“Maa, Maa, calm down Adele.”

“How could I calm down?!”

After Celis’ bombing, Adele called her father in the study room.

Adele’s father who had the same features as her, laughed at her, ha ha ha.

Celis smiled at that Elvins Kou as if accusing this situation.

“Elvins Kou. I would also like to hear some of that.”

“I thought it would be better to have a little fun but… alright, I’ll tell you.”

(A/N: Okay lemme say this now. the name of the father kept on changing for some reason. I kept bugging me. But one thing is consistent, Elvins XD)

Sittin across Adele and Celis, Elvins began to breathe.

“This engagement was originally based on the assumption if the sex were reversed. It was addressed by the second queen, Celis’ mother.”

“My mother?”

“Yes. The second queen was the one involved with the tyrannical king. That’s why she didn’t want to have any boys. the reason she dressed you as a woman was because she wanted you to give up the right to the throne.”

After hearing the explanation, Adele thought, “What a strong woman.” She’s been thinking about it for a long time. But this time it became even stronger.

Then, Elvins her father calmly continued.

The Second Queen always aspired to be lady-like. The current king was the one who perceived that the second queen was brilliant.

But the second queen doesn’t have any affection for him. It angered the King resulting to a forced relationship. Resulting in having a child. Which made her the queen.

When the baby was born, the second queen hurriedly reported.

That at that time there was only a prince. If things went like this, Celis will win his place to the throne. If that happened, not only the first queen would lose face but also endanger her life.

With that, she felt a sense of crisis. The second queen appeared to be bullied.

In fact, there was a daughter of a marquis who was said to be working behind her back. It was said that she made several advances when she was about to have her baby.

In fear of danger, the second queen decided to raise Celis as a woman.

Fortunately, Celis has magical powers. The magic could help him change his appearance, and made him seem to be a true lady.

But the second queen felt it wasn’t enough. She sought help from Elvins, who was part of the opposing faction against the first queen.

That’s why Adele and Celis got to engage.

Before they got to engage, they revealed to each other that their gender was reversed.

It seems like that second queen wanted their sex to be a secret. Elvins who wanted the other succeed went on an agreement and that resulted in the current situation.

When Adele heard it, she couldn’t help but look at Celis. Celis noticed Adele’s gaze and smiled.

“That’s right, there were time’s when I got poisoned. Since I was chosen as Adele’s fiance, they got fewer.”

When Adele noticed that Celis said that in a girl’s voice, she frowned.

“I’m sorry… I didn’t know anything.”

“It’s fine. I didn’t know either.”

“But…”

“It’s not your fault Adele. Don’t make a face like that.”

“…alright.”
