Yin Xuezhuo curved his mouth into a smile, “Why should I tell you?”
Ji Yan, “Do you feel happy that I’m half-dead? Fine, if you don’t want to tell me, then don’t.”
Yin Xuezhuo indeed felt very uncomfortable, but he had suffered more extreme torture before, so this discomfort was nothing to him.
Yin Xuezhuo followed Ji Yan’s line of sight and said coldly, “I have something located there.”
“What is it?”
He frowned and said, “I don’t know yet.”
“Then do you want to get it back?” Ji Yan asked him without hesitation.
Although Ji Yan did not remember all the details from the novel, she recalled that Yin Xuezhuo had lost an item at the Immortal Sect. He was not someone who will let others take advantage of him, as long as the item was his, he would take it back at any cost.
Regardless of the cost, regardless of whether the item was important or not, he will not let others take advantage of him.
Yin Xuezhuo looked at JI Yan in surprise, but he soon smiled and said, “Of course, I want it back.”
Not only did he want to retrieve his item, but he also wanted to kill everyone here.
“Okay.” Ji Yan said, “Tomorrow, we will infiltrate the Immortal Sect and I will find a way to get the spirit grass first. After that, you can do whatever you want. Since you’re so powerful, you won’t get hurt anyways…” She staggered backward because her head started to feel dizzy.
Yin Xuezhuo quickly turned into a formless mist and prevented her from falling on him.
Ji Yan, “…”
Yin Xuezhuo avoided her quickly and reappeared two meters away from his original spot. He picked up the blanket from the bed and threw it towards Ji Yan. The blanket landed on her head, covering her view.
Ji Yan pulled the blanket off her head with a blank look on her face. Yin Xuezhuo looked at her like he was looking at an amateur. He said lazily, “Why should we wait till tomorrow? We will go right now.”
He only stayed in this inn because she was too ill, otherwise, he would’ve killed his way into the Immortal Sect this morning.
Infiltrate them?
No.
The word “infiltrate” was not in Yin Xuezhuo’s dictionary.

Ji Yan wrapped herself in the blanket twice and then held onto Yin Xuezhuo’s body. The blanket barely prevented her from feeling the coldness from his body.
Yin Xuezhuo took her and flew into the dark night. She was able to experience the feeling of playing a 4D game once again in real-time.
Ji Yan could only feel the surging wind blow fiercely around her and see only Yin Xuezhuo’s black robes. She could hear the blood-curdling scream echoing all around her. There were even a few people who shouted: “there was a ghost” before they died. They probably didn’t even see Yin Xuezhuo’s face before he broke their neck.
To tell the truth, this was like a video game from her view. She was merely hanging onto Yin Xuezhuo as he killed off all the mob characters.
Ji Yan snuggled into Yin Xuezhuo’s embrace, believing that the fight will end soon.
However, she overestimated Yin Xuezhuo.
It turned out that Yin Xuezhuo was…someone with a poor sense of direction.
He was like the king of everyone who had a poor sense of direction. It didn’t matter whether he had his eyes open or close, because he had no idea where he was going.
Although he occasionally asked the people he encountered about the road before he killed them, he was still unable to find the correct path. This place was like an unsolvable maze for him. Ji Yan was about to vomit from all the movement. Her arms were sore from holding onto his waist. She could not hand onto him any longer.
By the time he finally found the correct path, she would’ve probably died from her fever.
Yin Xuezhuo pondered over something for a moment and then he suddenly raised his hand and blasted the wall in front of him.
Instantly, he created a new path.
Yin Xuezhuo smiled proudly now that he found a “solution” to his problem. He raised his sleeve and formed several large swirling winds, blasting it at the numerous walls standing in front of him. The wind slammed against the wall and all the walls started to crumble.
“Boom——rumble——”
“Crash——”
That was the sound of countless walls collapsing. He even managed to knock down the steel walls, as well as a few houses.
Their path instantly cleared up.
Ji Yan looked at the scene foolishly.
