Manufactured by the Federation Forces, the cockpit can suppress the pilot's brain waves, and the NT-D system must be activated by an external command. In the year 0095, it was tested against the remnants of the Neo Zeon forces along with Unit 2. When the NT-D system was activated, it caused a失控 resonance with the psychoframe of Unit 2 and the enemy mobile suit, damaging the chest armor of Unit 2 and destroying the bridge of a Federation warship before going missing. It was later reconstructed by the hands of the Hyperdimensional Fortress Scarlet Witch, based on the frame of the Unicorn Gundam 1.

### Armament Specifications

- **Head Vulcan Cannons x2**

- **Beam Sabers x4**: In addition to the two sabers stored in the forearms, two more are stored in the skirt armor.

- **Beam Maser Rifle**: A dedicated rifle for the Unicorn series, equipped with an energy compressor that can fire beams with the same power as a large particle cannon. In terms of usage, the Beam Maser Rifle functions similarly to a regular beam rifle, but the Maser Rifle uses an e-pac reload system, with each particle cannon shell requiring one e-pac clip (battery). The Unicorn can carry ten e-pac clips on its waist.

- **Newtype-Destroyer (NT-D) System**: A system for destroying Newtypes, capable of activating the Destroy Mode.

- **Psychoframe**: A special alloy with brainwave transmission capabilities. It works by miniaturizing computer chips to the extreme and casting them into the mobile suit's frame along with metal particles. This reflects the pilot's consciousness in the suit's movements, achieving a high degree of synchronization. The pilot no longer needs to "operate" the suit; they can control it almost entirely through thought.

- **Floating Shield**

Originally a dedicated shield for the Unicorn Gundam, it was later modified by the Scarlet Witch Mei to become one of the Phoenix Gundam's armaments. Equipped with an I-field generator, the I-field can be used in two forms. The Phoenix Gundam is equipped with two shields, installed on the left and right sides of the back wings, providing strong I-field protection for the back. Due to the characteristics of the psychoframe, the Phoenix Gundam can allow Newtypes to directly control the shields without any thrusters, making them floating shields. Equipped with an I-field generator, it can emit a mini I-field. Additionally, under the modifications by the Scarlet Witch, the floating shields were equipped with three large GN Fangs, each with three scissor-type bits, capable of both close and long-range attacks. Due to the special properties of GN particles, the floating shields can fly within the atmosphere when the large GN Fangs are not detached.

- **Shield Armament**

A six-barreled beam machine gun is installed on the back of the floating shield, allowing the floating shield to have both offensive and defensive capabilities during movement.

- **GN Sun Furnace**

The Scarlet Witch Mei installed this new energy source in the Phoenix Gundam based on the Innovator bloodline of the pilot, He Moming. The Phoenix Gundam is equipped with two GN Sun Furnaces, installed on the back of the left and right shoulders, fixed by movable mechanisms. When necessary, the direction of GN particle emission can be adjusted to enhance mobility.

- **Trans-Am**: A black box system equipped in units with the original "GN Sun Furnace." When activated, the unit turns red, and its movement speed, defense, and combat power are significantly increased, even capable of creating optical afterimages to disrupt radar and other sensor systems. The power is provided by the "GN Sun Furnace." The principle is to release high-concentration compressed particles from the "GN Sun Furnace" at several times the original supply rate, achieving three times the mobility for a short period. However, when the "Trans-Am system" reaches its critical usage time, the unit's performance drops significantly due to the need to regenerate "GN particles." The Phoenix Gundam, equipped with GN Sun Furnaces, also has this system.

- **00 System**

A system that can only be activated when the pilot is a pure Innovator. This system synchronizes the "Twin Drive" with the pure Innovator's brain quantum waves, significantly enhancing particle purity.

- **Quantumization**: Moves the unit to another dimension to avoid enemy attacks.

- **External Armament**:

- **GN-001 Armored Fighter**:

An armament support unit for the Phoenix Gundam, capable of merging with it in transformation mode. Equipped with one GN Sun Furnace. A GN Sword III is installed on the underside of the fuselage, which detaches from the armored fighter in merge mode and is controlled by the Phoenix Gundam. In addition to the sword, the GN-001 Armored Fighter has four GN missile launchers on each wing, providing a certain level of firepower support to the Phoenix Gundam. - **GN-001 Fighter Merge Mode**: Adds a third GN Sun Furnace to the Phoenix Gundam's existing dual furnaces.
