"Qi, I finally understand why all the residents of Lamona envy your good luck." Kate was actually quite envious too, because she now thoroughly understood the charm of this forest farm.

"I admit that the environment in Lamona is very good, but your forest farm clearly feels even more comfortable. It's a feeling that's hard to describe. "Qi, when did you buy your Cadillac? It looks like a new car. If you had driven this car when you met Kate last time, you could have towed her car back. The repair shop charges a lot, even though Kate's car is insured." Sitting in Qi Ping's spacious Cadillac, Joshua looked very excited; it was his first time in such a good car.

The Cadillac isn't the top luxury car, but it's definitely not a bad one. Most importantly, for many Americans, a Cadillac isn't necessarily affordable. Clearly, a car that costs more than the annual income of some American middle-class families can be considered a good car.

"I plan to modify it a bit in a few days. This car is great, but it still needs improvement. I just got it a few days ago, and it needs some modifications to be perfect. I need a car fridge; the car has a lot of space, otherwise, it would be a waste of the tea tray." Qi Ping thought his car was great, but it could be even better.

"That looks cool, but I think it might be even cooler after the modifications." Joshua, a young guy, couldn't really understand Qi Ping's thoughts; being cool was the most important thing for such a young guy. But clearly, Qi Ping didn't see it that way.

King Kong sat obediently in the back seat, still eating happily. For King Kong, this day was still fun, even though it was just a car ride and not horseback riding. It didn't matter because someone was playing games with it, which was the most interesting part for King Kong.

"Wow, Qi. This place is really beautiful. I think you should consider getting a boat here; it would be very interesting." Kate seemed to resonate with Qi Ping, especially about the not-so-small lake in the forest farm. "I even think that if you could build a house here, it would be even more interesting. The only slightly regrettable thing is that the environment isn't as good as your current home, but the scenery here is better."

"I agree. In fact, this is a natural lake of more than ten acres. The lake water comes from rain and mountain streams, all of which are high-quality water. The only regret is that it's not deep enough for large yachts, but we can put some interesting small boats and speedboats here. I think it would be very interesting. Because this place is so beautiful, I want to build a house here, but I need more time." Qi Ping didn't hesitate to share his plans, although they seemed distant, they were not impossible.

Joshua was yawning out of boredom, playing a game with King Kong, who also seemed a bit dazed. The adult world was too hard to understand; this was just an empty lake surrounded by weeds, and there was no sign of any beautiful scenery.

But Kate and Qi were deeply engaged in their conversation, sometimes stopping the car to point at the mountains or the lake, then getting back in and continuing to drive, looking for the so-called scenery.
