Chapter 93

The dungeon inside the sacred area was not just a den teeming with monsters.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

Oto opened his eyes to the fierce roar.

In the middle of the battlefield.

Large forces clashed with each other, and a bloody battle was unfolding, with blood splattering everywhere.

Screams, battle cries, the clashing of weapons...

"Kill them!"

"Destroy the barbarians!"

This place, filled with all kinds of noise, was a fierce battlefield where life and death constantly intersected.

The battle was between the empire's army and the barbarian tribes that had migrated from the north.

The imperial army led with heavily armored knights and resisted the barbarian tribes with well-trained soldiers.

On the other hand, the barbarian tribes boasted an enormous number.

They were at least five times as numerous as the imperial army, their numbers seemingly endless.

Looking at the endless stream of barbarian tribes pushing forward from almost beyond the horizon, it seemed that anyone who fled in fear would not be blamed by anyone.

This battle was a reenactment of an actual event that took place a very long time ago.

About 1,100 years ago.

The Skita tribe, a barbarian tribe from the north, invaded the continent and devastated the borders of the then-great Kaiman Empire.

Subsequently, the Skita tribe advanced southward at a terrifying speed, sweeping away the Kaiman Empire's army and splitting the empire.

This battle was one of the battles that took place at that time, and it was also a battle where the imperial army suffered a惨败.

Although the records are not entirely accurate...
