Chapter 90: Words of Gratitude and Update Plan

"The Path to Immortality Begins with a Master Alchemist" will be officially released tomorrow.

The journey has been a bit bumpy, but it has always been steadily moving forward.

There's not much to say about the book itself.

The only thing I want to mention is that this book is not set in a world on the brink of the end of the Dharma era, but in a world with abundant resources and a flourishing diversity of cultivation practices.

This point hasn't been emphasized much before, but as the plot deepens, you will see it clearly.

Today, I want to talk about two things: gratitude and the update plan.

First, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all my supporters who have helped me from the first round of recommendations to the fourth.

The requirements for the third major recommendation are indeed quite high, and I am already very satisfied with reaching the fourth round of recommendations before the official release.

In addition to the support from my readers, many author friends have given me a lot of advice and even recommended my book in their chapters.

A special shoutout to Tianji Bai, Maishen Zang Jiecao, Tianbang Caomei, and others!

Lastly, I want to thank my editor, Lan Guang.

Since 2006, I have been writing under his guidance, even through changes in categories and editors. In the end, I returned to his team.

I must say, Editor Lan Guang is very supportive of authors, responding quickly to questions and being very proactive with recommendations.

If you feel that there isn't enough to read and want to write your own book, I recommend starting with Editor Lan Guang of Group 7.

Update Plan:

On April 14, 2023, which is tomorrow, Friday, at noon, the book will be officially released.

On the release day, I will ensure at least 10,000 characters of updates, including a 5,000-character chapter (I'm not sure if 5,000 characters still count as a major chapter on Qidian).

For every 200 monthly votes, I will add an extra update. As of now, you have already cast 223 votes, so that counts as one additional update.

Naturally, the more initial subscriptions, the better.

The more I write about the update plan, the more complicated it gets, so I'll just be straightforward: I have several ten thousand characters of backlog, and regardless of how things go tomorrow, I will release eight chapters.

This will be around 45,000 characters, and there might be some adjustments in the evening.

In the future, I will ensure at least 10,000 characters of updates.

For every alliance-level donation, I will add two updates. For every platinum alliance-level donation, I will add twenty updates.

Of course, I still hope that you will cast more monthly votes to support me and give me some encouragement.

I would like to recommend a few books that you might be interested in:

"Ten Years of Sharpening the Sword, One Strike to Shock the Heavens" by Tianji Bai, a veteran author on Qidian with multiple books that have over 10,000 subscriptions, ensuring high quality.

"Konoha: Unable to Learn Jutsu, I Had to Develop My Own" by Maishen Zang Jiecao, a master of Naruto fanfiction, also known for his work "The Tyrannical Cat Ninja."

"Heroic Summoning: The History Only I Know" by Tianbang Caomei, a new author whose book has just been released and is aiming for 10,000 subscriptions.

"The Path to Immortality Begins with Controlling the Zerg" by Butu Paopao Yu, a veteran author with a new book, perfect for Zerg enthusiasts.
