Jingang sat silly beside Qiping, who was now looking at some simple documents. As for Jingang, he was just there for company, sitting on the side and eating a banana.

Since they had decided to start preparing to collect jade, Qiping naturally paid more attention to information. Gambling on jade mostly involved jadeite, although jadeite is a type of jade, it wasn't Qiping's best choice. What Qiping needed was traditional soft jade, such as Hetian jade. Jadeite, being a hard jade, was less practical.

Hetian jade is a type of soft jade, commonly known as true jade, which explains the issue. Qiping felt that the inventors of these formations had basically tailored the formations for Hetian jade.

Although good jade is hard to come by, as long as one has money, there's no need to worry. Qiping wasn't too worried; with his bulging pockets, getting a few pieces of good jade wouldn't be a problem. Although he still needed to wait a bit for his pockets to be even fuller, he was at least considered a wealthy person.

The weather was getting hot, with California's sun always being abundant, especially in the summer.

Ice cream was great; for Qiping, ice cream was a cold drink. In the past, Qiping always thought that Häagen-Dazs was the best ice cream brand, but everyone has different tastes. Qiping now also found that some other American brands of ice cream were excellent, though perhaps they weren't as well-known in China. For example, Handel's Homemade from Ohio and Dr. Bob's Handcrafted Ice Cream from California were both outstanding ice creams.

Jingang was very happy because he had discovered many delicious snacks. Now, chips and ice cream were among Jingang's favorite snacks. Watching this little guy sit on the sofa with his legs crossed, eating snacks, Qiping sometimes found it quite amusing. Moreover, this guy had recently learned to wear clothes, only those from the Big Mouth Monkey brand, because Jingang stubbornly believed that these clothes were all adorned with a cartoon monkey with a big mouth, perhaps even a chimpanzee.

Qiping felt he had plenty of time, so he took Jingang to water the vegetable garden; watching the vegetables grow, Qiping was very happy.

Although there were some potential pest threats, overall, everything was developing in a good direction. Qiping now understood why some fantasy novels often had minor characters like servants taking care of nurseries; the environment there was really good, and if you were going for a premium route, you naturally needed to take more careful care of the vegetables.

Now, with a few large formations set up, the spiritual energy might not be as good as some smaller, more refined, and perfect formations. Although it was enough for ordinary vegetables to grow, the lack of specificity also caused other organisms to thrive, such as pests and weeds.

In the end, they could only use some crude methods; achieving perfection was not an easy task.

Jingang was very happy, although he was very playful, he also felt he was very capable. So whenever he could do something to help, Jingang would show his teeth and keep saying "oh oh oh." This was his way of expressing happiness. As a sensible child, Jingang felt he was the best and could help his big brother do many things.

" Hunting season is coming up. Do you allow hunting in your forest? I see you don't know how to play games, but with such a large forest, hunting would be very exciting." Jingang was no longer afraid of the phone; as soon as it rang, he immediately picked it up. It was Luo Yi, who was now thinking about the forest again.

"I want to hunt, but my shooting skills are terrible. I always go to the gun shop's range to play, and my shooting scores are average. I have no experience in outdoor activities, so I wouldn't dare to go into the mountains alone," Qiping said, though somewhat discouraged, it was the truth. Hunting did require some skill and difficulty.

"That's good, as long as hunting is allowed. When the time comes, I'll bring a few professional hunters over. Unlike last time when we just explored a bit, we'll do it professionally." Luo Yi chuckled; hunting in a private forest was indeed exciting.

Qiping knew that hunting was very attractive.

Many Americans are passionate about hunting, a very interesting and traditional sport. The peak season is generally from September to April of the following year. Some animals have specific hunting seasons, while others can be hunted at any time of the year.

Qiping wasn't a member of any animal protection association. Since American law allows it, Qiping was naturally willing to try these interesting things. Hunting was just one of his hobbies. Like millions of ordinary Americans who enjoy hunting, Qiping only did what he wanted within the legal limits and enjoyed the fun this hobby brought to his life, which was enough.

Although Qiping had a private forest, in a sense, the animals there were his property. However, there were still some things to be cautious about; Qiping didn't want to get into trouble.

Hunting may seem adventurous and exciting, but it is a highly knowledge-intensive sport. Government regulations are very strict, and everyone must comply. Otherwise, the penalties range from fines to imprisonment.

For example, some animals can only be hunted during specific seasons, and the law is very strict about guns. No automatic weapons are allowed, and shotguns can only hold a maximum of three shells. There are also hunting licenses, hunting training courses, and restrictions on hunting dogs.

Although it seems troublesome and annoying, the idea is to give the prey a fair chance to escape. It may seem unnecessary, but it does help maintain ecological balance. In fact, every year, government agencies issue hunting licenses based on data and statistics to protect the ecological balance.

Qiping didn't have such conditions or opportunities in China, but now he had the chance to truly experience the excitement of hunting, which was indeed very stimulating and interesting for him.

Qiping was now starting to prepare; he enrolled in a training course to learn some necessary basics. Of course, he also applied for some hunting licenses. Spending some money and having a private lawyer and accountant, these things seemed minor, but since Qiping had paid for their services, these were things they should do.

Qiping, with a silly smile, held several hunting licenses. He was now ready and preparing to show his skills when the hunting season arrived. These days, Qiping visited the gun shop more frequently, largely because he hoped to return with a full load. It wasn't just that Qiping liked guns.

Qiping hummed a song while making dinner, and Jingang stood at the kitchen door watching. Jingang was a mischievous child; although he often wanted to help, he sometimes only caused trouble, especially in the kitchen. So even though Jingang was constantly protesting, Qiping sternly stopped him from sneaking into the kitchen. Not only did Jingang often break dishes, but he also frequently stole food. The kitchen was now a no-go zone for Jingang, strictly off-limits!

Qiping felt that his biggest task now was to enjoy his current wonderful life. There were so many interesting things worth trying. Qiping now had the means to do so, without a doubt.

So now, Qiping had no reason to be shy; he was now a small tycoon, and even if it was just a small one, he should do some things that seemed stylish, at least those he had wanted to do but lacked the means to try before.
