"Hey, we've caught that bastard!" Qiping received a call from Sheriff Nicholas, "He will definitely pay for his crimes!"

"Alright, I'm available anytime, if you need my help." Qiping was quite happy. That was a nasty bastard, and he was not a qualified hunter at all. Qiping was glad that they had caught that bastard.

Looking at Vinnie who was trying to bite his slippers, Qiping gently pushed Vinnie over. Seeing Vinnie get up and continue to fight tenaciously, Qiping suddenly felt that he shouldn't have 'bullied' Vinnie when he got up in the morning. Now he was being pestered by this little troublemaker.

Qiping indeed felt he should admit defeat. Although the little bear was still weak, it was a brave one. Vinnie never showed weakness when bullied by its big brother. So now, it was better to admit defeat; give it some treats, which should temporarily soothe Vinnie's 'injured' heart.

"I! Liangshanbo"

"And me! Zhu Yingtai!"

Qiping had a headache. He had just given King Kong a big bottle of milk, and now the little bear was sitting on the sofa drinking it. The two parrots were jealous, standing on the back of the sofa, also wanting to eat something.

Introducing themselves and asking for food, that was all Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai had learned to say. Qiping felt helpless, thinking that perhaps the only motivation for these two to learn to speak was for a bit of food.

He usually taught them to speak, but they only learned these two ridiculous sentences.

Forget it, no need to argue with these two silly birds. He decisively cut some fruit and added some nuts. This was the standard meal for the two silly birds, and they actually liked these foods the most.

"Mmm, mmm, mmm!"

King Kong, who had run back from outside, was thirsty, pointing at Vinnie's milk bottle and tugging at Qiping's pants. He had gone out early in the morning to play with Black Charcoal and now came back thirsty, intending to drink some water.

He was busy all morning, getting up, washing up, making breakfast, grooming the horse, and practicing martial arts. He hardly had a moment to rest. Plus, playing games with these mischievous little brothers made for a leisurely and pleasant morning.

Vinnie was now very smart. After staying at home for a while, the little guy had learned a lot. For example, it knew that Qiping was good to it and was the strongest. So Vinnie started to get closer to Qiping, always liking to play games with him.

As for King Kong, he was Vinnie's big brother. Since King Kong was the second strongest in the house, the smart little bear knew it still needed a protector. The four powerful dogs, Dong, Nan, Xi, and Bei, were also Vinnie's targets for affection. They were its playmates and bodyguards, and Vinnie would often scratch them to get the chance to play with them.

As for Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai, these two silly birds had a special relationship with the other small animals in the house. Although they were often taken care of, these two proud and temperamental guys were quite annoying. Although there was no real fighting, they would often 'argue' with the little bear or show off to King Kong.

This was how the little guys got along, and Qiping rarely interfered. As long as they knew how to get along well, they would still be united. There were just some minor frictions in life, which Qiping could accept. These were trivial matters, not worth worrying about.

The little bear was still too small. It was only about half a year old, just a little kid. But seeing this guy drink a whole big bottle of milk so neatly, Qiping felt a lot of pressure. This was a super big eater, a true big eater.

Vinnie was a black bear. When he looked up some information, he found that black bears were actually smaller than the more common brown bears in America. However, Vinnie was still an American black bear, ranking third in size among bears, smaller than polar bears and brown bears. Among all existing terrestrial carnivores, it ranked fifth, only behind polar bears, brown bears, tigers, and lions, making it the fifth largest carnivore.

As a black bear, its appetite was naturally not small. Now Vinnie was still a cub, still in the milk-drinking stage, but it would grow up and wouldn't just drink milk. When that time came, it would need a lot of food, which was inevitable. Moreover, Vinnie was a male bear, which could grow to nearly two meters in length, a true giant. The amount of food it would need would definitely not be small.

Seeing Vinnie, who had eaten and drunk its fill, climb down the sofa, Qiping felt the pressure was really significant. Although Vinnie now looked only as big as a cat, it was energetic and overly mischievous. Most importantly, Vinnie's little paws were quite powerful. The sofa, which had only been bought half a year ago, had already been scratched up by Dong, Nan, Xi, Bei, and King Kong, and now Vinnie had added more 'scars.'

"Qi, do you want to come and take a look? We are now entering the experimental phase, starting comprehensive pest control experiments." Professor Bruce's call, the old man was boasting.

"No, I won't go. If I go, I'll have to spend money. You are still in the experimental stage, not yet achieving real research results." Qiping shook his head. He knew a bit about it; these small-scale experiments were not really worth seeing.

"Alright, I understand." Professor Bruce said indifferently, but he was actually quite satisfied with Qiping's attitude. This big boss basically didn't interfere and didn't rush the research progress, giving Professor Bruce's research team more autonomy. Such a sponsor was what Professor Bruce considered the best partner.

"When will those guys send back the design drawings? Buddy, my loan is about to come in, and I hope those biogas digesters can start construction soon. I don't want to see those bankers sucking my blood." Qiping grabbed Vinnie, who was being too mischievous and just wanted to run around.

"Those guys don't have much time. They have their own research projects, and designing biogas digesters is just their side job." Professor Bruce's words made Qiping feel helpless. Alright, it was just a side job for those big experts, just to earn some pocket money.

Opening the car door, King Kong quickly climbed in. Placing Vinnie in the passenger seat, he didn't need to worry with King Kong taking care of it.

Although Qiping seemed to be arguing with Professor Bruce, even though he said he wouldn't go and didn't care, he was actually very concerned about the development and construction of the forest farm. Qiping wouldn't be indifferent to these matters; he still needed to take a look, even if it was just a small-scale experiment.

Just to pass the time, he needed to find something to do. This was Qiping's current thought. He really wasn't concerned about Professor Bruce's research results; he just needed something to kill time. He didn't care about such a small experimental project, anyway, it would take some time before the official results were achieved.

Vinnie, who was riding in the car for the first time, seemed very curious and happy. As for Qiping, he was gritting his teeth and feeling a bit nervous. King Kong didn't like to bite or scratch randomly, but Vinnie was different.

This was a genuine leather sofa. If it got scratched, it wouldn't just be unattractive; the most important thing was that it would cost money! Although he had received a lot of loans, he still had to pay them back. He was now in debt for several million dollars and couldn't afford to waste money anymore!

While driving, he had to keep an eye on the mischievous Vinnie. This was really a challenging task. For Qiping, life now seemed to have more things to do, making it more fulfilling and interesting.
