（Thank you to the book friend "Hmm Hmm Hmm" for your generous support, I bow! In the new week, I hope everyone will give some support to Wei Yu Qian Xiao. It's not easy to start a new book, so please give me all the support you can!）

As the cherry blossoms danced in the wind, Misaki opened the old diary and read the words of promise written there.

While the West Poison was momentarily stunned by this response, she couldn't help but laugh and said, "You really are a pure and adorable guy. However, to be able to protect yourself in the online world, it's not just a little difficult. As your skills improve, the level of what you encounter will also rise. I wonder what you would think if you met someone as skilled as my master? There might even be someone even more advanced than my master. By then, you might be scared silly. If you really want to avoid being invaded, it's best not to go online at all."

Although the West Poison said this, she typed, "Your initial intention is quite good. Let's start learning the basics of hacking. To get a direct understanding of your abilities, I will give you a small test. Don't worry or be afraid; I won't harm you."

Chen Mo sat up straight and typed, "What will the test be about?"

The West Poison quickly typed, "The test will be me trying to hack into your IP address, and you will try to defend against my attack. Don't worry; I am a hacker with principles and won't harm your actual interests."

Chen Mo had read many posts about hacking and knew what it meant to have one's IP address hacked. If the other party succeeded, it would be equivalent to exposing his real address in the real world, which was a concern for anyone.

After thinking for a moment, Chen Mo finally came up with a relatively safe method. He typed, "Wait a moment, I'll change my address and come back."

The West Poison couldn't help but laugh when she saw this and said, "This guy is quite cautious. Not bad, he has the makings of a good hacker."

She then typed, "Okay, I'll wait for you."

Chen Mo immediately closed the chat window and then logged out of the website.

In fact, there was no internet cafe or new address nearby that he could use. He said this to deceive the other party. When he logged back in, the other party would think Chen Mo had really changed his address. Even if the real IP address was obtained, the other party wouldn't think it was real.

As the saying goes, "One should not have the heart to harm others, but one must be cautious." Chen Mo was not familiar with the other party, and exposing his real IP address would be unsafe. The best method was to deceive the other party and prevent them from peering into his real life.

After logging out of the website, Chen Mo went to the bathroom and then went out for a late-night snack. After eating and drinking to his heart's content, he walked back with a light step.

Before he reached the shop door, he heard a series of urgent knocks and a somewhat familiar voice, "Master Chen—Master Chen—are you there? It's Tian Tian, I was here earlier—Master Chen—"

Chen Mo was taken aback when he heard this, thinking, "Why is she back? Did her computer have another problem?"

With this thought, he quickly approached and said, "Sister Tian, I'm here. What's the matter?"

Tian Tian immediately turned around when she heard Chen Mo's voice. Before he could reach her, she rushed forward anxiously, "My computer is infected with a virus, and the files I just found are gone! Master Chen, you're so skilled, you must be able to help me, right?"

Chen Mo hesitated when he heard this, "Sister Tian, what do you mean? Your computer is infected with a virus? I can only repair hardware, not software. If even a university computer teacher can't handle it, how can I?"

Tian Tian was at a loss and said, "What should I do? How about... you give it a try?"

Chen Mo thought, "I can only try. If I can't find the video file, the 50,000 yuan will be lost!"

With this thought, he nodded and said, "Let's go inside and talk."

Chen Mo took out the key, opened the shop door, and helped Tian Tian bring in the computer. Looking at the brand new machine, Chen Mo couldn't help but ask, "Sister Tian, this machine is brand new, it shouldn't have any problems. How did it get infected with a virus?"

Tian Tian looked dejected and said, "When I got home, I wanted to transfer the files to the computer. While transferring, I got bored and logged into the school's computer forum. The forum was hacked, and both my USB drive and computer were infected. All the data inside disappeared, and I spent a long time trying to find them... I didn't want to bother you again, but the teachers and professors at the school are on vacation, and I can't find anyone to help. I can only come to you..."

Tian Tian looked embarrassed. As a university computer teacher, she should have been able to handle this, but her skills were clearly insufficient. She had to rely on Chen Mo. She thought Chen Mo's computer repair skills were so good that he must be skilled in this area too, and he could definitely solve the problem.

Chen Mo understood everything when he heard this. He had personally experienced the hacker attack on the computer forum at Linyi University. He didn't expect Tian Tian to fall victim too. However, since he could deal with that kind of hacker virus, why couldn't she, a computer science teacher? Was the level of university teachers really that poor?

With this thought, he asked, "Sister Tian, as a university computer teacher, you should be familiar with computer viruses. Didn't you take any defensive measures when you discovered the virus?"

Tian Tian looked a bit embarrassed and said, "I saw that I was logged out of the forum, so I tried to log in again, and then I went to take a shower. When I came back, it was too late..."

Chen Mo had noticed that Tian Tian's hair was a bit damp and thought she was nervous and sweating. Now, hearing her explanation, he understood. He nodded and said, "Alright, let's see if we can find your files."

Although Chen Mo said this, he had no confidence. If even a university computer teacher couldn't solve the problem, how could he, a novice?

However, for the sake of the 50,000 yuan labor fee, he had to give it a try. Maybe he would get lucky and find the video file.

Chen Mo first connected the computer to the monitor, then opened the system file storage and started working.

Tian Tian watched from the side, feeling hopeful as she saw Chen Mo's skilled movements. She didn't even dare to breathe heavily.

Less than three minutes later, Chen Mo turned his head and asked, "Sister Tian... this..."

Tian Tian was nervous and asked, "What is it?"

Chen Mo scratched his head and said, "I've found the files. I just want to ask... is..."

Chen Mo wanted to ask, "Is this really something you didn't know?"

At the same time, he thought, "Are university teachers really that incompetent these days? They can't even solve such a simple problem. Is this really true?"
