Chapter 3

To lose weight, dieting... No! It should be exercise!

Starting with running, once my body gets moving, I'll try various sports.

Once I've decided, the first thing is stretching.

Building a strong body is the foundation of exercise.

As I stretched, I realized how flexible my body is.

I started with walking on the first day to avoid hurting my knees, but my body felt really good.

After walking for about an hour, I took a break, but I was still feeling high and my body still wanted to move.

But that's enough for today.

I did some stretching to cool down after exercising and took a refreshing shower.

"Hey, Father."

I greeted my father, who I passed, with a clear mind.

His face was blank.

Come to think of it, I've never felt this refreshed in the middle of the day.

The old me would have been greedily eating sweets on the bed around now.

Exercise makes you thirsty.

Usually, I would drink homemade lemonade with plenty of honey without hesitation, but today I drank natural spring water.

But I can't fall asleep at all.

Each floor of the three-story building was filled with bookshelves. The floors were quite spacious, perfect for hide-and-seek... no, it's a wonderful library!

A face popped out from the second floor. It was Modern, the librarian. I knew his face and name, but I didn't know what kind of person he was.

"What brings you here today?"

There are some advanced topics at the end if you're interested." After finishing, Moran threw the book from the second floor.

I managed to catch it, but he's quite bold for his age.

The content of the book was as easy to understand as Moran said.

In the first three hours, I managed to learn how to generate magic power.

At dinner, the food on the table looked more radiant than usual. For the first time, I felt hungry.

I've always been eating, so this is a new feeling.

The meat and vegetables were all fresh from the territory. I enjoyed them all, and they were well-balanced.

My mother looked relieved.

I took a bath in the beautiful bath that overlooks the garden and got into the large bed that was too big for my body.

It's a luxurious and good life.

I fell asleep with a sense of satisfaction.
