"Is this the place?"

In Cheongdam-dong, Liu Zaitian stood in front of a luxurious mansion, carefully observing it. He actually knew very little about his father's friend, apart from his surname Choi and his specific address.

However, since he had already promised his father, and as a junior, plus the fact that he would be spending most of his time in South Korea in the future, visiting was a certainty.

Ding dong... Ding dong...

"Hello, may I ask who you are looking for?" After waiting for about half a minute, a girl's voice came from the doorbell at the entrance.

"Is this Mr. Choi Jungnam's house?" He asked, recalling the name. But it seemed that apart from this, Liu Zaitian knew nothing else.

"Yes, Choi Jungnam is my father. May I ask who you are?" Inside the villa, through the surveillance camera, Choi Sooyoung was puzzled, as she had never seen this person before.

"Oh, my name is Liu Zaitian. My father is Liu Yu, a friend of your father, Mr. Choi Jungnam. Before returning to the country, my father instructed me to visit Uncle Choi Jungnam."

He answered very seriously, as Liu Zaitian could clearly feel the suspicion of the person inside the villa towards this sudden stranger.

"So, you are the son of my father's friend, right?" Choi Sooyoung summarized after hearing Liu Zaitian's words.

"Yes." Liu Zaitian could only respond again.

"Jungnam, who is it?" Hearing the doorbell, Choi Jungnam, who had not gone out today, also came out of the study. At first glance, he saw Choi Sooyoung leaning against the wall, looking at the monitor.

"It's a guy who claims to be the son of your friend, seems to be named Liu Zaitian." Tilting her head, no matter how she tried to recall, Choi Sooyoung had no memory of this name.

"Zaitian!" On the contrary, Choi Jungnam's eyes lit up upon hearing the name, and his tone became more urgent, "Ask him if his father is named Liu Yu."

"Dad, I already asked. His father is indeed named Liu Yu." Seeing her father's current appearance, it was clear that he knew the person outside named Liu Zaitian, "I'll go open the door for him now."

"Go ahead, and remember to be polite."

Outside, Liu Zaitian stood at the entrance, feeling quite depressed as the villa's door had not responded for a long time.

Just then, the villa's door opened, and a tall girl in a black trench coat walked out.

"How is it her?" Seeing this person, Liu Zaitian was surprised. He didn't expect to meet two members of a future popular group on this trip.

"Hello, I am Choi Sooyoung, the daughter of the Choi Jungnam you are looking for. My father has asked me to invite you in." Opening the door, since they had just met, there was no further conversation after introducing themselves. Choi Sooyoung led Liu Zaitian into the villa.

"Uncle Choi, hello. I am Liu Zaitian. My father didn't tell me about your hobbies, so I brought two bottles of red wine as a gift. Please accept them." Seeing Choi Jungnam standing in the hall to greet him, Liu Zaitian quickly bowed respectfully and then handed over the gift.

Choi Sooyoung stepped forward to take the gift, while Choi Jungnam looked at Liu Zaitian with a keen gaze, nodding as he looked. He seemed to be saying something, but Liu Zaitian couldn't quite make it out.

This situation made Liu Zaitian feel as if Choi Jungnam was appraising some kind of merchandise, which would be better if it weren't himself.

"Uncle, is there something wrong with me?"

After a while, feeling quite uncomfortable under Choi Jungnam's gaze, Liu Zaitian finally mustered the courage to ask cautiously.

"No, everything is fine, very good."

Smiling and shaking his head, Choi Jungnam's eyes narrowed into slits, "Sooyoung, call your mother and sister and ask them to come home for dinner tonight. Zaitian, you don't have to leave today, stay for dinner."

"Ah!?" Without waiting for Liu Zaitian to object, seeing Choi Jungnam's unyielding gaze, he could only nod in agreement.

"Come, come, since it's still early, tell me about your father. You know, I put in a lot of effort to find you back then."

Pulled by the arm to sit down, Liu Zaitian had no choice but to comply with the current situation.

He sat on the sofa and answered the questions Choi Jungnam asked one by one. Choi Sooyoung, who had finished making the call, sat quietly on the side, listening.

However, Liu Zaitian was selective in his answers to Choi Jungnam's questions. Since they were not very familiar and not that close, he was vague about some things. But for the more public or less confidential matters, he answered them all.

From his father Liu Yu to his life in the United States after leaving Korea.

During this time, Choi Sooyoung's mother Min Jaehui and sister Choi Soojin also returned home. Min Jaehui greeted Liu Zaitian warmly and then hurried to the kitchen to cook, while Choi Soojin sat next to Choi Sooyoung, continuing to listen to the legendary stories Liu Zaitian was telling.

By the time the story was finished, although some parts were omitted, it was already around six in the evening.

"So, Zaitian, what are your plans after returning to Korea?" The same question Liu Zaitian had heard from his father, he noticed that these elders seemed particularly interested in his future plans.

"Uncle Choi, as you know, money is not a problem for me now. Striving to earn more money has no meaning for me. I want to do something I've always wanted to do, or something I like based on my interests." Since he had already started taking action, Liu Zaitian saw no need to hide this.

"Oh? Something you like? What kind of thing?" After hearing the legendary story, Choi Jungnam became interested in Liu Zaitian's determined future plans.

"It's about entertainment." Although he knew that some of the older generation disapproved of their descendants entering the entertainment industry, as the father of a daughter who had been a trainee for several years, Choi Jungnam's mindset was probably not so rigid.

"Entertainment? Music or film?" Since his daughter was a trainee, Choi Jungnam was somewhat familiar with these matters.

Choi Sooyoung, sitting beside him, was naturally more curious upon learning this.

"Neither. It's about the planning of a variety show. If everything goes well, I might also participate in it as an MC, entering the entertainment industry in that role."

"MC! A comedian?" Frowning, Choi Jungnam found it hard to believe that Liu Zaitian's choice was this.

Choi Sooyoung, sitting beside him, also widened her eyes. She had thought that this Zaitian oppa would join a company as a trainee, but she didn't expect it to be like this.

However, Choi Jungnam quickly came to his senses, "Hmm, being a comedian is not bad. As long as you are happy and like it, that's fine."

With these words, the conversation of the afternoon came to an end, as the dishes prepared by Min Jaehui began to come out of the kitchen.
