On stage, Chen Hui was determined to give it his all today.

He shakily walked to the front of the bar counter, using both hands to steady himself on the counter, finally managing to stand firm.

He made up his mind that when the dance music started, he would dance if he could, and if he couldn't, he would just lean on the counter and move his feet a bit to make it look like he was dancing.

Suddenly, the music in the studio started, with a lively prelude and a very rhythmic drumbeat. Chen Hui's artistic sense kicked in, and he faced the camera, nodding in time with the music, looking completely absorbed. His body began to sway gently to the rhythm.

Suddenly, a cute little girl's voice started singing.

"Yo, check it out!

A set of crepes, please!

One egg, one yuan,

If you like it crispy, add more flour.

Chili, fermented tofu, and green onions,

Iron plate, iron spatula, and a little wooden brush.

..."

Chen Hui's eyes widened, and his absorbed expression froze, as if he had seen a ghost, almost on the verge of breaking down!

What the hell is this? Is this the DJ song I chose? And a set of crepes, but... but... the rap rhythm is irresistible!

Hehehe...

Hahaha!

The audience burst into laughter. Is this really a bar DJ song? It does sound a bit like one. "Yo, check it out" is the phonetic translation of "Yo-Yo-Check-it-out." The rhythmic drumbeat made people's bodies resonate, and they couldn't help but sway along. The audience laughed and clapped, cheering loudly.

Chen Hui was stunned on stage, unsure whether to dance to the music. Before he could react, the cute little girl's voice came again: "Everybody,

Hey, are you ready?

Come and join me,

Boom-chicka-boom-chicka,

I say crepes, you say want,

Crepes,

Want,

Crepes,

Want,

Yo,

Check it out,

Golden flavor, so fragrant."

Thud!

Chen Hui couldn't help but laugh, his hands went limp, and he fell to the ground, sliding down the slope and hitting the cushion wall, laughing so hard he couldn't get up.

Hahaha!

The audience was in stitches. This was exactly what they loved to see. No matter how big a star you were, how handsome, or how good your figure, it didn't matter. You still ended up on the ground, just like any ordinary person!

The one-minute song ended, and the studio was filled with laughter.

The show couldn't continue. The camera crew couldn't film, and the cameramen's hands were shaking from laughter, making the shots blurry. All the staff on site were laughing uncontrollably, and even the director almost fell off his stool. Duan Haishan couldn't stop laughing in the control room, and they couldn't continue filming!

The audience was even worse. At least half of them were laughing so hard they were coughing, and most people's chests were heaving up and down, making "giggling" sounds, wiping away tears of laughter, and rubbing their aching stomachs.

The artists were also in a mess. Chen Hui, completely disregarding his image, was lying on the floor laughing uncontrollably. Liu Susu kept saying, "It's over, my makeup is ruined," and the makeup artist behind her couldn't even touch her, as she was laughing so hard that her hands were shaking, almost putting powder on Liu Susu's hair.

The only one who remained calm in the studio was Yang An.

Yang An was originally about to go on stage, but seeing the situation, he was overjoyed.

But then he started to worry. How could they continue filming? The artists kept breaking character, and the audience was egging them on. The production team only had three high-definition cameras and a few portable DVs for the artists. Such a good opportunity for material was being wasted.

"Recording pause! The on-site director, calm the audience, and the artist group, reapply makeup. Director Yang, the scene is yours. Go talk to the artists!" Duan Haishan quickly regained his composure and issued orders.

Duan Haishan was the first to realize the problem. The production team's preparation was too inadequate, especially the camera crew. Three long-distance cameras were far from enough; they needed five, no, ten. Not only in the center of the stage, but there should be dedicated cameramen to capture the audience's laughter, a rotating camera to shoot the entire scene, and high-definition cameras to capture other artists' reactions!

Thinking this, Duan Haishan immediately left the control room and asked his assistant to contact the deputy head of the production department, Li Song. He walked to the stage and found Yang An, saying, "The show is paused for fifteen minutes. The scene is yours. I'll go mobilize the camera crew and other resources."

Yang An helped Chen Hui up and, hearing Duan Haishan's words, finally felt relieved. He knew Duan Haishan was taking it seriously and would treat "Laughing Slippery" as the most important segment of "Jianghu Laughter Talk"!

Chen Hui, laughing so hard his stomach hurt, leaned on Yang An and said, "Director Yang, you didn't mention this in the script. You just said to dance to the DJ music. Oh, my stomach hurts. This DJ music is really irresistible!"

Yang An smiled, "Isn't that how they always shout in bars? 'Everybody, hey, are you ready, boom-chicka-boom-chicka.'"

It was better not to mention it. Hearing that catchy rhythm, Chen Hui couldn't help but laugh again, lying on Yang An's shoulder, unable to stand up.

Liu Susu was the same. She ran over, grabbing Yang An's hand and pouting, "Director Yang, who is that little girl singing? She's so cute! I love this song and want to meet her!"

At this moment, a staff member came over, excitedly saying, "Director Yang, the audience wants to hear the song again. They want the lyrics to be displayed on the big screen so they can sing along."

Yang An thought about it. They needed to strike while the iron was hot. If they waited for the audience to calm down, the laughter might not be as good.

So Yang An picked up the walkie-talkie and ordered, "All units, three cameras on the audience. Sound engineer, prepare to replay the song. On-site director, select a few audience members who can dance and bring them to the stage to interact with the guests. We'll start recording the audience's laughter."

Li Yang, hearing Yang An's orders over the walkie-talkie, felt his blood boil. Ignoring the production team's rules, he pressed the button, "Director Duan isn't here. You don't have the authority to give orders, Yang An!"

You finally couldn't hold back, could you?

Yang An, who had been preparing for this, stood on the stage, looking down at Li Yang in the work area, and coldly said into the walkie-talkie, "Director Duan has already authorized me. I'm the director of this segment, fully responsible for the scene. Are you deaf, Li Yang? Or do you want to challenge Director Duan?"

Li Yang was so angry he almost spat blood. Yang An was humiliating him in front of the entire production team and the studio. He wanted to rush up and fight Yang An!

Zhang Mingde was also startled by Li Yang's sudden outburst. Unfortunately, he hadn't stopped him in time. Now, he was afraid Li Yang would challenge Yang An again, so he quickly took the walkie-talkie from Li Yang's hand, not letting him speak.

Yang An coldly added, "We're recording the show. If you cause any more trouble, I'll have you removed!"

Who didn't know that the director was in charge on set? Only a fool would challenge the director!

The other members of the production team weren't fools. The recording had been going for less than three minutes, and everyone could see that "Laughing Slippery" was a hit. This segment would definitely be popular with the audience, and no one wanted to offend Yang An, who had planned it.

The on-site director quickly found five volunteers from the audience. Yang An ordered the three cameras to focus on the audience, finding the seats of handsome men and beautiful women. When they laughed, the cameras could zoom in, as their laughter would be more appealing to the audience, a perfect selling point for the show.

Outside the studio, Duan Haishan made seven or eight calls and saw Li Song rushing over. He quickly said, "Old Li, we need your help this time."

Li Song hurried to the studio and asked, "What's the situation? You said the audience is laughing their heads off? Is it that new 'Slippery' segment?"

Duan Haishan followed closely behind and said, "It's 'Slippery'! Yang An is a genius. He made the audience laugh so hard in just one minute. I guarantee this is the biggest laugh of the day and the biggest selling point of this episode of 'Jianghu Laughter Talk'!"

The two entered the studio just in time to see Yang An directing the audience with a microphone. They quietly stood in the work area, waiting to see what Yang An would do.

Yang An directed the audience to stand on stage and had Chen Hui and Liu Susu mix in with them, dancing together. He then said into the walkie-talkie, "Is the big screen connected? Are the subtitles ready? Great, the music is starting, the lyrics are rolling, five, four, three, two, one!"

The lively prelude started, and Yang An also swayed to the music on stage. The people on stage were very relaxed, as if they were really in a bar listening to a DJ.

The audience, seeing the rolling lyrics on the big screen and the dancing audience and celebrities on stage, burst into loud laughter and cheers.

This DJ hit broke the usual impression, and everyone fell in love with the cute little girl's voice. The entire audience turned into a sea of joy, with everyone standing up, raising their hands, and swaying to the rhythm of "boom-chicka-boom-chicka," having a great time!

The sound engineer, a smart person, seamlessly connected a drum solo after the song, and the studio echoed with the pure sound of "boom-chicka-boom-chicka."

Yang An, who had worked as an assistant director, knew this was a great opportunity to boost the atmosphere. He had a sudden idea and shouted into the megaphone, "Everyone, follow me! I say crepes, you say want! Crepes!"

"Want!"

"Crepes!"

"Want!"

"Boom-chicka-boom-chicka, let's all have fun! Play until you're sick, come and check it out, everyone!"

The audience was amazing. Yang An waved his arms, leading the rhythm with the drumbeat, and the audience followed the beat, responding in unison. The sound engineer promptly replayed the song, and the dancing audience and guests on stage went wild. Yang An led a few rounds, and the atmosphere on the scene was electrifying!

Duan Haishan and Li Song, both middle-aged, didn't particularly enjoy this kind of music, but their professional instincts kicked in, and they both took out their phones, leaving the studio to urge the other camera crews to come and help.

The studio was filled with laughter and cheers. The cameramen were thrilled, as they had recorded so much material of the audience laughing. They had never seen an audience laugh so genuinely!
