“I-I don’t know!”

“So it’s hard to pick a favorite? Fu~n …… Theo-kun, you’ve become quite used to women, haven’t you? Not too long ago, my a*s would have been enough to get you off.”

With a stern look in her eyes, she clapped her hands as if she had an idea.

“So I guess I’ll just shove more boobies down your way now, huh?”

She then proceeded to hug me.

I hurriedly avoided it! Kuh…! I thought she had sobered up a little after the dance but I guess that’s not the case.

“Ara ara, why did you avoid it? I’m trying to soothe Theo-kun with his favorite pair of boobies. Fufufu, Maybe you’re embarrassed?”

“I-It’s not that I’m embarrassed, it’s just that…!”

“If so, let me spoil you. Look here Theo-kun, these b*****s are only for you.”

“Kuh…!”

This can’t go on. What is she talking about during an event out in the open?

The fact that she became so wild with just two whiskey bongs is amazing in its own regard, a rare talent.

But it’s definitely not something that should be shown in public. Instructor Miya continued to try to press her b*****s against me.

Her eyes were glazed over my entire body. One look at her and you could tell she was out of her mind.

I’m sure the drunk instructor didn’t mean what she said and wouldn’t want anyone to see this side of her.

Upon realising that, I chose to leave the evening party with the instructor in tow.

After we got out of the castle, I led her to a nearby park and let her enjoy the night breeze for her to sober up.

We sat on a chair in a pavilion overlooking the pond. She didn’t sober up right away, but she started coming to her senses.

“Where are…… what about the evening party?”

“We left in the middle of it. I thought it would be bad for your reputation if we didn’t.”

“My reputation…? Eh… Ah, I see… I got drunk and then…”

The instructor’s cheeks blushed bright red as she went back to memory lane, perhaps digging up the memory of her drunken dance and her outburst.

“I-I’m sorry, Theo-kun… I’m sorry for the trouble I caused this time.”

“… Well, don’t worry, it’s okay…”

However, it was Rumina’s fault for knowingly setting off the whiskey bombs.

The instructor was more of a victim, so blaming her wasn’t quite right.

The serious instructor seemed to be aware of the perpetrator.

“Mou…”

She was stuck in a daze full of regret, and then covered her face with her hands.

…The damage on realizing her actions during the party seemed to have struck her silly.

“Hey, Theo-kun… can I go home first? I just… want to be alone for a while…” She ended up saying that with a depressed voice.

However, I was sure that it would help her cool down, so I arranged a carriage and led her to the guest room.

“Then, I’ll go home first…”

“Yes, I’m going to kill some time, and I’ll be back.”

“…… Thanks for your concern.”

“Don’t worry, it’s no problem.”

After I saw her off, I began to wander around the Imperial City. I walk with no purpose in mind.

Walking alone was something I was used to.

After all, I’ve lived a lonely life without any relatives and…my memories of my childhood weren’t very clear.

I don’t know what my parents look like, nor where exactly I was born.

The only thing I know for sure was that I found myself abandoned in a forest near the Imperial City.

After turning a certain age, I was abandoned like that and from then on, I lived as an abomination.

My painful days had begun.

A being with half demon blood and red eyes, a minority.

I don’t think I was born out of love, I was probably just a product of some demon’s lust.

As its name implies, an Abomination is an existence to be shunned in society. That’s because of the demon blood flowing through their veins.

The anger and oppression that they faced could be described as nothing but extreme.

But thanks to the efforts of His Majesty’s government, things have become better now, but in the past, everyone treated me like an enemy.

I was avoided wherever I walked and mocked upon eye contact. If I bumped into someone in passing, I would get punched, and they would laugh at me while I was sprawled on the ground.

Perhaps I should have resisted. After all, an abomination was stronger than a regular person and could beat them with ease.

But I didn’t do it because I knew, even at a young age, that it wouldn’t help.

Fighting back would only make more enemies, not solve anything.

It was the demons that I should hate, not the people who oppressed me.

Because the demon opress humans, the humans try to take their frustration out on the abominations.

So, if I cut down demons, I won’t be blamed anymore, right? Then, there won’t be any more beings like me.

So I decided to become a musketeer.

Compared to that time, the reaction to an abomination is much milder.

I’m now treated like a hero and basically given the same rights as any other human.

Even the other abominations don’t have any problems just walking around the city. Times are changing.

However, it is undeniable that there is still discrimination, just as His Majesty said.

Human supremacists. It is a fact that there are still people who walk around with this

“Hey, red-eyed girl, are you alone?”

These words suddenly came to me, and brought my thoughts back to reality. I was surprised when I looked up.

At the end of a deserted street, several men were surrounding a short girl. I looked closer and saw that the girl was Sharon.

「Aren’t you bold to walk out at this time of the night? Eh?」

「You think you’re safe because you’re not like us, don’t you?」

「Don’t getting carried away.」 The guy who told Sharon whatever he wanted was definitely a human supremacist.

Sharon didn’t try to fight it. Probably because if she did, she would be seen as a threat, giving the human supremacists a good reason to further discriminate against her.

However, why doesn’t she try to escape?

As I was wondering this, one of them tried to touch Sharon.

I can’t just stand by and watch. I quickly ran over and grabbed his hand.

“Stop it!”

“Ha? Get the h**l out of my way you b*****d!”

As soon as I ran up, the man turned around and sprayed me with alcohol. I flinched when I was hit by it.

“Is that you…… Theo?”

Sharon called out.

From that moment on, the atmosphere around us began to change.

「Theo, was it…」 「No way…」

「Ah…… he’s one of those b******s, but he’s well-known. If we mess with him, we might get in trouble….」

「That Theo Fordout…」

“Kuh… even if you don’t mess with me, human supremacy is already being extinguished and turning into a thing of the past. You should be ashamed of yourself.”

As I wiped the alcohol off my face, one of the guys punched me as if he had lost his mind.

“S-S***w you Theo Fordout!”

I caught his fist and pulled him, takigng the back of his hand and pushed him to the ground.

“Kuh…! ”

「「「 Hi, hi ~i…!」」」

They all let out a pathetic scream and ran off. They must have realized that the odds were stacked against them.

When I released the captive, he ran off after his companions in a panic.

“Th-Theo… are you okay?”

Sharon approached me with concern, but if you ask me, I’m more worried about her.

“I just reek of alcohol. How about you? Are you fine?”

“I’m fine. In fact, it was part of my mission, so you didn’t have to help me.”

“…Mission?”

“Look at that.”

Sharon pointed in the direction they had fled. I looked over and saw that a number of musketeers had pursued them, eventually leading to their capture.

“Don’t tell me, you were just a decoy?”

“Yes. I was the decoy. I was surrounded on purpose, and just when they were about to touch me, I would’ve caught them red-handed.”

“I didn’t know that…”

“But thank you. It made me happy.”

Then Sharon took out a handkerchief and handed it to me.

“Well, there’s only so much that you can wipe off, so why don’t you just go home and take a bath?”

“Yeah… I’ll do that.”

“Then later. We still have a mission to complete.” After saying that, Sharon began to run and join the other musketeers.

An abomination and regular humans teaming up to capture human supremacists.

We’ve come to a better place than we could have imagined a long time ago.

That’s why I felt like praying that these times would last forever.
