While munching on the congee noisily, Rabi let her thoughts flutter towards "Welcome to the Hedgehog Forest," or simply "HariNezu." It has been 16 years since she was born, so her memories should be vague, but she only recently started to recall her past life. Therefore, she can remember it as if it were yesterday.
She recalled the face of her brother, Fel Heathfen, whom she hadn't seen closely in a long time. After looking at Rabi with a face that seemed to disapprove of her very existence, he quickly passed by, not even acknowledging the facts he saw. Despite her bad manners, she held the spoon in her mouth and tried to recall the "official settings."
Fel Heathfen is one of the characters that can be romanced in HariNezu. As Rabi's younger brother, he is, of course, younger, and he is a cute boy who will turn 13 this year, with fluffy cream-colored hair and golden eyes. In the main story, he is usually laid-back, but when the time comes, he becomes a mischievous character, adding a bit of the "shota" element.
Incidentally, when Nelra set off for the baron's house, Rabi was looking down at them from her bedroom window. The scene where Fel hugged Nelra is a shared still in all the routes. Yes, Fel is a boy who has been in love with Nelra since childhood, a classic case of a first love gone wrong.
Incidentally, his line is something like, "No matter where you go, I'll come to see you," and when you enter the Fel route, the protagonist, who is married to Prince Bald, hears a knock on the window door on their wedding night. When she opens it to see who it is, it's Fel, who has infiltrated the castle, hugging her tightly and saying, "Didn't I say I'd come to see you no matter where you are?" This recovers the foreshadowing from the early part of the story.
Leaving behind the line, "I'm still small, but I'll definitely come to get you," the two part ways, and the ending movie plays. It's a bad ending. Or, is it a merry bad ending?
Fel, who has a pigment that is a mix of Rabi and Bald's hair colors, comes from a family close to the royal family. Rabi's mother is the current king's younger sister, and as a male, Fel has the right to inherit the throne. Although not mentioned in the main story, the fans have speculated that the farewell line from Fel might be hinting at a plan to overthrow the state. Don't drop such a big bomb at the end.
Incidentally, his character image is a sheep. His fluffy hair speaks for itself. The name "Fel" is probably derived from "felt."
When they were young, they used to get along well. However, before Rabi was cursed by Nelra at the age of 6, Fel was only 3. He would turn his small, maple leaf-like hands towards her and say, "Hey, hey," in a sweet, whiny voice, but that memory is probably long gone from his mind. During their elementary school days at the magic academy, she saw him talking with his friends and tried to approach them. When she realized they were talking about her, she quickly hid behind something.
"Having a sister like that skeleton is so embarrassing."
That was when Rabi first learned that she was called a "chicken bone" behind her back. Leaning against a tree trunk, she stifled her sobs. It was a painful memory at the time, but now, the word "skeleton" as a sister has a certain impact.
In the game, Fel is smart enough to plot a state overthrow, and with his noble background and magic power, he is flawless, serving as a representative in the middle school. With his excellent memory, the existence of Rabi, who bullies his beloved girl, seems even more hateful. It can't be helped.
Rabi actually wants to get along well with her family. Being treated as if she doesn't exist in the house, and being the subject of gossip and ridicule by the servants, is painful, but it's all due to the long 10 years that have passed since Rabi brought it upon herself. Even if Nelra, the villain, is the root of all evil, if Rabi had not had such low magic power, which is inappropriate for a duke's family, she would not have been manipulated by her.
The amount of magic one is born with can only change slightly, if at all.
This is a fundamental aspect of the world that cannot be changed, no matter what.
