On the evening of December 11th, the sky had already darkened, and the bright streetlights illuminated the entire bus station.
At the entrance of the station, many passing tourists seemed to have agreed to glance in a certain direction. There, a girl was sitting on a suitcase, swinging her feet idly.
A backpack, a large travel suitcase, and a handbag that looked quite heavy—she had a lot of luggage. But that wasn't the main point; what truly caught people's attention was the girl's figure and appearance! She wore white sneakers, black skinny jeans, and a red down jacket. Despite the simplicity, the outfit made her seem instantly more valuable.
Her appearance wasn't so stunning that it would stop people in their tracks, not as refined as the beauties in the entertainment industry, but the girl gave men a sense of surprise!
If one had to describe her with a single word, it would be "first love"!
The girl was young, around 20 years old, with a bit of baby fat on her face, making people want to pinch her cheeks. Her eyebrows were neatly and long, not the pretty crescent shape, but rather straight, adding a touch of spirit to her. Her almond-shaped eyes, especially the ratio of the whites to the irises, were perfect, and the most striking feature was her gaze—pure, clear, fresh, and bright, truly like "windows to the soul." Her nose was well-proportioned, with a straight bridge and a slightly upturned tip, making her look lively and charming. Her "girl's lips" were pink and small, with a slight upward curve at the corners, giving an impression of optimism and cheerfulness. When she opened her mouth, revealing two small white canine teeth, it added even more to her cuteness.
She wore a cap, with her long hair flowing over her shoulders, clearly lacking the fashionable air of Seoul girls. However, this only emphasized her purity. At first glance, she reminded one of Sakurai泉水 (Sakurai Quan).
The weather was a bit cold, and the girl's hands were in her pockets, her feet tapping to keep warm.
Many men, upon seeing the girl, suddenly found their vague ideal type becoming clear and vivid!
The girl had been waiting for quite some time, long enough for the men lingering nearby to observe her clearly.
Finally, a man couldn't resist and approached, speaking in a very restrained tone, using what he thought was the most polite and gentle voice: "Excuse me, is there anything I can help you with?"
The girl politely jumped off the suitcase. At 165 cm tall, she made all the nearby men's eyes light up.
"No, thank you." Her voice was clear and bright, each syllable distinct, and her attitude, neither humble nor arrogant, without the slightest hint of displeasure, made the surrounding men's admiration for her skyrocket!
"Oh." The man responded with regret, not pressing further.
However, his regret was the happiness of the surrounding men. How could they bear to see her approach another man?
Some young men were already eager to try their luck, at least to say hello, and who knows, maybe even get her phone number!
Just then, a man ran over hurriedly.
The girl first glanced at him indifferently, then her eyes widened, and her calm face suddenly became lively. She tiptoed and waved, shouting, "Brother! Here, here!"
She suddenly "came alive"! Her joyful expression made people involuntarily follow her gaze.
Who could be so lucky?
However, to their frustration, they couldn't see the man's face clearly.
Perhaps because of the cold, the man had his down jacket's hood pulled over his head, covering his eyebrows, and a scarf wrapped around his neck, covering most of his mouth. He ran so quickly that they couldn't see what he looked like!
In a moment, the man was already in front of the girl, panting and hurriedly apologizing, "Sorry, sorry!"
The girl pouted, saying, "Brother, you're too careless!" Despite her words, she held onto his arm, looking very intimate.
"Sorry!" The man could only apologize again, then grabbed the suitcase with one hand and the large handbag with the other, saying, "Let's go!"
The girl let go of his arm, followed behind him, and as they left, she nodded politely to the "tourists" who had been waiting for a long time.
Very polite!
"Ah—" Many people couldn't help but let out a frustrated sigh.
"It's a sister!" Someone said.
Then, the sighs suddenly disappeared, as they remembered that the girl had called the man "Brother"!
The man took the girl to the taxi he had come in, then took off his hat. It was Park Ji-hoon, who had rushed out earlier, but he didn't take off his scarf. The car had already been driven back by Zhao Daxi, so he had to take a taxi. As for the notice, it was no longer there.
"Brother..." The girl called again.
"How many times have I told you not to call me 'Brother'? You're not a kid anymore!" Park Ji-hoon pretended to be angry and tapped her head. This term was used between boys.
"I know, Brother!" The girl stuck out her tongue and said.
"Ha!" The driver couldn't help but laugh.
Park Ji-hoon could only give in helplessly.
They soon arrived at the apartment, and the girl helped Park Ji-hoon carry the luggage upstairs.
"Wow—so beautiful!" As soon as they entered the room, the girl's eyes lit up, and she threw all the luggage to Park Ji-hoon, running in.
It was a three-bedroom, two-living room apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. It had been recently renovated, giving it a brand new and beautiful feel. The only downside was the lack of furniture, making it seem a bit empty. However, for women, this was actually an advantage!
"A fish tank here would be nice, and two hanging plants over there..." The girl looked around the room, muttering non-stop, treating it as if it were her own home.
"Hey! Park Min-ah!" Park Ji-hoon called out, exasperated, "Come and help me with the luggage!"
The girl, Park Min-ah, turned around, picked up the handbag, and playfully stuck out her tongue, asking, "Which one is my room?" No wonder she was so eager; she was excited to see her new home!
"Follow me." Park Ji-hoon picked up the suitcase and led her to a bedroom on the left.
The door opened to reveal a white double bed with a light green sheet and a pink quilt, exuding a strong feminine vibe! In the corner was a corner computer desk, complete with a computer.
"Wow—" Park Min-ah threw her backpack and happily spun around, then pounced, hugging Park Ji-hoon's neck and exclaiming, "Brother, you really know me best!" The colors, style, and even the curtains were all her favorite!
"Alright! You're going to university soon, and you're still acting like a child." Park Ji-hoon finally smiled, patting her head and said.
"Hehe..." Park Min-ah stood up and asked, "To buy such an apartment here, Brother, your savings must be almost gone, right?"
Park Ji-hoon's face stiffened slightly, then he said with a bitter smile, "Not almost, but completely gone!"
"Ah!" Park Min-ah gasped, blinking rapidly.
"What are you calculating?" Park Ji-hoon asked, amused. He knew all her habits.
"I'm calculating our living expenses, to see how long they will last!" Park Min-ah said, frowning.
"Brother still has a job! And it's not like we have no living expenses." Park Ji-hoon's heart tightened, then he said calmly.
"I wish I hadn't gone to Seoul National University; other schools have so many scholarships!" Park Min-ah muttered softly.
"Hmm?" Park Ji-hoon's face darkened suddenly.
"I'm just joking!" Park Min-ah quickly showed a bright smile, trying to please him by shaking his neck, and said.
"If you say that again, I'll spank your bottom!" Park Ji-hoon said seriously.
"I know!" Park Min-ah obediently responded, and when she saw his expression soften, she playfully stuck out her tongue and said, "Brother just said I'm going to university, and now he wants to spank my bottom!"
"Even if you're 80, I'll still be your brother." Park Ji-hoon replied without hesitation.
"Okay!" Park Min-ah's eyes narrowed, showing a beautiful smile, and she obediently responded, then pulled down the scarf covering half his mouth, saying, "I wondered why it felt so strange, Brother... Ah!" She suddenly gasped, her whole body freezing.
"It's nothing, just a small injury." Park Ji-hoon forced a smile and said.
However, Park Min-ah's expression didn't ease at all. Her bright, lively eyes suddenly became very deep, and she raised a hand, gently touching his lips, saying with a suppressed sob, "I told you, Brother, don't enter the entertainment industry."
"It's not what you think!" Park Ji-hoon said with a bitter laugh, "I got this from a fight."
"A fight?" Park Min-ah's deep expression lightened somewhat, but she still asked with suspicion. In her memory, he wasn't the type to get into fights.
"Let's not talk about it!" Park Ji-hoon shook his head and said, "Let's put the luggage here, and I'll take you to eat. We'll clean up when we get back." Feeling more relaxed, he suddenly felt very hungry—having eaten nothing all day!
"No need!" Park Min-ah let go of him, took off her coat, and rolled up her sleeves, saying, "Brother hasn't had my cooking in a long time, right? I'll cook today, and it will be better than any restaurant!"
"There's no food in the kitchen." Park Ji-hoon said, a bit embarrassed.
Park Min-ah paused, looking at him helplessly, and said, "I don't know how Brother lives on his own! If I hadn't come... Ah! Right! Brother said he would introduce his girlfriend to me! Where is she, where is she?"
Her eyes suddenly sparkled with curiosity and anticipation, imagining what kind of girl her brother liked.
