Chapter 110

The story continued and the truth about Roy and Fiiru’s marriage came out .

“I decided to announce that Tomasz died in the accident in order to avoid risking his life . I also decided to protect him here in Auster . That settled the matter with Tomasz, but the problem was Fiiru-sama . We knew that a formal marriage proposal would come from King Graci to Fiiru-sama . She might refuse, but that Daeman king would nod his head without a second thought . Even if we told him what happened, depending on his personality, he might even welcome the fact that Tomasz dead . She might get forced to marry King Graci against her wishes . ”

‘That’s true . Actually, there is someone who got forced to marry . ’

“That’s why Roy decided to propose to Fiiru-sama before King Graci . Obviously, he told Fiiru-sama the situation first and got her approval . I’m sure you know that I’m not the only one who has been preparing to receive a saint as a queen . Of course, the marriage would be tarnished later on . However, if Luciana took her, she will never be released . ”

She nodded and laughed a little gloomily .

“I would never want to marry someone who hurt Tomasz…If I get injured the chance to marry Tomasz might be higher . Please…”

‘Maybe, it was Crow who told Fiiru what happened . ’Crow said it as he remembered that moment . His expression changed to an even more serious one and said

“But we have a problem . ”

“What is the problem…?”

“Fiiru-sama agreed to marry Roy-sama, and I’ve been talking to the Daemen about it . There was an incident . A poison was mixed into Fiiru-sama’s food . ”“Poison?!”

Fii’s eyes widened .

It’s easy to know that the poison mixed into Fiiru-sama’s meal isn’t just a harassment, since this situation could lead to death . “It’s probably the work of King Graci . If you can’t get it, kill it . That’s how the kings think . It seems that Fiiru-sama’s maid of honor had some knowledge on poisonous substances .

She managed to avoid getting it into Fiiru-sama’s mouth when she got suspected . There is another problem with this case . The problem is that the person who put the poison in the food is a Daeman while the person that brought it was one of the people we sent .

“There is a traitor in this country,”

Crow muttered with icy anger in his voice .
