Listen, the Force is the power of all things in the universe, the Force is the creation of something from nothing, and the transformation of something into nothing, it is the unity of being and non-being. It seemed that this power was the concrete manifestation of life force.

Qui-Gon Jinn even noticed that the life force within Chen Ang's body was vibrant and colorful, surrounding him, nourishing and permeating his body with each breath. The life force and the mysterious power complemented each other, expressing different aspects of life.

"We are in crisis and need your help! The dark forces in the universe have inevitably awakened once again, the power of the Jedi has fallen into a low ebb, peace is under threat, and the tranquility of the Force is about to be disrupted." Qui-Gon Jinn sat cross-legged in front of Chen Ang and spoke slowly.

Obi-Wan, standing beside him, was taken aback, completely unexpected that his master would reveal his intentions and the crisis so quickly. Even though the Force conveyed a sense of closeness and trust, the young Obi-Wan still found it hard to trust a stranger immediately.

Midi-chlorians are microscopic life forms that live in the cells of all living beings, serving as the medium connecting organic life to the Force." Qui-Gon Jinn stood in front of Chen Ang.

Chen Ang raised his hand, holding a sword horizontally, making an inviting gesture to Qui-Gon Jinn. The two stood on the energy platform, focusing their minds, and Chen Ang slowly raised the lightsaber in his hand, holding it level in front of him.

"Qi is the life energy derived from breathing. Through proper breathing techniques, it activates the body's potential, achieving a state of harmony and unity. All things are formed by qi, which gives birth to all things, in harmony and unity. The human body is a microcosm of the universe, and the universe is a macrocosm of the human body. Qi is the fundamental energy of life activities and the umbilical cord connecting humans to the universe."

The essence of the Force and inner energy lies in their foundation, breathing and meditation. One is the potential developed through breathing, surging with the essence of life; the other is the intuitive experience of oneself, feeling everything, connecting with the vast field of the Force, and touching the essence of life. Although they come from different cultures, they both trace back to the origin of life, converging on the same path.

The surprising affinity between inner energy and the Force allowed Chen Ang to quickly feel the vast Force in the universe, but there was always a thin barrier, like looking at flowers through a mist, clear yet unmovable. Chen Ang took a deep breath, realizing he was missing a crucial link in Force training.

On the other side, Qui-Gon Jinn also encountered difficulties in understanding inner energy, struggling to comprehend the meridians, an invisible and intangible system for channeling energy.

Soon, Chen Ang could express the nature of life force, as life force was just another way of expressing vitality for him. However, he could not sense the unified Force, whether light or dark. He could feel the immense power outside his body and the similar power within, but there was no bridge connecting the two. Midi-chlorians, these microscopic beings present in any living being in this universe, were a mystery to Chen Ang as an outsider. Without solving the midi-chlorian problem, the power of the Force would remain inaccessible to him.

Although life force had already brought Chen Ang great surprises, the unified Force was the true essence of the Force.

Qui-Gon Jinn looked up and met Chen Ang's gaze. Both smiled, raising their lightsabers, their spirits focused outside their bodies, exchanging breaths with heaven and earth. Two equally profound auras intertwined and probed each other.
