After Qiu Renzhan returned to his office, his anger had subsided. He made a brief plan and immediately called his former superior, the current Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the East Sea, respectfully recounting the entire incident.

To his great surprise, the other end of the phone erupted with a torrent of scolding: "Qiu Renzhan, what are you up to? Who gave you the right to meddle in Zhang Zhenxing's affairs? Did someone put a gun to your head? Why didn't they just shoot you? I warn you, don't meddle in things you shouldn't!"

With a click, the call was hung up. Qiu Renzhan, hearing the busy signal, was stunned, breaking out in a cold sweat. He now vaguely sensed that Zhang Zhenxing's background was not simple, possibly a nobleman's son sent to gain experience.

He hung up the phone, slumped in his chair for a moment, and his eyes gradually flickered. He couldn't provoke Zhang Zhenxing, but Lin Zixian had really made him furious. First, he got his sister-in-law fired from Minghua Group, then he injured his son twice. This was absolutely intolerable!

Lin Zixian was said to be making a statement, but Zhang Zhenxing wouldn't take him to an interrogation room. Instead, he brought him to a secluded small meeting room, with police guarding the door to keep out any unauthorized personnel.

Soon, Zhang Zhenxing entered with a laptop and an ashtray. He placed the ashtray next to Lin Zixian, offered him a cigarette, lit it for him, and asked, "Should I call you Mr. Lin or Caesar?"

"Call me Lin Zixian!" Lin Zixian laughed self-deprecatingly. After Zhang Zhenxing sat down opposite him, he smiled and said, "From the National Security Bureau of China?"

"I knew I couldn't hide it from you." Zhang Zhenxing tried to relax, a smile spreading across his face. "Let me introduce myself: Zhang Zhenxing, Special Operations Section Chief of the Asia Division of the National Security Bureau of China!"

Lin Zixian, with a cigarette in his mouth, watched the wisps of smoke and said ambiguously, "I thought as much. I've never had much to do with the domestic scene. Apart from you, I doubt anyone else would keep a close eye on me. I'm just curious, how did you know I was back and started following me?"

Before entering the meeting room, Zhang Zhenxing had called the head of the Asia Division, Yang Weiguo. His purpose was to befriend Lin Zixian, so he didn't hide anything and said frankly, "We have to thank the chairman of Minghua Group, Qiao Antian. If he hadn't stirred things up by inquiring about you through various channels, we wouldn't have thought that the great Caesar, who rules the underground world, would be the deputy head of security at Minghua Group."

"Qiao has a screw loose, always ruining my plans." Lin Zixian sneered. He hadn't expected his identity to be exposed in such a way.

He had found it strange that the National Security Bureau wouldn't monitor all of China's 1.3 billion people. He had slipped in with the tide, floating in the sea of people. Even if he were to be exposed, it shouldn't have happened so quickly. It turned out it was because of Qiao Antian.

"I'm also curious, how did Mr. Lin discover we were following you?" Zhang Zhenxing sneered. "I hope Mr. Lin can enlighten us, so we can improve our task execution skills."

He wasn't being polite. He had always been confident in his tracking skills, but this time he had been exposed, and he really wanted to know where the flaw was. This was crucial for them. To avoid such a flaw in the future, the task force had conducted repeated self-inspections but couldn't find the flaw.

"Skills are best kept secret. If I taught you, wouldn't I be creating trouble for myself?" Lin Zixian chuckled.

In fact, he hadn't noticed Zhang Zhenxing's team following him. If they hadn't been in a hurry or if he hadn't been lucky, these well-trained people wouldn't have shown any signs. He was just used to the underground world, subconsciously observing his surroundings. He noticed occasional vehicles with obscured interiors, which raised his suspicions. This was normal for most people, as many cars are designed to be visible from the outside but not from the inside. Zhang Zhenxing's team wouldn't let the same car appear repeatedly near Lin Zixian.

But Lin Zixian wasn't an ordinary person. Slight suspicions would alert him. He was planning to test them, and the police conveniently showed up. He believed that if a domestic agency knew his identity and was following him, they wouldn't let him cause a commotion and would intervene.

Forcing the police to draw their guns was just a test. If no one intervened at the last moment, he would surrender and let the police take him to the station. Then he would call Meng Zidan, who had official and military connections, for help. With Meng's background, getting him out of the police station shouldn't be difficult. So he was fearless.

Of course, he wouldn't tell Zhang Zhenxing this. Revealing it would be worthless, and keeping some things back would make these people respect him more, which wasn't a bad thing.

Sure enough, hearing this, Zhang Zhenxing's face turned grim. He knew there was a flaw in his operation, and the opponent had seen through it, while he remained clueless. At best, it was a lack of ability; at worst, it was irresponsible to national security.

But he couldn't force Lin Zixian to reveal the flaw, so he sighed and said, "The three kings of the underground world are well-known to governments and intelligence agencies around the world. The 'Terror King' was killed by U.S. special forces in Pakistan near Islamabad, shocking the world. The 'War King' was lured and captured by U.S. agents in Bangkok, Thailand, and is still imprisoned in the U.S., causing ongoing disputes between the U.S. and Russia. Among the three, only you, the 'Mystery King,' are the least known. Governments don't even know what you look like. I'm honored to meet you and see the power of Caesar. Clearly, you are indeed more powerful than the other two."

"Your point is that the other two didn't have good endings, but I'm still out and about?" Lin Zixian extinguished his cigarette in the ashtray, a playful look on his face. "This might be the benefit of being low-key. 'Bin Laden' was arrogant, making himself known to the world, so he died. 'Bout' was a bit better, but he ran businesses wherever there was conflict, even selling nuclear weapons if the customer needed them, so he's in prison. I'm the most low-key, so I have a reason to live better."

Zhang Zhenxing shook his head slightly. "That's because they didn't have your skills. Otherwise, 'Bin Laden' might not have died, and 'Bout' wouldn't have been captured."

Lin Zixian waved his hand, not wanting to dwell on the topic, and said with a faint smile, "You didn't sit here with me just to chat, right? What do you want to say, just say it!"

Zhang Zhenxing instinctively sat up straight, his eyes burning as he stared at Lin Zixian. "I want to talk about the 'International Idle' you founded."

Lin Zixian's eyebrows shot up, and he sneered, "What's there to talk about? Since you found me, you should know that I left 'International Idle' a year ago and no longer meddle in underground affairs. I'm just an ordinary person now. You might have the wrong person. If you want to talk about 'International Idle,' you should talk to Rome. Don't tell me you don't know that Rome is now in charge of 'International Idle.'"

"We know that, of course." Zhang Zhenxing took a deep breath. "But according to our information, the true core of 'International Idle' is the old members who founded it with you. When 'International Idle' decided to organize, you and the old members all withdrew. Now, the entire underground world knows that Rome hasn't grasped the true strength of 'International Idle.' That power is still in your hands, Caesar!"

Lin Zixian's eyes turned cold, and he stared at Zhang Zhenxing coldly. "So what?"

Zhang Zhenxing stood up abruptly, speaking with righteous indignation. "We've investigated, and Lin Zixian is your real name. Although we don't know your background, we can confirm that you are a pure Chinese person. Since you founded 'International Idle,' you've never interfered with domestic affairs, so we believe you are patriotic. If so, you should use your power to contribute to the country."

He became excited and walked to Lin Zixian's side, as if he wanted to pour all his thoughts into his head.

Lin Zixian glanced around, squinting and looking sideways. "If I don't agree, will you arrest me or just kill me?"

Zhang Zhenxing was taken aback, quickly waving his hands. "That's not what I mean. I just hope you will serve the country."

Seeing Lin Zixian take out a cigarette, he quickly lit it for him, waiting for his response.

Lin Zixian exhaled a puff of smoke and said calmly, "I understand your feelings... But you know we old members left 'International Idle.' Do you know why we left?"

"I've heard a bit. It's said that you and the other old members didn't agree with the organization of 'International Idle,' while another group wanted to use their resources to make it bigger and stronger. The disagreement led to your departure." Zhang Zhenxing pulled a chair and sat next to him, asking in a tone of seeking advice, "Is there something we don't know?"
