I live as a healer in Nord World
Chapter 1
【Prologue】
The university he attended out of a sense of duty after graduating from high school was not a good fit for him.
He was always a loner, lacking in social skills, and unfortunately, the group members for his first assignment were irresponsible egoists.
Due to their uncooperative attitudes, citing personal reasons, the assignment fell entirely on his shoulders.
‘Well, the person with more free time can just pay more attention to it.’
He tried to accept it with a positive attitude. However, as the deadline approached, no one offered to help.
Unable to bear it, some seniors spoke up, but the group members instead labeled him as strange.
“Hey, when did we say we wouldn’t do it? We said we’d help later because we were busy.”
“So now you’re telling the seniors you don’t want to do it yourself?”
“Hilarious, really. I never saw you like this. You’re completely...”
The rumors spread strangely, and he suddenly acquired the bizarre label of ‘fox-like X.’
The looks he received were filled with malice, and groups would whisper and giggle as he passed by. At first, he didn’t care much, but the intensity gradually increased.
If he had a more resilient personality, he might have managed to endure it.
However, when he started to feel a sudden pain in his body, his stress reached its peak.
In the end, he had to decide to take a leave of absence.
His relationships deteriorated rapidly.
His enthusiasm for society vanished in an instant.
He naturally fell into the path of being unemployed.
The few friends he had from high school gradually lost contact due to academic and job issues. Feeling lonely, he increasingly immersed himself in the internet and games.
A little more time passed, and the virtual reality game ‘Nord World,’ which he started playing at the age of 21, turned him into a complete shut-in.
It was conveniently just commercialized, so there were many players, and he could easily level up and enjoy a leisurely shut-in life.

Three years later, at the age of 24, he was still unemployed and immersed in Nord World.
After having an early dinner and heading to his bedroom, he habitually entered the VR capsule and started the program. The loading screen appeared in his field of vision with a clear notification sound, and a few icons were visible.
“Start Nord World.”
Since the device was equipped with voice recognition, the process of starting the game was simple. As he spoke the command to start the game, a beeping sound was heard, and the screen slowly changed. The screen turned black, and system messages began to appear one by one.
