Qiao Yun was speechless. The smile on Zheng Longqing's face froze, not expecting this outcome. After a moment, he said, "This is a martial arts exchange. You used a gun, and even if you won, it wouldn't be a fair victory. We need to be fair."

He still wanted to incite Lin Zixian and the Jilan Dojo Master to take action.

"An exchange? Who said that?" Lin Zixian pointed at the Jilan Dojo Master and said, "He clearly challenged me just now. He didn't say it was an exchange, nor did he say I couldn't use a gun. I didn't say he couldn't use a gun either."

The Jilan Dojo Master's face turned red and then white, angry and regretful that he had been so easily intimidated and actually raised his hands to surrender.

"I protest! This is an insult to Taekwondo in the Republic of Korea. I demand a fair duel," the Jilan Dojo Master gritted his teeth.

"Hey? You surrendered so quickly just now, and now you're not satisfied?" Lin Zixian pulled out his gun again, pointing it directly at the Jilan Dojo Master's head, and said coldly, "Are you crazy? I don't even know who you are. Why should I fight you just because you say so? Do you think I won't shoot you?"

"You... " The Jilan Dojo Master, facing the black barrel of the gun, didn't know what to say. The guy in front of him was clearly a lunatic, and he didn't doubt that the other person was just joking when he pulled out the gun; he had already fired four shots.

Helpless, the Jilan Dojo Master, his face turning blue with anger, turned and left, not even bothering to put on his shoes, and went out barefoot.

Qiao Yun didn't say anything about this. She walked to the equipment area, lay down on a bench, and did two sets of bench presses, then started to stretch and practice her flexibility.

Zheng Longqing noticed that Qiao Yun had no intention of stopping Lin Zixian from the beginning, as if she hadn't seen anything, which was not the relationship between an employer and a bodyguard. This formally aroused his interest in Lin Zixian, and he squinted to take a closer look.

Lin Zixian walked to a window, opened it, and took out a cigarette to smoke. Zheng Longqing walked over and said with a smile, "If you don't mind, can I borrow a cigarette?"

Lin Zixian generously took one out of his pocket and even offered to light it for him.

Zheng Longqing didn't really smoke much, just occasionally. After taking a puff, he started coughing, realizing the quality of the cigarette was terrible and very irritating. Lin Zixian said with a teasing look, "Mr. Zheng, if you're not used to it, don't force yourself."

Zheng Longqing didn't force himself. He just wanted an opportunity to talk. He casually flicked the inferior cigarette out the window and looked at Lin Zixian with a smile, "May I ask the name of this friend?"

"Lin Zixian," Lin Zixian replied casually.

"The Deputy Director of the Security Department of Minghua Group, Lin Zixian?" Zheng Longqing's eyes flashed.

He had been paying attention to Minghua Group, where a famous Deputy Director had emerged. How could he not have heard of it?

"I didn't expect Mr. Zheng to have heard of me," Lin Zixian said with a look of surprise. "Mr. Zheng, you don't already know that I had your car smashed, do you?"

Zheng Longqing's pupils constricted. Who would keep an eye on a small Deputy Director of Security for no reason? He hadn't heard of this before, but he didn't expect the other party to admit it so readily. He maintained his smile, "A car is nothing, but I want to know why Brother Lin smashed my car?"

Lin Zixian shook his head helplessly, refusing to answer, leaving it to the other party to guess. To put it bluntly, he just didn't like the guy and wanted to make him feel uncomfortable.

At this point, Qiao Yun had completed her warm-up, and the two sparring partners put on their protective gear.

"Hey! Hey! Hey..." Qiao Yun's shouts echoed in the space. She kicked forward, swung her leg, kicked down, kicked to the side, and even did a 360-degree spinning kick, all with beautiful movements. The sound of her kicks hitting the sparring partners' protective gear was loud, showing the strength behind them. It seemed she could handle a few thugs for self-defense.

In fact, most of Taekwondo practice focuses on the legs, emphasizing speed and strength, which is a form of hard training. Therefore, it consumes a lot of energy and is not suitable for prolonged combat.

Soon, Qiao Yun was drenched in sweat, panting heavily, and stopped to rest.

When the second round of practice began, Zheng Longqing walked to the training area, said a few words to the two sparring partners, and, with Qiao Yun's consent, they removed their protective gear and left the room.

In the center of the training area, Zheng Longqing, without protective gear, stood opposite Qiao Yun, apparently ready to be her sparring partner.

Qiao Yun didn't hesitate, rushing forward and jumping to kick Zheng Longqing's forehead. The kick brought a whistling sound, showing no sign of holding back. Zheng Longqing sidestepped to avoid it. As soon as Qiao Yun landed, she quickly swung her leg to sweep him. Zheng Longqing caught her ankle, making her stand in a split.

Qiao Yun was slightly surprised, not expecting Zheng Longqing, who looked so refined, to have such good skills. She used the momentum to bounce up and kicked his abdomen with her other foot.

Zheng Longqing caught her ankle, turned, and swung his arm, intercepting Qiao Yun in mid-air and catching her around the waist. He then smiled and gently pushed her away.

Qiao Yun stumbled when she landed, her eyes gleaming, seemingly fired up. Her legs moved like a windmill, pressing forward step by step. Zheng Longqing, however, moved as if he were strolling, his movements quick and steady. Her legs often ended up in his hands, and he occasionally threw her away, only to continue the sparring.

Lu Qili, watching from the side, was almost on fire with jealousy. She even stepped up the stairs in her high heels, showing signs of approaching.

Lin Zixian couldn't stand it anymore. The touching, hugging, and waist-grabbing looked like Zheng Longqing was taking the opportunity to get close to Qiao Yun. Normally, he wouldn't have such a chance to hug and hold her, and the foolish woman seemed to be enjoying the sparring more and more. He wondered how such a fool could control Minghua Group.

After a while, Lin Zixian couldn't hold back and shouted, "Pause, pause!"

Qiao Yun, drenched in sweat and panting, looked at him. Zheng Longqing, who was enjoying the sparring, was slightly annoyed by the interruption and raised his eyebrows, "Brother Lin, do you have something to say?"

Lin Zixian didn't want to beat around the bush. If he let Zheng Longqing continue hugging and holding her, he would have to roll up his sleeves and take action himself. He said bluntly, "Mr. Zheng, this isn't sparring; you're taking advantage of our Boss Qiao. If you keep hugging and holding her like this, how will she ever get married?"

Upon hearing this, Qiao Yun also felt it was inappropriate, recalling the scenes and blushing. However, her face was already flushed from the exercise, so it wasn't noticeable.

"Brother Lin is overthinking it. I don't know Taekwondo, and physical contact is inevitable during sparring," Zheng Longqing said with a faint smile.

"I'm not overthinking it; I'm jealous," Lin Zixian said. Qiao Yun's eyes flickered, looking at him with a watery gaze, unsure if he was serious. He patted his chest and said, "If I keep watching Mr. Zheng hugging and holding her, I might lose control and pull out my gun. I'm a bit impulsive."

A hint of disdain flashed in Zheng Longqing's eyes, as if to say, "Do you even know who I am to be jealous of me?" However, he maintained his smile, "Does Brother Lin have a better idea?"

"I'll do it!" Lu Qili suddenly spoke up. She took off her high-heeled boots, stepped between Qiao Yun and Zheng Longqing, and said to Qiao Yun, "Since we're both women, I should be the best sparring partner for Boss Qiao."

Zheng Longqing's eyes flashed with a hint of severity when he looked at her back, but he nodded and smiled, "That's fine!" He stepped back gracefully, knowing that if he insisted, it would look like he was taking advantage.

"Boss Qiao, if you only attack and don't let the other person counter, you'll just be practicing for show. If you don't mind, we two women can spar a few rounds to give you a real sense of combat," Lu Qili said calmly.

Lin Zixian nodded slightly, thinking that this woman made a good point. Practice is just the foundation; real combat is what truly hones skills.

However, Zheng Longqing sensed something was wrong and shouted, "Lu Qili, what are you up to?"

A surge of jealousy rose in Lu Qili's heart, but she smiled and said, "Mr. Zheng, I'm just asking Boss Qiao's opinion. Why are you so anxious?"

Qiao Yun, unaware of the gravity of the situation, shifted into a Taekwondo stance and said, "Let's start!"

Lu Qili smiled at Zheng Longqing and said, "Boss Qiao, please!"

Qiao Yun jumped and kicked at Lu Qili's face. Lu Qili crouched, dodged under Qiao Yun, grabbed her back leg, and pulled, causing Qiao Yun to lose balance and fall to the ground with a thud, dazed.

Lin Zixian shook his head. This woman's skills were basic; she wouldn't stand a chance against a skilled opponent, and her overconfidence would only lead to more losses.

Zheng Longqing's face changed. Lu Qili glanced at him and smiled at Qiao Yun, "Boss Qiao, it seems your Taekwondo isn't quite up to par."

Qiao Yun lay on the ground for a moment, then did a backflip to stand up, hopping on her feet, fists loosely clenched, and cautiously approached.

Lin Zixian was surprised by her stance, realizing she had also practiced Jeet Kune Do. She tried a few small kicks, all of which were deflected by Lu Qili's hands, showing a clear difference in reaction speed.

She tried another kick, and as Lu Qili deflected it, Qiao Yun suddenly rushed forward, elbowing Lu Qili's chest. Lu Qili reacted even faster, chopping Qiao Yun's shoulder, causing her to lose balance. Lu Qili then swept her leg, and Qiao Yun fell flat on her back, clearly outmatched.

Lin Zixian shook his head. This woman's skills were basic; she wouldn't stand a chance against a skilled opponent, and her overconfidence would only lead to more losses.
