“… why don’t you seat for a bit?”

While avoiding eye contact, Adele encouraged Celis to seat next to her. After hearing that, Celis obediently obeyed.

Her body started to tense as the sofa sunk.

‘what to do… I could tell that he sat down but it was too close…’

Maybe because she lives her life as a man. Adele saw men as the same-sex, not the opposite. Maybe that’s why she doesn’t particularly thought about it. The same goes for women. There weren’t any romantic feelings of wanting to touch them, even just for a second thought. Though there were cute ones.

But this was the first time that she saw Celis as the opposite sex. She suddenly became conscious on the fact that he was her fiance.

Because of this, she didn’t know what to do.

Whether he knew what Adele’s feelings were, Celis laughed.

“I’m glad that Adele’s clothes fit me. I thought it would be larger since I’m not any taller.”

“Ah, yes… that’s something to be glad about.”

She mumbled, unable to see eye to eye, she saw Celis approaching her.

“Adele, can you see me?”

“Oh, yes, of course.”

“What do you think?”

“Well… you’re handsome. Yes, that’s right.

“… did you really think so?”

Soon as he said it, she was already pushed down. Adele’s body inclined.

She found herself lying her back on the sofa

She hurriedly clamored of getting up, but couldn’t do so since Celis was on top of her.

Adele’s wrists were sealed in one hand. Adele was caught by surprise when she realized that she was no match in terms of strength.

She looked up and saw the beautiful face of Celis.

Her heart beats much faster than before.

“Se-Celis, what are you doing?”

She protested but Celis narrowed his eyes.

“As expected, Adele… is a woman. I never thought you’d be this delicate.”

“That’s…”

“But you always kept me safe. It looks pathetic,”

With his free hand, he touched Adele’s cheeks.

Celis smiled curiously.

“Adele, you could remember now, right? I’m a man. Your fiance. Soon we will be married.”

“What’s with you?”

She suddenly frowned, realizing that her cheeks were burning red.

Celis’s eyes squinted as he gazes down to Adele. His eyes were like that of a beast making Adele shiver down her spine.

‘who is he, this man…’
