Slowing down the speed of his motorcycle, Wang Hao drove through a road that was getting narrower and narrower, with many sharp turns. One wrong move could lead to a safety accident. The weather began to clear up, and the strong sunlight shone down from above. Due to the low morning temperature, it was quite cold to ride, so Wang Hao was dressed warmly. Now, he was drenched in sweat.

But the wind in the mountains was cool, and as long as he didn’t stop, he didn’t feel too hot. Wang Hao happily continued his journey, admiring the scenery on both sides of the road, occasionally stopping to take out his camera from his backpack and take some photos.

Checking his phone, Wang Hao couldn’t help but frown. There was no signal in the forest. “Damn, no signal at all, and they said it was a 3G card. Really.” He inadvertently swore, originally wanting to log into QQ to send some beautiful pictures to his friends in the group, but this happened.

He unscrewed the cap of his mineral water and took a sip. He remembered a scene from a movie and decided to show off a bit while no one was around. He spread his arms wide in a hugging pose, closed his eyes, and shouted toward the distant mountain foot: “Ahhhhhhh~”

The resonant sound echoed through the mountains and forests, startling a flock of birds. What made him even happier was the faint echo that came back. This was truly amazing.

Laying out the map on the ground, he carefully studied his position, wanting to see how far he was from the Shennongjia Forest. He couldn’t just wander aimlessly; what if his motorcycle ran out of fuel?

After marking his current position with a pen, Wang Hao was surprised to find that he was not far from his destination. He calculated that he could reach it in about an hour. Feeling elated, he sat on the map, quietly enjoying the serene beauty. This place wasn’t even in Shennongjia yet, but the scenery was already enough to make other domestic attractions pale in comparison. He couldn’t imagine how magnificent the real primeval forest would be, or whether there were any wild men.

Casually rolling up the map, his left hand was scratched by the hooks of the cat’s claw grass on the ground, breaking the skin. He quickly shook off the dust from his hand, frowned at the small wound, and couldn’t help but shake his head, “I actually got my hand scratched. Fortunately, the wound isn’t big, or it would have been a problem.”

To make it easier to ride later, he took a band-aid from a small bag in his backpack. He squeezed the wound to get rid of any dust, rinsed it with mineral water, and then stuck the band-aid on his palm.

The wound was small and didn’t bleed much. When he rinsed it, the blood mixed with the mineral water and flowed over the silver ring on his left little finger, which absorbed the blood.

Just as he was about to put on his gloves and start riding, he was surprised to see that the ring on his finger was emitting a faint light. With the sun shining brightly, the light from the ring was visible to the naked eye, which was beyond Wang Hao’s imagination.

He curiously looked at the ring and noticed that the patterns on it were actually flowing! Wang Hao blinked, thinking he was seeing things, but when he looked again, he seemed to see a small space inside the ring! To be precise, he didn’t see it, but he felt it—a small space inside, filled with various items.

He leaned against the motorcycle, “I must be crazy, having hallucinations. I should have come out to relax; if I keep working like this, I’ll end up with a nervous breakdown.”

Muttering to himself, his eyes involuntarily looked down, really wanting to know what was inside.

The space of nearly two cubic meters wasn’t large, but it was filled with various items: a large bag of seeds of different colors and shapes, a small hoe, a shovel, and some strange, incomprehensible things.

Pinching his thigh, he felt the pain, proving that this wasn’t a hallucination. Wang Hao’s heart raced, and he felt a surge of excitement. He thought he might have discovered a legendary spatial ring, just like in novels, where you could store things inside and carry them around.

He rubbed his temples hard; everything happened so suddenly that his heart was pounding, almost jumping out of his throat.

After a few minutes of deep breathing, he managed to calm down. He cautiously looked around, seeing no one, and then took everything out of the ring and placed it on the ground.

As if they appeared out of thin air, a pile of items appeared on the ground. They looked strange, different from what he usually saw. The appearance of these items confirmed that he wasn’t hallucinating, so he sat down to study the ring.

He repeatedly put a shovel in and out of the ring, playing happily like a child with a new toy. After about half an hour, Wang Hao stopped this childish game. During this time, he discovered that only items he touched could be stored in the ring; items he didn’t touch couldn’t be stored, which was a minor flaw.

Gradually accepting the fact that the ring was a spatial ring, Wang Hao began to check the pile of items on the ground. The items stored in a spatial ring must be good, right?

Looking at the farming tools on the ground, Wang Hao couldn’t help but feel a sense of powerlessness, “Was the previous owner of this spatial ring a farmer? Why are there hoes, shovels, seeds, watering cans, rakes, sickles, scissors, and sieves?”

While complaining, he put these items back into the spatial ring, organizing them neatly to make full use of the space. Two cubic meters was not a small amount.

“Hey? Why are there some paintings here too?” He wasn’t an art expert, but these paintings looked quite old, black and white, and very abstract. He could only vaguely see a woman in the paintings. Despite not appreciating them, Wang Hao carefully put the paintings into the ring, thinking they might be antiques and could be sold abroad.

After putting everything away, a small black bag was left on the ground. He picked it up and opened it, his eyes widening in shock, unable to speak.

The bag was filled with gems of various colors, sparkling and translucent, shining brightly in the sunlight. Although he didn’t know much, Wang Hao could still recognize a few diamonds, pigeon blood rubies, black gems, and cat’s eye stones. He almost bit his tongue; any one of these stones would be enough to make him live a carefree life.

Holding such valuable items in his hand felt a bit overwhelming. He swallowed hard and carefully put the small bag into the spatial ring, so it wouldn’t fall out if he carried it with him.

Finally, a small wooden box was left on the ground. Wang Hao picked it up with trembling hands, prepared himself, and then opened it. He expected something of great value, but was greatly disappointed. The wooden box contained only a small piece of wood, plain and ordinary, no different from regular wood. However, there was a piece of paper under the wood, with twisted English writing.

It took Wang Hao a long time to recognize a few words. He estimated that it was time to move on, so he decided to wait until he reached the Shennongjia Forest to read it slowly, to avoid being stranded in the middle of nowhere.

The deeper he went, the better his mood became. He had found a legendary spatial ring and a pile of gems while traveling, which was like finding a pie in the sky. He hummed a tune, rode his motorcycle, and sped down the road. When he saw the words “Shennongjia” carved on the rock wall, he knew he had reached his destination!
