But right now, Yaze clearly didn’t have the time to pay attention to Saitama. Instead, he focused his mind on checking the specific functions of his system, after all, this was the capital for his future survival.

A moment later...

"Hey, are you even listening to me? This is really impolite of you."

Saitama looked at Yaze, who seemed to be in a "crash" mode, wondering if the giant crab had knocked his brain out. Otherwise, why was he completely unresponsive?

Just as Saitama was debating whether to take Yaze to the hospital, but the medical expenses...

"Judging by his designer clothes and that flashy weapon, he must be a rich guy."

After some hesitation, Saitama decided to take him to the hospital, after all, he had just saved him.

But as Saitama touched Yaze, the latter suddenly hugged Saitama and started pounding his back with such force that it almost caused internal injuries.

"Damn, this guy must have been knocked silly. He’s actually hitting himself, does he think he’s the crab? Am I going to be held responsible? Do I have to pay for his medical expenses?"

Such thoughts sprouted like weeds in Saitama’s mind.

"What a lousy system, it would have been better not to activate it. Isn’t this just sending me to my death?"

Yaze’s current state of mind could be described with the words "What the hell." He had just thoroughly studied this so-called "Hero System" and found it to be a complete "pitfall."

The system’s philosophy was completely different from his goals. He just wanted to be a lazy "otaku" who eats and waits to die, so why did it make him a "hero"?

"Friend, I understand you. Even though you were knocked silly by the giant crab, you can’t give up or abandon treatment."

Saitama patted Yaze’s back, trying to comfort him. But his words only made Yaze feel more heartbroken and on the verge of tears.

"Don’t worry, I’ll take responsibility for this!"

Saitama gritted his teeth and finally said these words. Although he was broke, the other guy had saved him, so even if it meant one more mouth to feed, he would endure it. He could always eat more bean sprouts in the future.

"You damn well better take responsibility. I only activated this damn system because I saved you."

Yaze’s cryptic words made Saitama feel even more guilty, and he became more determined to take Yaze in.

As for why Yaze was so upset after seeing the system’s functions, it was because the system was indeed a "pitfall."

The functions of the "Hero System" were quite simple. Yaze had quickly understood them.

First, the system had a card-drawing function, and the opportunities to draw cards were earned by completing tasks assigned by the system.

There were three types of cards:

The first type was the "Item Card," which allowed the user to draw any item from various worlds. This could be a weapon, clothing, or even a stone from the roadside.

You might draw a "Supreme Great Blade" capable of cutting through stone and gold, or a useless inflatable toy knife. It all depended on luck.

The second type was the "Skill Card," which allowed the user to draw a skill from various worlds. These skills were divided into two types: permanent and one-time use.

The third type was the "Character Card," the best of the three, which allowed the user to obtain the bloodline and all the "skills" of a character from various worlds.

In short, it all depended on luck.

So far, the functions of the system were something Yaze could accept.

But when he saw the second function, he instantly lost his composure and began to regret activating this damn system.

The second function, in simple terms, was a "travel" function.

To make the host become a great "hero" sooner, the system would periodically send him to other dimensions and assign corresponding tasks.

The dimensions chosen by the system were often in crisis, either a race or an entire planet facing danger.

The host would have to take on the role of a "hero" and fulfill the duty of a "savior."

But the most important thing was that the host had no right to refuse the travel.

If he resisted, the system would forcibly send his soul back to his original body, which was in an unknown state...

This was simply a trap, wasn’t it? The world of One-Punch Man was already extremely dangerous, and now he had to go to other worlds?

If it were a daily life world, it would be fine, and avoiding the wind for a while would be a good choice. But now, he was going to a world where a race or a planet was in crisis, which was just asking for trouble.

If Yaze wasn’t mistaken, "Dragon Ball" was one such world, where entire planets were often destroyed.

With Yaze’s current strength, if he were sent to that dimension, he wouldn’t even be a shrimp, let alone a hero.

But even if an entire planet was destroyed, Goku and the others would use the Dragon Balls to revive everyone.

But Yaze wondered if the Dragon Balls would also revive him, the "traveler"?

There was no safety guarantee at all. So, this system wasn’t a good thing for survival; it was more like a death warrant from the King of Hell!

"Finished, everything is finished!"

He should have just stayed home and let his two "demon sisters" take care of him, instead of insisting on going out for a walk.

Now, he would have to face various dangers in this world and travel to other dimensions to save the world.

He just wanted to be a lazy person, so why did they look up to him so much, making him save the world...

But now that it had happened, Yaze knew there was no turning back. He could only accept it reluctantly.

Looking at Saitama, Yaze felt that at least his life should be safe in this dimension.

"You said you would take me in, right? Okay, where’s your place?"

Yaze calmed down and decided to cling to Saitama’s leg.

In this dimension, Saitama was invincible, and following him would at least provide some safety. Yaze decided to stick with Saitama until he was strong enough to protect himself.

Saitama looked at the now calm Yaze, who seemed to be thinking clearly and had all his limbs intact. Listening to his words, everything seemed fine...

Was he encountering a scammer? Was this the new level of freeloading?

"I didn’t say anything, did I? I don’t remember."

Saitama tried to use selective amnesia to get away with it.

Yaze calmly played the recording on his phone. (For the sake of the plot, please don’t argue.)

Saitama heard his own clear voice from the phone and thought, "Finished, I’ve definitely encountered a scammer. Just two words to describe this: professional!"
