"Harlow, I'm really sorry I can't properly greet you! Can you take me to chase after him!"

As Li Fatso said this, he opened the car door and climbed in.

"I don't think I have the option to refuse, do I?"

Seeing that Li Fatso had even fastened his seatbelt, Harlow rolled his eyes and got back into the driver's seat.

"You three go look for food, we'll meet back here in a bit!"

As soon as Li Fatso finished speaking, the taxi sped off in pursuit of the man.

Yan Zejin waved to Wang Chan and the others, and the three of them quickly ran across the street to check the doors of each restaurant.

Fortunately, the door of an Italian restaurant was open, and the three of them hurriedly slipped inside. Actually, if all the doors were locked, they could have smashed the glass to force their way in. However, doing so would not only attract zombies but also make the restaurant unsafe with a hole in the window.

"Frankly, I don't think it's worth taking such a big risk to chase after him, unless you know him?" Harlow said as he drove, glancing at the small, chubby Asian man in the rearview mirror.

"He turned right! He's a friend of a friend, and I was entrusted to find him!"

After hearing Li Fatso's response, Harlow nodded and gradually pressed down on the gas pedal, speeding up.

"He must be hiding." After a beautiful drift, the taxi slowed down as Harlow saw that the long, straight road was empty.

"Mike, is-that-you? Mike?" Li Fatso rolled down the window and stuck his head out, shouting loudly.

"Keep it down, what if you attract the zombies!?" Harlow quickly stopped Li Fatso's shouting.

Apart from the zombies and Li Fatso, there was no other sound on the street. However, the zombies were drawn to Li Fatso's voice and began to emerge from all directions. Li Fatso, wielding a machete, got out of the car and methodically dealt with the approaching zombies.

Seeing Li Fatso fighting and retreating, dispatching the zombies one by one, Harlow also picked up the baseball bat from the passenger seat.

"Son-of-a-bitch!" Harlow cursed as he struck a zombie's head.

After several fierce blows, the zombie was dead, and Harlow was splattered with blood. With Harlow's help, the few remaining zombies were quickly cleared.

"I don't think that person intends to meet us, though he's definitely hiding nearby." Harlow shrugged, looking somewhat helpless.

"Mike? It's Arthur who sent me to find you! Come out! I'll take you to Arthur!" Li Fatso shouted out Arthur's name, but still, no one responded.

The street was empty except for the dead bodies on the ground.

"I think you might have the wrong person. Do you want to go inside and look?" Harlow leaned against the taxi and asked.

"Let's not. Maybe you're right, we might have the wrong person."

Li Fatso had to give up on finding Mike, as he had more important things to do.

"Our goal in coming out was to find medicine and food. Since that person doesn't want to meet us, why should we force it? Let's go, they're waiting for us."

As Li Fatso was about to get back into the car, Harlow grabbed him.

"Alright. But, let's go to this store first."

Li Fatso followed Harlow's hand and saw a small outdoor equipment store nearby.

"There should be a lot of things we need inside, like tents, lighting equipment, binoculars, sleeping bags, and electric grills."

Li Fatso was swayed by Harlow's words. Indeed, these items were urgently needed by the team, especially since everyone hadn't had a hot meal in a long time. Continuing like this, they would eventually get stomach problems, and an electric grill could help solve this issue.

The two ran to the door of the outdoor equipment store and found it locked. However, it was a glass door, and after confirming there were no zombies nearby, Harlow smashed the glass with one swing of the bat.

"Let's move quickly, be careful, there might be zombies inside."

The two entered the store, one after the other. As soon as Li Fatso spoke, he heard a noise from the second floor. He cautiously approached the stairs and saw a zombie rolling down from upstairs.

The zombie must have lost its footing and rolled right to Li Fatso's feet. Before the zombie could grab his leg, Li Fatso raised his machete and finished it off.

Then, the two thoroughly checked the store, inside and out, up and down, to ensure there were no more zombies.

They moved some living supplies, lighting equipment, and a portable grill for outdoor barbecues into the taxi's trunk. Li Fatso also took some outdoor clothing, as the girls at the nightclub were dressed too revealingly, and he could give them something to change into.

Although he wouldn't enjoy the view, human life was more important!

Since Harlow had already brought a suitcase in the trunk, it didn't take long to fill it up. Seeing Harlow still moving things, Li Fatso quickly called out to him.

Harlow reluctantly put the items back, leaving only a few folding fishing rods in the back seat.

The two started the car and immediately headed back the way they came.

Although today had been full of twists and turns, as Si Yao said, everything went smoothly from then on. Now they just needed to pick up everyone and return to Wonderland.

Just as they were about to reach the intersection to return to Baker Street, Harlow suddenly hit the brakes. Li Fatso, who had forgotten to fasten his seatbelt, almost hit the windshield.

"Shh, did you hear something?" Harlow made a gesture to be quiet and asked Li Fatso, who was sitting in the passenger seat.

Li Fatso didn't have time to complain and had to calm down to listen.

"Is it the sound of zombies?"

As Harlow spoke, he slowly started the car and drove forward at about 20 miles per hour. They slowly approached the intersection, and Harlow didn't turn left but stopped the car in the middle of the intersection.

"Damn it!" Li Fatso cursed as he saw a large group of zombies on Baker Street! The worst had happened!

"Damn it! Did these lunatics chase us all the way here!?" Harlow cursed and immediately started the car, reversing.

These zombies looked familiar, and Harlow immediately recognized them. They were the same group that had been following him earlier, and he thought he had lost them, but they had managed to catch up!

"Harlow, stop the car! Stop the car!"

"Are you crazy!? Don't you see those zombies? If we stay, we'll end up like you did before, trapped and dead!"

"I told you to stop the car! My brothers are still there!"

Li Fatso grabbed Harlow's arm, not allowing him to argue.

"I'll save my brothers myself!"

"Fine, your life, your choice."

Harlow reluctantly stopped the car.
