Walking into the classroom, the bell for class just rang, which made the teacher at the podium quite impressed with his timing.

"Good morning, teacher. On the first day of school, you look even more beautiful!" Lin Yinlu held his skateboard and walked towards his seat.

Speaking of his seat, it was actually in the back row, by the window.

Because of his height, he naturally and consciously sat at the back.

He preferred the window seat because he could see the sports field and the scenery outside.

Most of the students in this class were familiar to him, as they had all advanced together from middle school, with only a few leaving or transferring in.

"Lin Yinlu, can I take it that you are flirting with me?" The female teacher at the podium looked at Lin Yinlu as he found his seat.

"Teacher, no way, can't I even say something sincere?" Lin Yinlu replied with a smile.

"You're sweet-talking, so I won't bother you today!" The beautiful female teacher gave Lin Yinlu a sweet smile and continued, "There's a basketball game this afternoon. As the captain of the school basketball team, you won't be absent, right?"

"Of course not, I play basketball for the teacher. If the teacher likes to watch, how can I not play?" Lin Yinlu smiled, revealing his white teeth.

"Wow~~ Teacher Cui, Lin is confessing to you!!" Some students in the class shouted loudly.

"Right, Teacher Cui, you should accept Lin. If it were me, I would have agreed long ago!!" Some female students also joked with the teacher.

This female teacher, Cui Minya, was only twenty-one years old. She had just started as a homeroom teacher this year, and last year, she was only Lin Yinlu's English teacher.

That's why Lin Yinlu could joke with her like this.

"Alright, alright, just a joke. Everyone, start your morning study!" Cui Minya pressed her hands down, signaling that it was enough.

She was just a young female teacher, only five or six years older than the students. They got along like friends, with no restraint.

"By the way, Lin, where's Li Xianlong? Isn't he with you?" Teacher Cui asked Lin Yinlu.

"Oh, I just met him at the school gate. He asked me to tell you that his aunt is visiting~~" After Lin Yinlu said this, the entire classroom burst into laughter.

"Ha ha ha~~"

Everyone in the classroom, including Teacher Cui Minya, who was covering her mouth with a delicate laugh, burst into laughter.

Lin Yinlu and Li Xianlong had been in the same class since middle school and had been classmates for three years with most of the people in the classroom.

They were a pair of lively treasures, always inseparable good friends during breaks or after school.

"Report~~" Just as everyone finished laughing, a huge figure appeared at the door, standing about 1.8 meters tall but weighing at least 120 kilograms.

No kidding, looking at his current state, both doors of the classroom had to be opened for him to come in, which showed that he might have lost some weight, possibly down to 130 kilograms.

"Li, come in. You're late again because your aunt is visiting, right?" Teacher Cui Minya, seeing the panting fat boy at the door, did not blame him for being late.

Just standing was tiring for him, let alone walking to school.

It was already impressive that he made it to school, so being late was nothing.

"Yes~~" Li Xianlong admitted honestly.

He struggled into the classroom, came to the back row, and sat next to Lin Yinlu, then ignored everything, placing all his weight on the desk.

"Huff huff~~"

Everyone in the class found Li Xianlong's huge figure particularly endearing.

"I say, you're just asking for it. If you're like this, being late is fine. The teacher won't say anything!" Lin Yinlu took out a pack of tissues from his bag and threw it to him.

"I'm a model student and can't be late. Otherwise, I won't get the scholarship!" Li Xianlong panted, explaining with great effort.

Li Xianlong, Lin Yinlu's childhood friend, had always been at the top of his class, just like his weight.

He had never been second in any exam.

Whenever the school offered scholarships, he was always the one who received the most.

"Teacher, I can't let this go. This can't continue!" Lin Yinlu stood up and said to the teacher at the podium.

"What's wrong, Lin? Do you have any suggestions!?" Cui Minya was curious to see what this lively treasure had in mind.

"Teacher, look at Li Xianlong. He's like this, and the school still gives him so many scholarships. What's the point of supporting him? The school is giving Li Xianlong so many scholarships without any restraint, which I think is a lack of respect for me!" Lin Yinlu said with a righteous tone.

"Ha ha~~" The classroom erupted in laughter.

"How is the school not respecting you?" Cui Minya looked at Lin Yinlu helplessly.

"Because every time I pay the retake fee to the school, the school uses it to give scholarships to Li Xianlong!" Lin Yinlu was unashamed, admitting that he always had to retake exams and pay for them.

"Ha ha ha~~" The classroom was filled with laughter.

"No, buddy, you can't do this!" Li Xianlong's wailing made the students laugh even harder.

After the laughter, it was time for the boring classes.

For Lin Yinlu and Li Xianlong, class was almost non-existent.

Li Xianlong slept soundly, as his academic performance would never drop.

Lin Yinlu, on the other hand, had his own things to do, which was writing novels.

Lin Yinlu's grades, except for Chinese and English, were always poor, and he had to pay to retake exams to pass.

In Chinese and English, he and Li Xianlong both scored full marks, but he was a severely biased student, unlike Li Xianlong.

Lin Yinlu was actually a writer, an online novelist.

He wrote Chinese fantasy and martial arts novels.

He started writing in the second year of middle school, initially writing local Korean novels. Later, after learning Chinese, he accidentally read Chinese martial arts novels and became completely hooked.

Thus, he began to enter the Chinese novel market. After two years, he had gained some fame, and three of his novels had been published with good sales.

Otherwise, he wouldn't be able to live alone in a rented apartment, right?

Since the first year of middle school, he had not asked his family for a single cent.

Most of his classes were spent writing novels, and both the teachers and students knew and didn't bother him.

Even if they did, it wouldn't make a difference. He had already given up on the college entrance exam and found his own path.

Moreover, many students in the class were his fans, including his book fans, and even the homeroom teacher, Cui Minya, was one of his fans.

However, they only read his Korean romance novels.

As for his Chinese martial arts novels, only Li Xianlong knew about them.

"Brother Jiu, let me read the latest chapter of 'Fist Immortal.' I can't sleep now!"
