Luo chuckled, "How did you sleep? You could fall out of bed like that. If you can't sleep, go to Wayne's bed. He's not here now, and you can talk to him about switching beds when he comes back."

Qin waved her hand, "No, no, thank you. I'm sorry for disturbing your sleep. Go back to sleep, I'll sleep well."

Luo lay down, but sat up again after a while.

"What are you doing?" Qin was about to climb back onto Ice Zhiye's bed.

Luo was taken aback, "Oh, I'm getting a drink of water."

"I'll get it for you." Qin found his cup and poured him a glass of ice water.

"Thank... thank you." Luo took a sip of water and noticed Qin still looking at him, "What's wrong? Why aren't you sleeping?"

Qin smiled, "I'm putting your cup of water down."

"Thank you, thank you." Luo felt confused, handed her the cup, but was so sleepy that he didn't think much about it.

Seeing that he was really asleep, Qin flew back to Ice Zhiye's bed and crawled under the covers.

"What are you doing here again?"

Qin said, "You promised to let me sleep with you."

Ice Zhiye said, "When did I promise?"

"Just now, when I crawled into your bed, you didn't deny it, so you must have agreed."

"You..." Ice Zhiye sighed, not wanting to argue over this, "If you want to sleep, go ahead, just don't disturb me."

"Okay." Qin giggled, used a wind spell to get her pillow, and hugged Ice Zhiye as she fell asleep.

Ice Zhiye glanced at her, thinking, "Spoiled brat, pampered by the wind. You don't know, a woman once did the same thing to me, and now she wishes she were dead."
