"Damn you bastards, I'll get my revenge!" Qi Ping, looking like a beaten dog, shouted in a fit of rage. Although he had no problem dealing with Tony, who was just a show-off, Qi Ping had been too conspicuous and thus provoked the anger of the crowd, which led to him being thrown into the sea. Despite the fact that he had been diligently training and improving himself, even a tiger can't withstand a pack of wolves.
"Qi, I have to admit we underestimated you. You are a very capable guy," Steve felt the need to reassess Qi Ping. He realized they had underestimated him, and found him to be an interesting person. "I think you might want to consider this seriously. We are all very interested in your amazing kung fu."
"You don't stand a chance. In my country, taking on apprentices is a serious matter. Your talents are not up to par, and you lack the potential. Most importantly, to practice, one must remain a virgin. None of you qualify!" Qi Ping was joking, wiping the seawater off with a blanket. This had been quite an interesting experience.
Qi Ping was met with a chorus of boos and teasing. He felt quite proud of himself, considering he was much more innocent compared to those playboys. As for the girls who wanted to break his vow, it didn't matter; it was just a joke, and Qi Ping wouldn't mind 'breaking his vow' when the time was right.
Actually, his deceptive performance amazed Steve and his friends. It's not easy for a newcomer to integrate into a social circle. Steve's friends largely gave Qi Ping a chance out of respect for Steve, thinking he was just a wealthy forest owner.
But now, things were different. Qi was an interesting guy. Although he might sometimes seem a bit out of place due to cultural differences, there was no need to worry. The amazing Qi was very interesting and would be a great friend.
To the girls, Qi Ping was the perfect choice for a golden turtle son-in-law. He was wealthy, though not flashy, and Steve had already spread the word about his vast forest. Qi Ping looked strong and would be a very interesting and fun date.
"Guys, I'm always free. Give me a call if you have any interesting parties or plans, I'd be happy to join." He bumped fists with Steve and the others, feeling quite satisfied with this pleasant day out at sea.
"Our next plan is a fun road trip, which might also be very interesting," Steve laughed. He now knew that some activities might not interest Qi Ping, but others definitely would.
"Alright, I'm intrigued. Guys, don't forget to save a spot for me." He said goodbye to the guys with a smile. Although he had a great time, it was time to go home.
Qi Ping found the day quite interesting. He had a good time on the yacht, which was more like a big party, but that was part of the fun. If he were to organize it, he might not invite so many girls, but that could also be interesting.
When he got home, he saw Jingang sitting at the door. Jingang looked a bit melancholic, having not seen his big brother for almost a day. When he saw Qi Ping's car, Jingang was overjoyed and ran to the garage to wait.
Qi Ping was happy to see Jingang, who was indeed very smart. He picked up Jingang, who had had a fun day and was a bit dirty, probably from playing with the other animals.
Seeing Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai standing proudly on the sofa, Qi Ping smiled. He prepared milk for Jingang, who climbed onto the sofa and drank it contentedly. Qi Ping smiled, thinking how smart and capable this little guy was.
Jingang didn't need much attention from Qi Ping; he was a smart and capable little guy. As for Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai, they were also doing well. They greeted Qi Ping affectionately, pecking his hand with their beaks. They were now quite smart and had a good relationship with Qi Ping.
Jingang, holding his big milk bottle, looked back and continued drinking. His relationship with Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai wasn't great, as the mischievous Jingang liked to bully the two birds. But Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai weren't easy to bully and would peck Jingang.
Qi Ping wasn't too concerned about the occasional conflicts among the little guys. They were smart, and even if they had minor conflicts, it wasn't a big deal.
Especially Jingang, who, though the most mischievous, was also the smartest. Qi Ping felt Jingang's intelligence was quite good, about the level of a one-year-old child. Jingang could recognize people and express his emotions, which was enough.
Qi Ping believed that with the abundant spiritual energy, Jingang and the others might not become legendary spirit beasts, but they would definitely be far more intelligent than their peers.
"Are you coming with me to pick some vegetables?" Seeing Jingang finish his milk and sit lazily on the sofa, Qi Ping thought it was time to take the little guy for some exercise to help digest his food.
Although there were still some vegetables in the fridge, Qi Ping felt it wasn't enough. Since coming to America, some of his views had changed, such as his consumption habits.
Living in a remote area made it inconvenient to go shopping, so he usually bought enough vegetables for about half a week. The forest now produced some vegetables, and Qi Ping wouldn't miss out on them. Although he didn't need much lettuce, he still enjoyed these delicious vegetables, which were of the highest quality.
He also liked celery, which not everyone enjoyed, but Qi Ping did. Dishes like stir-fried celery with meat or eggs were very tasty.
Qi Ping was looking forward to the future as the forest developed better and more vegetables grew. He had also set up a small farm to raise some local chickens, so he wouldn't lack for fresh eggs or old hen soup. He believed he would have more and more delicious food in the future.
He planned to start a small vegetable garden to grow vegetables for his own consumption, planting the vegetables he liked.
This was a good idea. Self-sufficiency was a good thing. Setting up a small vegetable garden wasn't difficult, and taking care of it would be rewarding, as it would provide him with plenty of delicious food.
With such a good environment in his forest, not making good use of these advantages would be a waste and shameful!
