I’m glad that you are reading this letter. It’s my first time writing a love letter for someone so I’m a little nervous, and this pen is leaking a little too. I hope you don’t mind. If anything’s written poorly, please correct me.

And I know too, that you are a gentle person. Maybe others won’t feel the same way as I do. Perhaps they find you difficult, bad-tempered, unromantic, boring… Actually, I feel this way too.

But they don’t know how amazing you are, and that’s great, because I’m the only one who knows.

If I hadn’t met you, I would have been in dire straits, or perhaps even lost a kidney from all the debts I owe. Or I would have been in a world of my own, lost among the masses.

And now?

There will never be an ending better than this, and this was a “make do with” situation that was very much unrestrained; you and me both have rights to find happiness amidst this.
