In the evening, Ban and Cat Xiaoxian had dinner, and then the two of them lay in bed.

"Ban, are you planning to take down Black Zetsu alone?" Cat Xiaoxian suddenly asked.

"Yes!" Ban replied calmly.

"Why don't you explain the truth to Hashirama Senju and then team up to take down Black Zetsu?" Cat Xiaoxian asked, puzzled.

"I'm used to soloing; forming a team would split the experience." Ban smiled.

"..." Cat Xiaoxian pulled the blanket over her head and stopped looking at Ban.

"Will everything really not change?" Ban's eyes pierced through the dark ceiling, silently gazing at the starry night sky.

After a few days, Hashirama Senju officially became the First Hokage of Konoha, and Ban also handed over the leadership of the Uchiha clan to Izuna, which caused another round of turmoil.

That day, after Ban finished washing up and had breakfast with Cat Xiaoxian, she said somewhat boredly, "When are we leaving Konoha?"

"I've arranged everything. We'll leave in a few days!" Ban smiled.

"Ever since you handed the leadership to Izuna, he's been angry and hasn't come to see you." Cat Xiaoxian said with a mischievous smile.

"I can't protect him forever; Izuna has to grow up." Ban's eyes flickered as he spoke calmly.

"Ban, since we're leaving, why don't we take a walk around Konoha?" Cat Xiaoxian said, feeling a bit regretful, and then tried to flatter him.

"Sure!" Ban nodded, putting on a simple black robe with the prominent Uchiha fan emblem on the back.

Ban and Cat Xiaoxian left the Uchiha compound and came to the increasingly bustling streets of Konoha. Although it couldn't yet compare to the future Konoha, various shops were already well-equipped.

Ban walked calmly down the street, and the people passing by gave him a wide berth, looking at him with some fear. Uchiha Ban's name as a demon was now renowned throughout the ninja world, even more so than Hashirama Senju's title as Hokage.

"Looks like you're not very popular!" Cat Xiaoxian squatted on Ban's shoulder, teasing him.

"Ban!" Just as Ban was about to speak, a familiar voice came from behind.

"Hokage-sama!" Before Ban turned around, he saw the people on both sides bowing with reverence, looking at his back. He knew who had arrived.

"I was just going to the Uchiha compound to find you!" Hashirama Senju came to Ban's side, smiling.

"Hmm?" Ban turned his head, sizing up Hashirama Senju. Hashirama was now wearing a red and white Hokage robe, with a hat on his head that had the kanji for "fire" on it.

"How about it! The clothes are pretty good, right!" Seeing Ban's gaze fixed on him, Hashirama said with some pride.

"Ugly!" Ban said indifferently.

"..." Hashirama instantly became dejected.

Ban no longer looked at Hashirama and continued walking forward.

"Ban, this is the symbol I designed for the ninja. From now on, anyone wearing this will be recognized as a Konoha ninja." Hashirama caught up to Ban and handed him a steel plate with a black cloth strip.

Ban took it and silently looked at the steel plate in his hand. It had a hollow leaf engraved on it, which would later become the symbol of Konoha ninja identity—the Konoha forehead protector!

"This is for you! It's the first one!" Hashirama, seeing Ban's silence, said with a smile.

"Thanks!" Ban put the forehead protector in his pocket.

"You are a Konoha ninja, of course you should have a symbol of your identity!" Hashirama, seeing Ban accept it, breathed a sigh of relief and said happily.

"Is that so!" Ban's eyes lowered; he accepted the forehead protector just to keep it as a memento, with no relation to being a Konoha ninja.

"Ban, why don't you try wearing it on your forehead?" Hashirama, seeing Ban ignore him, said persistently.

"Hashirama, three days from now, come to the Naka Shrine of the Uchiha clan at night. I have something to tell you." Ban didn't answer Hashirama's question, speaking calmly and then continuing to walk forward.

Hashirama's face changed, and he looked at Ban's back with a serious expression.

"Hokage-sama, this is for you!" Just as Hashirama was silent, a clear voice came from beside him. He looked down to see a cute little girl holding a white flower, looking at him shyly.

"Thank you!" Hashirama, seemingly infected by the little girl's smile, looked a bit better and took the white flower from her, patting her little head.

"Ban, you're leaving Konoha, and that idiot seems very unwilling." Ban and Cat Xiaoxian continued to tour Konoha, with Cat Xiaoxian whispering in his ear.

"Xiaoxian! What do you mean by 'unwilling'?" Hearing the ambiguity in Cat Xiaoxian's words, Ban shivered inwardly, looking helpless.

"Hmph!" Cat Xiaoxian pouted and said no more.

After walking for a while, Ban and Cat Xiaoxian came to the gate of Konoha.

Ban looked up at the leaf symbol on the gate, identical to the forehead protector, and sighed, glancing back to see Hashirama standing not far away, silently watching him.

"Ban, are you leaving?" Hashirama came to Ban's side and said in a low voice.

"Who knows!" Ban said nonchalantly.

"..." Seeing Ban not deny it, Hashirama fell silent.

"Don't forget what I told you!" Ban no longer looked at Hashirama and walked towards his residence.

"Ouch!" Just as Hashirama was about to speak, a clear voice came from not far away. The little girl who had given him the flower had fallen in front of Ban.

Ban glanced at the little girl on the ground, seeing her staring at him in a daze.

"Be careful!" Ban frowned, and the little girl's body rose uncontrollably from the ground.

The little girl seemed to be scared stiff, her eyes welling up with tears.

"Ban, can't you just use your hand to help her?" Cat Xiaoxian covered her forehead; Ban using his mind to help someone was really frustrating.

"Here!" Hashirama came to the little girl's side, squatted down, and handed her the white flower he had received earlier.

"Thank you!" The little girl, seeing Hashirama's gentle smile, relaxed and took the white flower, bowing slightly to Uchiha Ban, who she didn't dare to look at, and hurriedly ran away.

"Hokage-sama!" Hashirama stood up, about to speak to Ban, when several ninjas ran to his side and said respectfully, "The envoy from the Land of Earth is waiting for you in the house, wanting to discuss some matters with you."

"Oh?" Hashirama frowned, looking back to see that Ban had already left.

Three days later at night, Ban, wearing a black robe with red clouds and a hat, left the Uchiha compound alone.

"Ban, are you really not going to tell Izuna?" Cat Xiaoxian, squatting on Ban's shoulder, asked with some concern.

"I've left him a letter; he knows what to do." Ban said calmly.

"Oh!" Cat Xiaoxian nodded and said no more.

Ban hid in the shadows, silently watching the Uchiha compound from a distance. His gaze penetrated countless obstacles, seeing the laughter and joy in the houses of the Uchiha compound, where families gathered for dinner, their faces beaming with happiness.

"Uncle Hai, did you see! I didn't break my promise." Ban looked up at the bright moon in the sky, muttering to himself.

No matter what the future held, the Uchiha clan was now free from war. He had fulfilled half of his promise to Uchiha Hai, and the rest would take time.

"Ban!" Cat Xiaoxian looked at Ban silently, feeling that this man bore too much.
