Wang Bo returned to Liu Jiayi's dormitory. Seeing Wang Bo's not-so-robust upper body, Liu Jiayi's face turned red again. She pointed to the red and white striped shirt on the bed and said, "Put your clothes on first."
Wang Bo agreed and picked up the blood-stained shirt, but just as he was about to put it on, Liu Jiayi stopped him. Wang Bo looked at her with confusion.
"Forget it, don't wear this shirt. It's already stained with blood. Wait a moment." Liu Jiayi's fine eyebrows slightly furrowed as she pointed to the shirt in Wang Bo's hand. She then opened the wardrobe in the room.
After a short while, Liu Jiayi took out a plaid shirt from the wardrobe and handed it to Wang Bo, saying, "Try this one on. It's one I bought a few days ago. It's a bit big, so I haven't worn it much."
Wang Bo was thrilled inside but showed no emotion on his face as he took the plaid shirt. He examined it closely and realized it was a shirt, but clearly a women's style. After a brief hesitation, Wang Bo put on the plaid shirt.
Wang Bo stood in front of the small mirror on the wall and looked at himself. At this moment, he noticed the plaid shirt was very familiar. After a moment of thought, Wang Bo remembered that this was the shirt Liu Jiayi often wore underneath her clothes. To confirm his suspicion, Wang Bo lowered his head and sniffed his shoulder, and indeed, he smelled a faint, sweet fragrance.
Wang Bo guessed that Liu Jiayi must have been lying earlier. She said the shirt was too big, but girls are usually very meticulous when choosing clothes, trying them on multiple times in the store. It's rare for a shirt to be unsuitable after purchase.
Seeing Wang Bo sniff the shirt, Liu Jiayi's face turned red like an apple, but she didn't say much. Instead, she asked, "How does it fit?"
"It fits, but it's clearly a women's shirt. Won't I look a bit out of place wearing it?" Wang Bo said with a pained expression.
Wang Bo wasn't tall and had a somewhat boyish appearance, standing at just over 1.7 meters and being quite slim. Liu Jiayi, on the other hand, was tall and slender, so her clothes fit Wang Bo well. However, the different body proportions between men and women made the women's shirt look quite odd on him.
It was a popular Korean-style long-sleeved shirt, with a red and blue plaid pattern that was calm and comfortable without being showy. It had a small collar with lace trim, making it look very delicate. The length was just right, suitable for both outerwear and layering, and it was slightly fitted, highlighting the figure.
Wang Bo's face, with its soft lines and slightly feminine features, combined with his smaller build compared to other boys, and the Korean-style women's shirt, made him look like a handsome protagonist from a romance manga, with a unique charm that could attract both men and women.
To put it bluntly, he looked like an exquisite cross-dresser.
Liu Jiayi was momentarily lost in thought as she looked at Wang Bo in her clothes, feeling a sense of amazement. It was only then that she realized her student, Wang Bo, could look quite handsome when dressed up.
"Liu Teacher? Liu Teacher?" Wang Bo, seeing Liu Jiayi suddenly daze off, called out softly.
"Ah~ What's wrong? What did you say just now?" Liu Jiayi came back to her senses and asked.
"I said, won't I look a bit out of place wearing this women's shirt?" Wang Bo repeated what he had said earlier.
"No, you look quite handsome in it," Liu Jiayi said without hesitation. After she spoke, she realized that her words might have been inappropriate.
"Really, Liu Teacher? Then who is handsomer, me or your boyfriend?" Wang Bo said with a smile, jokingly. In fact, Wang Bo had never seen Liu Jiayi's boyfriend and didn't even know if she had one. This was just a test.
"I don't have a boyfriend. Wang Bo, you're my student, don't talk nonsense," Liu Jiayi said with a scolding tone.
If anyone else had said something so flirtatious to Liu Jiayi, she would have been angry and wouldn't have given them a good face. But for some reason, Liu Jiayi couldn't get angry at Wang Bo, even though she found it strange herself.
Wang Bo was delighted by Liu Jiayi's answer. This was exactly what he wanted to hear. Although Liu Jiayi had little chance of becoming his girlfriend, he didn't want her to be someone else's girlfriend. This was a selfish desire, and he believed any man or woman would feel the same way, not wanting to see their ideal woman in someone else's arms.
"Wang Bo, I almost forgot about your sleeping in class. Although you saved me this time, I can't mix personal and professional matters. However, since it's your first offense, I'll just give you a warning this time. Don't let it happen again," Liu Jiayi suddenly remembered and said.
Liu Jiayi said she couldn't mix personal and professional matters, but in reality, she was lenient, only giving Wang Bo a warning. If she had been as angry as a lioness in the previous class, she would have given him a severe reprimand. Wang Bo was well aware of this.
Seeing that Liu Jiayi's pink face no longer had the stern look she had in class, Wang Bo's courage grew. He asked cautiously, "Liu Teacher, why were you so angry in the last class? It was just sleeping in class. I often sleep in other classes, and the other teachers don't care."
Wang Bo knew his words were an excuse for his sleeping, so he was cautious, not really trying to defend himself but rather out of curiosity about what had made his beautiful teacher so angry in the last class.
Liu Jiayi was taken aback by Wang Bo's question, then put on a stern face and said, "Hmph, you're making excuses. I don't care what you do in other classes, but you absolutely cannot sleep in my class. Got it?"
Wang Bo lowered his head and softly agreed, but in his heart, he muttered, "If I had known it was your class, I wouldn't have slept. How can your class be compared to others? Pfft! No comparison. They're either menopausal old women or creepy old men who just circle around girls. How can they compare to a beautiful and mature teacher like you?"
Seeing Wang Bo's obedient and repentant look, Liu Jiayi couldn't bring herself to criticize him harshly.
After a moment of hesitation, Liu Jiayi said, "Actually, sleeping in class is wrong, but what's even worse is disturbing other students' learning."
"Um, Liu Teacher, I only slept in the last class and didn't disturb anyone's learning," Wang Bo scratched the back of his head, puzzled.
"Are you saying you didn't? Your snoring was like thunder, and..." Liu Jiayi suddenly realized something and stopped herself from saying more.
"Snoring? I snore when I sleep? And Liu Teacher said 'and,' what else did I do? Did I talk in my sleep? Did I sleepwalk?" Wang Bo was quite smart and could draw conclusions from what he was told.
"You didn't sleepwalk, but..." Liu Jiayi denied the sleepwalking but didn't deny the talking in his sleep. The "but" left unsaid made her meaning even clearer.
The reason she didn't say it was that Liu Jiayi was embarrassed to say it. She thought Wang Bo might be a slow student and wouldn't immediately understand her meaning. If he realized it later, it would avoid the awkwardness.
However, Liu Jiayi underestimated Wang Bo's intelligence. Although his academic performance wasn't outstanding, he wasn't stupid. In fact, he was quite smart, just not focused on his studies like the "good students" who studied hard all day.
Wang Bo immediately understood Liu Jiayi's meaning. His first thought was, "Do I really snore and talk in my sleep? What's going on? I never knew I had these good sleeping habits. And just now, I found out my bones are black. Today, everything about me seems strange. I have a feeling something is going to happen."
In the second moment, Wang Bo realized why Liu Jiayi's face was so strange. He remembered the inappropriate dream he had during the last class, where the main character was the beautiful Liu Jiayi. He must have said something ambiguous in his sleep. He was sure of it, otherwise why would Liu Jiayi be so angry, as if she had been teased. Thinking this, Wang Bo looked at Liu Jiayi.
"Alright, we've wasted enough time. Go to class quickly," Liu Jiayi, feeling uncomfortable under Wang Bo's gaze, said, wanting to ease the awkward atmosphere. The best way was to have Wang Bo, who was still wearing her intimate shirt, leave quickly.
Wang Bo balled up his blood-stained clothes and agreed, then opened the dormitory door and walked out. Just as he was about to step out of the door, he stopped, turned around, and with a self-assured smile, said in a teasing tone, "I dreamed about you in the last class, Liu Teacher~"
Without giving Liu Jiayi a chance to react, Wang Bo quickly left her dormitory.
Liu Jiayi was stunned for a moment. When she came to her senses, Wang Bo was already walking away, leaving her with his back.
With a "bang," Liu Jiayi quickly closed the door. She leaned against it, her face red as if it could drip with water, a blushing beauty, shy and charming!
