Chapter 88

"Dear, I never thought you would be such an excellent farmer. Eric will like you; our family's flower bed needs to be tilled again." Kate shouted, holding Vinnie and watching Qi Ping drive the tractor to plow the field.

"Tell him I have no time!" Qi Ping turned around with a smile, both he and Kate were the kind of people who would act on their thoughts, "I am courting his daughter, I have no time to help him. Tell him the tractor is here, he can drive it back himself. If not, Joshua can, don't let him just bully Konggang!"

Joshua, who was hit by a stray bullet, widened his eyes, "I bully Konggang?!"

Joshua felt that coming to the forest farm was a mistake. He had just been mocked by Konggang, and now he saw his sister and Qi Ping showing affection; most importantly, Qi Ping, this bastard, always liked to make fun of him, which was a huge mistake.

"Guy, I'm angry! Don't think I'm just a kid, I need more respect!" Joshua loudly protested, already a ten-year-old, of course, he needed more power.

"You lost all your power when you secretly drove the dune buggy, guy!" Qi Ping didn't care at all, Joshua was just too mischievous.

Well, the biggest mistake Joshua felt he made was trying to secretly drive the dune buggy away; he was discovered by Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai, the two silly parrots, and they tattled on him. Despite his efforts to please Dongnanxibei and Konggang, he ended up being tripped up by the two parrots he had ignored the most.

Although he was joking with Joshua, Qi Ping wasn't idle either; over the past two days, he had already drawn a map and marked it. This was a plot of land about one acre in size, relatively on a small hill, not far from their lawn.

Qi Ping thought this place was great; it was one of the last spaces with spiritual energy in the land. Also, because it was relatively higher and closer to home, he would see this beautiful flower sea as soon as he stepped out.

Playing happily was the most important thing. Life was now comfortable and full of fun, which naturally made Qi Ping very happy. His career was going smoothly, and his relationship with Kate was steadily warming up, making him incredibly proud and very satisfied.

"Play!"

Returning home, drenched in sweat, he saw Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai with a rebellious attitude; when they were young, these two were homebodies, always staying at home unwilling to go out. Now, they seemed restless, always thinking about going out to play.

"We just got back, we're tired and need to rest. I don't mind you going out to play, but I won't accompany you!" He tapped the beaks of the two parrots; they were now in a stage where their feathers were relatively full, but not fully grown, so they still needed someone to accompany them when they went out to play.

Although they couldn't fully understand what their big brother was saying, Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai knew that he didn't intend to take them out to play. So, they ignored him!

Qi Ping was so angry he gritted his teeth, while Joshua found these silly birds now looked so cute, they were cool and had character. So, he didn't need to continue to resent these traitor birds.

"They look so cute, and when they need something, they will be very proactive and affectionate; but when you can't meet their needs, I think even the closest people will show a proud and coquettish attitude!" Kate laughed, looking at Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai ignoring Qi Ping, she found it very amusing.

The little guys in Qi Ping's home were all so cute and interesting. She had seen other people's pets, but she could guarantee that Qi Ping's little guys were the cutest and smartest. Not just one was smart, they were all so cute and interesting, and each had its unique qualities.

Konggang was very sensible, Dongnanxibei was very loyal, Vinnie was very adorable; and Liangshanbo and Zhu Yingtai, they were very proud and coquettish. As for Heitan, that guy was wild, seemingly even Qi Ping couldn't tame him.

These little guys were very cute, and the laughs and troubles they caused were countless; but it had to be admitted, they made life more interesting, which was actually the most important thing, and it was quite an achievement.

"Tomorrow the kids will come to the forest farm as guests, they are all looking forward to this weekend. I hope the kids will like this weekend, and I hope they will learn to care for the environment and enjoy nature." Kate was somewhat excited; the kids coming to the forest farm was a matter of pride for her; clearly, this was her boyfriend's forest farm.

"I'm not an environmentalist, that's obvious. Look at my dune buggy and my large SUV. In fact, I've never lowered my standards; I just have limited funds now. But I can promise, in the future, I'll have a private yacht, maybe even a supercar." Qi Ping shook his head, he really wasn't an environmentalist.

Kate rolled her eyes, sometimes the most spoilsport was this hateful guy.

"Think about it, I have a car, why would I take the subway or bus, that's so inconvenient. I drive myself, whenever I want to come, I come, and whenever I want to leave, I leave." Qi Ping continued to spout his views, he was really worried; if Kate decided to join an environmental organization or something, his hard times would come.

Kate and Joshua both stared at Qi Ping with wide eyes, although this sister and brother often argued, at this moment they seemed very in sync; they both found Qi Ping hard to understand, they thought this bastard was sometimes deliberately acting silly, or maybe he was just really silly.

"Qi, I think God is unfair, he gave you the best forest farm, but you are the least appreciative. I don't like many people advocating certain ideas, those are just their own thoughts. I like large cars, Hummers, Jeeps, off-road vehicles. But Qi, you have such an excellent forest farm, you need to cherish it." Joshua, though young, started to educate Qi Ping.

"You need to protect its environment and try not to harm it. Professor Bruce has said many times that the forest farm is still in a growth phase, you can't overdevelop it." Joshua looked very serious, but both Qi Ping and Kate knew this kid wasn't trustworthy; looking at Joshua's performance, although he spoke with righteous indignation, his intentions were not good.

"I'm taking the dune buggy, it looks very destructive. You have Heitan, such an excellent horse, riding a horse in the forest farm is enough. Sitting down dejectedly, the high-minded approach clearly didn't move the stubborn Qi; but Joshua wasn't so easily defeated, he would become more determined, until he successfully drove the dune buggy away!

Kate found it amusing, watching her boyfriend and her brother constantly outsmart each other, she thought these two boys, big and small, were really cute and interesting. As for their 'intrigues,' it didn't matter, it was an indispensable part of life, a really interesting thing.
