Richard walked into the hall and saw several exquisite bookshelves. However, they were not for books but filled with various car models. From the vintage cars of the 1940s and 1950s to the Ferraris and Lamborghinis that Albe and the others could recognize, it seemed that Qin Zhongyi was truly a car enthusiast.

The four of them also came downstairs. At Qin Zhongyi's invitation, Richard and the others sat on the sofa. Qin Zhongyi walked to the open kitchen and asked, "Coffee, green tea, or water?"

For several days, they had only been drinking mineral water and carbonated drinks, and now coffee and green tea seemed almost unimaginable. They told Qin Zhongyi what they wanted to drink, and he got busy.

Seeing Qin Zhongyi busy in the kitchen, Qiqi asked curiously, "Idol, I remember the headquarters of Lotus is in Oxford. Why do you live in Norwich?"

"Beauty, don't call me idol, just call me Xiaoyi," Qin Zhongyi said with a smile, looking up at Qiqi.

Qiqi hesitated for a moment and then replied, a bit embarrassed, "Okay, Xiaoyi. You can call me Qiqi."

"Qiqi, that's a nice name," Qin Zhongyi said, holding two cups of coffee made by the coffee machine and handing them to Richard and Qiqi, then sitting beside them.

"Thank you, Xiaoyi," Qiqi said, blushing as she took the coffee from Qin Zhongyi.

Richard also nodded in thanks.

Qin Zhongyi then explained to Albe and Belinda, "The water for the green tea still needs to boil a bit longer. Sorry."

Albe and Belinda both smiled at him, indicating it was no problem.

"As for why I'm here," Qin Zhongyi finally answered Qiqi's question, "the headquarters of Lotus is indeed in the town of Enstone in Oxfordshire, but Lotus has a factory in Norwich. As a test driver, my workplace is usually between Norwich and Enstone."

"What were you doing outside just now?" Albe suddenly asked as soon as Qin Zhongyi finished speaking.

Compared to Qiqi, who was in a fangirl state, Albe was clearly more rational. After deciding to stay overnight, she needed to understand Qin Zhongyi better, as Baidu Encyclopedia wouldn't tell her these things.

Albe remembered that when Qin Zhongyi got out of the car, he didn't take anything, which didn't seem like he was going out to find food. Moreover, seeing the pile of fruits on the table and the full fridge, it seemed he wasn't lacking food.

So Albe was curious why Qin Zhongyi would take such a big risk to go outside.

Qin Zhongyi smiled at Albe, not finding her question unreasonable. He stood up and pointed to the car models, saying, "Actually, it's nothing. You can see these models. I've loved cars since I was a child, so I aspired to be a race car driver and collect all the sports cars in the world."

As he spoke, Qin Zhongyi walked to the shelf and picked up a model.

"However, my family wasn't wealthy, so I couldn't achieve my dream," he said, putting the model back on the shelf. "After becoming a race car driver, I started driving more and more sports cars, and my love for cars became even more intense. I wish I could own them, not just drive them."

After saying that, Qin Zhongyi sat back on the sofa.

"Although race car drivers earn a lot, it's still far from enough for my dream. There are too many cars I can't afford or get, like the limited edition Evora outside, of which there are only three in the entire UK."

"So you went out to steal... take that car?" Albe said halfway, but seeing Qiqi glare at her, she changed her words.

"That's right," Qin Zhongyi replied calmly, not minding the word "steal."

Hearing Qin Zhongyi's words, Qiqi's eyes almost turned into hearts. Such a handsome, dreamy, and warm-hearted man was probably one of a kind in the entire UK!

"It seems you're really a car enthusiast, even willing to risk your life to get them," Albe said, finding it hard to understand men's obsession with cars.

"Think about it, if such a disaster hadn't happened, how could I have the chance to realize this dream? It's as if heaven is helping me," Qin Zhongyi said, getting up to go to the kitchen as he heard the water boiling.

Hearing Qin Zhongyi's words, Albe couldn't help but frown, thinking he seemed too obsessed with cars.

"But, Xiaoyi, it's too dangerous outside now. There's a terrifying zombie outbreak in the city center. Please don't do this anymore, okay?" Qiqi, who didn't know that Qin Zhongyi was the one who caused the zombie outbreak, said worriedly.

"Thank you for your concern. I won't do it again. You're right, but..." Qin Zhongyi said, handing two cups of green tea to Albe and Belinda.

"Actually, it's not just the zombies; humans are also dangerous." As he spoke, Qin Zhongyi pulled out a dagger from his pocket.

Seeing Qin Zhongyi suddenly pull out a dagger and hearing his words, Albe and Belinda were so scared that they almost dropped their cups. Richard also straightened up, wary of any ill intentions from Qin Zhongyi.

Qiqi, however, remained calm, sipping her coffee and waiting for Qin Zhongyi to continue. In her view, such a handsome and sunny warm-hearted man couldn't possibly harm anyone.

Seeing they had misunderstood, Qin Zhongyi immediately put the dagger on the table, indicating he had no ill intentions.

Albe and Belinda put their green tea on the table, having lost their appetite after the scare.

"On my way back just now, I encountered a group of thugs. The leader was a brute with a fierce look, holding a blood-stained machete, clearly not a good person!" Qin Zhongyi said, lowering his head. "He wanted to kill me! To save my life, I had to..."

At this point, Qin Zhongyi fell silent.

Albe and the others exchanged glances, finally understanding why Qin Zhongyi had said those words. They understood his situation, as the incident with Edward had only happened a few days ago.

Although Qin Zhongyi didn't continue, they guessed that the thug had been killed by him. Qin Zhongyi was still struggling to come to terms with the act of killing.

"Xiaoyi, scum like Edward deserve to be killed, even ground into dust!" Qiqi quickly sat next to Qin Zhongyi, comforting him.

Edward had left a deep impression on her, and Qiqi would never forget this bad person. Unfortunately, Qin Zhongyi didn't know who this Edward was, so he just looked at Qiqi in confusion.

Ignoring Qin Zhongyi's puzzled look, Qiqi continued, "These bastards, instead of uniting to fight the zombies, they kill each other, which is inhumane! You're doing a service to the people! Don't blame yourself, Xiaoyi."
